Detective Tommy Nolan is having a bad day.First, the celebrant was murdered during mass. Then the SWAT team knocked down his door trying to kill him. With the million dollar bounty on his head, every gunman and demonic monster is coming out of the pit to collect it.Tommy has to discover who’s out to make him a martyr before he becomes a saint for real.
I always have believed being a police officer (in spite of SOME cops being bad) must be difficult and I pray for them all because you never know when tragedy will hit. But this poor guy has to deal with demons (although some would say they are all demons) in addition to regular criminals. Fast-paced, awesome action, great characters. Love this series.

Book three of the Tommy Nolan story is every bit as good as the first two. As good as all of Mr. Finn’s books. His skill bringing scenes to life is master class. All the characters are well developed and as I read more of this series the people become real. A new character is introduced near the end so maybe we will get another series? There is violence and humor and some serious discussion going on in these stories. I look forward to reading the next two installments.

Well, I’ll be darned! I’d use the other word, but I’m not sure it would pass muster. This was a hell of a book. Lots of fire and brimstone, fiery explosions and incredible fire fights. Also fisticuffs galore. Tommy Nolan is a gifted detective and with the help of angels and God helps protect mankind from all kinds of devilish mischief.
Declan Finn’s book is fast-moving, a quick read and lots of fun. The characters, although outside the usual mainstream are likeable, believable and interesting. The humor is nicely paced and add a sense of relief amidst some serious goings on. There are more to come in this series of books, and I look forward to reading them. I highly recommend these books if you are into mystery and mayhem. If you haven’t read any, grab them now. You will be happy you did.

There is always a lot going on in these stories. This time there was trouble in the church, then at Tomas’s house, then the police dept. So much and the action does not stop. Tomas was able to get some sleep but not much. Very exciting and the reading is fast pasted. The time flies and before you know it the story is almost over. Excellent story. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving a honest review.
In this installment, Tommy Nolan must stay alive and find the mastermind behind the bounty on his head. He has to fight demons, vampires, MS13 and dirty cops. Can he stay alive long enough to find out the truth behind the attacks on him and his family. I started this series with book 2 and I can honestly say that each book is a stand alone. I so love this entire series thus far. The books may be about Saint Tommy but the books are not preachy and are thoroughly enjoyable. I love seeing all of the recurring characters as well as meeting new ones. Each book gets better and better. I can’t wait for the next in this series.
