New York Times Bestseller Corinne Michaels brings you an emotional second chance love story.Book 1 of 2 in the Indefinite DuetThe day he said he’d never love me is when I vowed Quinn Miller would never break my heart again. I wanted a family—but he wouldn’t give me that. As one of the top embryologists in the country, I’ve spent years creating babies in the lab for other people as my own dreams … the lab for other people as my own dreams of motherhood fade.
I’m done waiting. I decide to start the journey to parenthood alone.
Then Quinn strolls back into my life, with all the finesse of a hurricane. I’m a fool to think I don’t want him anymore, and one reckless night of passion ends with me pregnant by the man I swore I’d never love again.
Now he doesn’t just want my heart, he wants it all. The baby. Love. A life where we’re happy.
But even as he promises me the future I always desired, I can’t help but fear that something will rip him away from me again.
This time . . . indefinitely.
This is a part of the Salvation series but can be read as a standalone duet.

I loved this book! Corinne Michaels is a queen at writing and emotional, intense, sexy book that will totally suck you in. I have loved all of teh books in the Salvation world and this book us no different. The characters are so engaging and the storylines are original and fast paced. I can’t wait ronread the next book!
It was amazing
It’s Down the shore, not at the beach
I truly loved this book. The best for me is the Ashton is a Jersey girl through and through. She’s tough, but can be a softy when she needs top be.
Quinn is the perfect match for her
Quinn & Ashton are strong-willed, independent, & fiercely loyal to their family & friends. It’s only a matter of time before the butting of heads turns into something more. No longer able to deny their feelings, they manage to get through the bumps & finally experience what looks like everything Ashton has dreamed of – a family of her own. But things suddenly turn chaotic & Quinn is nowhere to be found. We are left with one heck of a cliffhanger!
Audible Review
Ash and Quinn are not your typical love story. They have suffered for 3 years and Ash has finally let him go or so she thinks. Quinn is a Navy Seal and that comes first and foremost above all else including Ash. He loves her but doesn’t feel he is worthy of her love nor is he ready to get out and have a family. Ash has finally come to terms with the fact that she will never have Quinn to herself so she is moving on with her life and making decisions that will change her life forever. All is on track until Quinn comes back and has other plans for them.
This is a great story about two people that love each other but never really put that love first and they finally have a chance to have it all but there is danger still lurking and Ash may lose everything in the end. This is a cliffhanger so it leaves us hanging so not I am on to book 2.
Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke and two of my favorite narrators and they were both terrific with this book. Loved them as Ash and Quinn.
I loved this book and highly recommend it but realize it is part 1 of 2.
I’m not crying, you’re crying! Seriously, what did I just read!?! Indefinite is packed with so many emotions. Let me say this, I’ve been wanting Ash and Quinn’s story for a long time now. However, I may just eat my words, because I honestly don’t know how I am going to survive this duet with that ending. Excuse the short review, but I have some reading to do!
This is Book I of the Duet. It is the story of Quinn & Ashton. Oh, and what a story it is! Quinn is military and Ashton works in a lab concerning artificial insemination. They’re relationship was rocky from the start, but it all comes to an end when he gets deployed again, or does it??? She refuses to be hurt again by anyone, especially by him. This is such an awesome book and there will be no spoilers from me. The cliffhanger is intense. Can’t wait to read Book 2, Infinity.
Talk about a whirlwind of emotions. Corinne Michaels has outdone herself with this book. not only did she bring us back to the incredible world she created in her Salvation series, but she completely captivated my interest and heart in this new addition to the series. I laughed, I cried, I wanted to throat punch some of the characters to make them get their act together, but in the end, I was hanging on to every word Corinne wrote to find out what happened next. I seriously waited to experience this book because I knew it was part of a duet.
Boy oh boy, was I glad I waited. I immediately dove right into the second book in this Duet, to find out what happened next.
Though this book is part of a series, it can certainly be read on its own – though you will likely be dying for the conclusion as I have. I absolutely adored Quinn and Ashton. I love the bond and experiences they share together. Couple that with the memorable characters from the Salvation series and I swear, I never wanted it to end.
PS – Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke are phenomenal at narrating this story. I absolutely love them paired together as they bring Corinne’s world to life.
Wow this was a great book. Loved the audio version. Now reading the second book.
Like many others, I have been patiently waiting for Quinn and Ashton’s story. In the other books in the Salvation series, there has been so much built-up chemistry between these two that you can’t help but want them to get their HEA.
Quinn and Ashton have been on again-off again for years. They both care about each other, and are most certainly attracted to each other, but Quinn’s Seal life is not one that he wants to subject Ashton to in a marriage. There are promises made and promised broken, until Ashton decides she’s done- and she’ll do it on her own. Until Quinn decides that he wants it all.
These two so belong together; it’s so obvious that they love each other! I love how selfless Quinn is by letting Ashton go (but ugh! really?!?). And I love Ashton’s strength to do things on her own terms and independently.
And unlike most, I do enjoy a good cliffhanger, and Corinne Michaels is one of the few that I greatly appreciate them! She has done just that with Indefinite, and I am so so so in anticipation of Infinite now!
I’m thrilled to be back in the Salvation Series!!! I love everything Corinne writes, but these books are life! I usually devour them in hours but it seems the more I anticipate a book, the more I like to torture myself with it (even knowing there’s going to be a cliffy waiting to torture me more). I LOVE IT.
We’ve been getting teases of Quinn and Ashton forever and it’s about **** time they get the full spotlight. Especially after that little zinger in Evermore. If you love a slow burn romance, with witty banter, a side of angst, sexy alphas, and all the emotion your heart can handle (and who doesn’t?) this is your book! Oh, and because it’s a Corrine Michaels book, there will be twists!
Thank goodness the next one comes out soon!
Ashton is a strong, independent woman who knows what she wants…with or without Quinn. After Ashton decides to move on, Quinn drops back into Ashton’s life and is determined to get her back! LOVE Quinn and Ashton’s love story but what a dramatic cliffhanger. Anxiously awaiting Infinite!!!
Indefinitely worth the wait.
The long awaited story of Ashton and Quinn is here!
If you are like me, you have been patiently waiting for this book to come out since you out down Mark and Charlie’s book, possible even before. Corinne Michaels delivers an epic cliffhanger that makes you feel right at home back in the Salvation Series.
One of the best things about this series is that it makes you feel nostalgic for your own past. Michaels bring back the feelings of the 90’s and allows you to reminisce alongside the characters, as well as feel what they are feeling. You will laugh, cry, scream, and shout, feeling all the feels the chacters do.
Kudos to a job well done, and can’t wait for the epic conclusion!
Being back in the Salvation Series is like being home, once you read about these men and their ladies they will never leave you.
Quinn and Ashton was like being amongst friends and in true Corinne style they are gonna have to work at their relationship and what they want ! The road ahead won’t be easy but it’s a road worth treading
You forget when you read the majority of the Salvation series that you have to wait for the duet to be complete ! And Corinne likes to tease and gather our tears ! So here I am waiting for part 2 ! But oh it will be worth !

This book totally wrecked me. I hate cliffhangers, but I loved this book and I’m holding my breath till July 22.
Ashton is in love with Quinn, a Navy SEAL. He loves her in his own way, but feels his life is his Team and his teammates. He continually promises to leave the military, and give her what she wants, a family, children and a life together. She knows he is not capable, and walks away with her heart breaking. After six months, a lot of thinking, and less pain in her life, she has made a decision that will change her life forever. But a knock on the door changes it all. Quinn’s back after being injured while deployed. He finally admits what an idiot he was, admits he loves her with everything he has, and wants to start over.
In the beginning of the book, I wanted to shake them both! Quinn not giving his heart, and after returning from overseas, Ash never believing he was really trying. Slowly but surely their love seems to settle them both. Until……
I reread the last couple of chapters a number of times, but I still am in the dark. Ms. Michaels writes wonderful contemporary romance and seems to know just how to grab you and pull you in. Well, I’m all in.

Heartbreakingly beautiful story!
This book is another fantastic addition to the Salvation series, bringing together the strong women and men that make these books unforgettable. There is just something about a story with hard working, military men, with hearts of gold that make me fall in love. Plus – it takes a strong women to be able to support and love a man that puts his life in danger on the regular. The women in this series have weak moments but always manage to pull each other up and become stronger together.
This book opens with Ashton’s heart being broken by the man she has loved for the last three years. The distrust and hate is strong for Ashton towards her former boyfriend, Navy SEAL Quinn – aka “ladykiller”. There were moments when I wished her walls would drop just for a moment but his past actions definitely put her on the defense for most of the book. I do not blame her though, his past showed nothing in the way of love. So when he shows up 6 months after deployment with a complete change in attitude about loving her, Ashton is slow to trust that he has truly changed his ways. For Quinn, his need for complete detachment from anything he loves that could distract him overseas is completely understandable yet he constantly pushed aside Ashton’s wishes for love, marriage and a family to the side for too long. His need for detachment was pretty selfish especially with Ashton’s obvious feelings for him. Broken promises are what drove Ashton and Quinn apart – so when a baby is added to the mix, trust and honest conversations are the only way to heal the broken pieces. For me he really redeems himself when he comes back, begins to open his heart and lets their undeniable chemistry bring them back together. Book one of the duet ends with a doozy of a cliffhanger, leaving me on he edge of my seat for the crazy conclusion to the story! 5 Stars for me!
4.5 Stars!!
I’ve been so ecstatic for this duet! I loved how Indefinite made me feel so many things under the sun from the start! This story is packed with a little bit of everything and that pulled me in even more.
With Ashton and Quinn I felt the pain, the frustration, the love, and everything in between. Their journey isn’t easy and it didn’t let go of my heart.
Ms.Michaels has ruined me in the best of ways with Indefinite! I have such a book hangover and I can’t wait to find out what happens next! I’m counting down the days until Infinite!
*I volunteered to read and review a Copy of this book from the author*
I love Corinne Michaels and she is always an automatic buy for me BUTTT the cliffhanger at the end of this book left my heart crushed!
Now I am left thinking and worrying about what’s going to happen next.
If you haven’t purchased this book, RUN, get it now.
Quinn is supposed to be Ashton’s forever, but he won’t give her more. Then forces her hand to break up with him before he deploys again. Quinn doesn’t feel worthy of Ashton’s love and he really doesn’t want to leave her hurt or broken when he is deployed. Six months later he is back injured ready to fight for her. I love how well Corinne writes a strong hot alpha male and the women that deserve them. This is swoon worthy…until the cliff hanger ending. I love you Corinne but why must we wait…
I loved heading back into this series as this was where I first discovered Corinne and have read everything since!
Quinn and Ashton’s relationship was never going to be easy – this is Salvation after all, and nothing comes easy for these characters. Corinne is amazing at making you feel all of the emotions for her characters and, once again, didn’t disappoint.
Looking forward to book 2 in this duet!
This book was beyond 5 stars, and everything I hoped it would be. It was like coming home to old friends! I fell in love with Quinn and I missed Ashton and her witty sarcasm! Once I started I couldn’t put it down and didn’t want it to end. This was one of my favorite books I’ve read this year! Perfect book for the beach.
