New York Times Bestseller Corinne Michaels brings you an emotional second chance love story.Book 1 of 2 in the Indefinite DuetThe day he said he’d never love me is when I vowed Quinn Miller would never break my heart again. I wanted a family—but he wouldn’t give me that. As one of the top embryologists in the country, I’ve spent years creating babies in the lab for other people as my own dreams … the lab for other people as my own dreams of motherhood fade.
I’m done waiting. I decide to start the journey to parenthood alone.
Then Quinn strolls back into my life, with all the finesse of a hurricane. I’m a fool to think I don’t want him anymore, and one reckless night of passion ends with me pregnant by the man I swore I’d never love again.
Now he doesn’t just want my heart, he wants it all. The baby. Love. A life where we’re happy.
But even as he promises me the future I always desired, I can’t help but fear that something will rip him away from me again.
This time . . . indefinitely.
This is a part of the Salvation series but can be read as a standalone duet.

Corinne Michaels knows how to write a duet, let me tell you. Indefinite is the book I’ve been waiting for for YEARS and she does not disappoint with Ashton and Quinn’s story in this first half.
“Our love is infinite and there are no breaks, but even tough that is a truth, it doesn’t mean it’s healthy.”
With Indefinite, we’re dealt with real-life issues as Ashton is looking forward to her future and Quinn isn’t necessarily a part of it anymore as he can’t commit. After a dose of reality on his part, he’s forced to grovel for Ashton’s affection again and it’s a fantastic ride getting there. This story is filled with love and laughter, angst and emotion. Did I mention the ending? Yeah, we definitely need Infinite ASAP!
Wow. I don’t know where to begin! I guess I should start by saying that I’ve only recently read and fell in love with the Salvation Series. I’ve read the other two Corinne Michaels series, but had seen so many post about how wicked Corinne is, how she’ll easily kill off characters and how the series had gutted people. Considering I knew that it was about a group of SEALs, I was honestly scared that my poor little heart couldn’t take it. I stayed as far away as possible until I just couldn’t resist any longer and oh, how glad I am to have finally taken the plunge!
Yeah, the series has been really emotional for me at times, but each couple’s story is so beautifully written that any heartache is totally worth it. The rollercoaster of emotions you experience lets you know that in the end, each couple has fought and earned their happily ever after. And, right now, after having read that final page, I just have to believe that it’s gonna be the same for Ashton and Quinn because these two…whoa! The chemistry – when it’s good, it’s so good. They’re so intense, emotionally raw & vulnerable with one another. I loved everything about them and I cannot wait to get my hands on Infinite!
Indefinite is book 6 in the Salvation Series by Corinne Michaels. This series is one of my favorites and I have re-read them so many times. They are my go to when I need a pick me up so I was so excited for this book. Corinne Michaels didn’t disappoint with this one. Ashton and Quinn’s story with take you on a wild ride of emotion. I really didn’t think any of the Salvation men could compare to Liam but Quinn is making his way into my heart. Can’t wait for the next book to see if he compares!! You’re and evil women Corinne Michaels but I’ll love you forever. Needless to say I highly recommend this book! I promise you won’t regret it.

Indefinite is the sixth title in the Salvation series. I’ve only read Beloved the first title in the series, but Indefinite can easily be read as a standalone as part of a duet. Ashton and Quinn’s story is intense, angsty and emotional, with elements of drama, intrigue and suspense.
Ashton is incredibly intelligent, driven and determined. She’s strong and sassy and not afraid to go after what she wants.
Quinn is dedicated driven and loyal. A former Navy SEAL, he’s an alpha to the core, and whilst protective and possessive, he will do anything to protect Ashton, including putting his own heart on the line.
I adored the banter this pair share, it’s witty, fun and flirty, but also quite antagonistic and argumentative and it’s generally a form of verbal foreplay. The chemistry this pair share is undeniable, intense and passionate.
Indefinite is an engaging and entertaining read with strong themes of family and friendship. I highly recommend this title if you love an emotional read and don’t mind a cliffhanger ending. If you don’t like a cliffhanger then I would suggest waiting for the release of Infinite that I will be eagerly awaiting.

Quinn and Ashton absolutely broke my heart.
Although, there was a lot of what felt like human truth in the story, a lot that felt real and felt believable. In a second chance romance, as I have said in other reviews, I need to believe that there is a reason that the second chance is going to work when the first one didn’t. And, this one works…so incredibly well. No, I am not going to tell you what happens, or the reason, but it is one that absolutely makes you believe in the reasons for the change of heart of one of the characters.
This one delivers the angst. I loved the cliffhanger. Well, more accurately, I HATED the cliffhanger because I want to know what happens next…but I also loved it. It’s bad, and it’s gut wrenching, and it leaves both Quinn and Ashton in tough spots…but, it’s not cruel and it isn’t leaving either of them in a place where all of the work they have done on the relationship will be damaged by the actions of either character.
This title is well written, impressively so. You meet the characters in the middle of the relationship…well, you don’t exactly meet them, as they have been parts of the other stories, but you meet them as the main characters in the middle of the story and the angst, the emotion, is there from the very beginning.
This title was wonderful, I enjoyed it, and I recommend it.
I was consumed by this story from that first page to the gut wrenching last page. Ms. Michaels knows how to weave an intricate story with emotion and so much heart. She pulls on the heart strings making you feel exactly what her characters are feeling. I feel Quinn’s torment and Ashton’s conflict. I felt the undying love between these two. Even at their worst you could see the love shine through.
Ms. Michaels had my blood pumping and on edge every second know something was going to come crashing down. My heart sank a little, then rejoiced but then I felt like lead hand sank to the bottom on my stomach. Corinne just does that to you.
Corinne is an evil genius with the way her mind words. It’s like an episode of CSI. She’ll leave you screaming curses and saying what just happened. You’ll need all the answers and you’ll need them like yesterday. Of course she’ll leave you will one hell of a shocking cliff hanger because she can and it is a duet after all. But I can guarantee you this she will make it worth the wait and I am on pins a needles waiting for Infinite.
OMG, I just finished reading and this book was EVERYTHING! I have been waiting for Quinn and Ashton’s story and it did not disappoint! Quinn has held Ashton at arms length because of his dangerous career and wanting to spare her the heartbreak of potentially becoming a military widow. But that was her choice to make, and after years of false promises, she has moved on. Now that she is ready to make some huge life choices, Quinn is back and will do whatever it takes to prove to her that he is ready to be everything she wants. Quinn was so swoony and romantic as he maneuvered his way back into her life. He knows her wants and desires even better than she did. But I loved how strong she is and determined not to give in easily. I loved their back and forth and the parts her friends and family play in their lives. Their fights are their foreplay, and their chemistry is even more explosive now. This is a beautiful story of love, loyalty, heartache, and forgiveness. Truths are revealed, and the struggles to heal and grow stronger are hard fought. They are finally coming to that point where they see their future together when the unthinkable happens! I fell in love with Quinn and Ashton and their breathtaking story of love and second chances and am anxiously waiting to find out what is in store for them next!
I loved being back in the Salvation world, I felt like I never left and as always with this series, Indefinite (Salvation #6) entranced me immediately. I’ve been impatiently waiting on Quinn and Ashton’s book for a long time and it was well worth the wait. This book is outstanding with a fantastic, emotional and dramatic edge. I devoured Indefinite within hours as this story put me through a rollercoaster of emotions including heartbreak, love and laughter (Ashton’s parents were hilarious and great comedic relief). The plot is intriguing, the writing is superb and flawlessly executed.
Ashton and Quinn have such a deep and intimate connection as these two have had an on and off relationship for years. Quinn is an alpha who can’t get it together, Ashton is stubborn as hell and I wanted to shake them both. I was rooting for them so hard and with all the love they have for each other coupled with their amazing chemistry, they needed to be together permanently. Ms. Michaels did an excellent job with making Ashton’s character very realistic and original. There were times where my heart ached for her and I could feel her pain. Even though Quinn is a stubborn alpha, he came through with the swoon worthy gestures that made me sigh and warmed my heart. These two went through a lot of intense moments and fought hard to get to a point of much needed happiness. However, if you are familiar with Ms. Michaels’s writing style, you know there is always something sinister lurking in the background that will creep up and ruin that goodness in a heartbeat.
And that damn CLIFFHANGER!! Holy shit!! My mouth was hanging open, I screamed WTF, my mind was blown and my heart was racing a mile a minute. I’m still not over it and I need Infinite NOW!!
Holy Yowza!!! From start to finish, this completely sucks you in and keeps you completely enthralled. You start off wanting to cry, not gonna lie (and I did that before getting dressed for work-my bad). Then, if you’re new to Ashton (which I am), you find out just how much you totally dig her. I mean, she’s pretty gosh darn *itchin’. Then, if you’re new to Quinn (which, again, newbie here) you’re just fallin all over yourself over him. Put them together, even when they’re not, well goodness that’s some great stuff there. But holy wow, that ending…I feel as if my head is going to explode (not going to lie, there WAS some yelling). I desperately cannot wait for Infinite, Quinn & Ashton’s conclusion, to come out. These are must have situations people!!!
Finally Ashton and Quinn’s story, it was so worth the wait!!! I love Ashton’s attitude and spunk along. I’ve been rooting for Quinn for so long and finally he is stepping up to show Ashton how much she means to him!! This definitely pulls at your heart and made me scream a few times, but I can’t wait for book 2!!!
Go ahead and grab a bottle of Pepto and a box of tissues because Corinne Micheals will treat your heart like a cat treats a toy, swatting it this way and that.
Ashton and Quinn love each other. That is never questioned. But he loves his Navy comrades just a little bit more. Or perhaps that’s the wrong way to put it. Maybe it’s that he feels the greater obligation to them. They need him more. How long? Well, indefinitely.
Tired of waiting around, Ashton decides that it’s time for her to go live her life without worrying about him. She wants a baby, dammit, and she’s going to have herself one, even if it means sperm shopping. When Quinn returns from his latest deployment, the two of them OF COURSE get together. Maybe this time, Ashton tells herself. Maybe indefinitely is over.
If you have read any of Corinne Michaels’ books, you know that Ashton and Quinn are in for pain and agony. You know that they will be put to ultimates tests of faith, both in themselves and in each other. And you will be every bit as emotionally invested as they are.
This is the sixth book in the Salvation series, but the good news is that you don’t have to have read the previous books to understand what’s going on here. (I haven’t read them, but I will now. I want to get to know those other characters better.) Indefinite does end on a cliffhanger. A big, fat, punch-to-the-heart of a cliffhanger. When I got to the last lines, I stared agog at my Kindle. Surely–SURELY–Corinne Michaels isn’t ending with THAT?
Oh, yes, she did, that diabolical woman. YES, SHE DID. So if you’re one of those people who can’t read a cliffhanger without having the next book ready to go, then you might want to hold off because this ending messes with you.
The romance, though. The romance is beautiful. As Corinne Michaels shows, Ashton and Quinn’s love runs deep. They accept each other. It isn’t that Ashton wants Quinn to leave the Navy–not at all. She just wants to know that he will be accessible to her. He’ll share the experience with her as best he can. He will let her into his life. She wants babies and a family, and she needs him to let himself be a part of that.
And now pardon me while I go stress-eat until Infinite releases.
Indefinite is classic Corinne Michaels. What a ride this book is! Ashton and Quinn’s story is emotional, heartwarming, and at times raw and intense. Corinne’s writing will push all of your buttons. At times you will get the warm fuzzies, and other times you will be on the edge of your seat, waiting to see what happens next. Her stories will engage you and take you on a journey you won’t soon forget. I cannot wait for the second book of this duet.

We finally get to read Ashton and Quinn’s story. This is number six in the Salvation series and although other characters in the series appear in this book, Indefinite can be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone.
Ashton is a feisty, no-nonsense woman who knows what she wants but when it comes to Quinn, her resolve to resist him always seem to crumble into dust. She wants a future with the man she loves, the white picket fence, children and everything else. But her relationship with Quinn always seems to do the same cycle: rinse and repeat, same issues, same problems. Will they ever meet halfway?
Quinn has always put his Navy Seal career in front of everything else including the woman he’s been with these last few years. He’s a stubborn son of a gun but this time he needs to man up and do the right thing, or he might lose Ashton forever.
Once again this author regales us with the story of Quinn and Ashton, a feisty woman and an obstinate hero. Ms Michaels is a very entertaining storyteller and I love that she makes Ashton a strong character that won’t be pushed around, one who knows what she wants. Quinn is the yin to her yang, their fiery relationship needs to be rebooted and spiced up with a touch of romance and when required, he doesn’t fail to impress her. But will she change her mind?
“No, we never will know a life without each other because I will never let you go. Ever.”
Told from both protagonists’ points of view, this book is well-written, fast-paced with a riveting storyline and filled with exceptional characters. We get to meet up with other men and women in the series again and enjoy their camaraderie; their loyalty and the fierce band of brothers. I must warn you that this book ends in a massive cliffhanger. I felt like pulling my hair when I realised that I was at the end of the book and hadn’t got a clue whose point of view it was in the last paragraph. I do so need to know what happened! I’m dying to read book two, Infinite, and hope I don’t get any more grey hairs from waiting! You really shouldn’t miss out on this one!
I don’t want to write a review that’s fall of spoilers because I believe to get the best from Indefinite with need to read it with no preconceptions and no expectations, so my review will be all about the amazing feels this book gave me.
Ashton is the girl we all want to be she is fierce when needed and she is a girl who loves her family unconditionally. A woman who will do what ever is needed to take control of her life.
Quinn a navy seal who is protective with a dry sense of humour that can sometimes come across as being sarcastic but under the surface he only wants what best for everyone but will Ashton give him the second chance he so desperately needs……..
“There’s no other woman in the world who can hold a candle to you, Ashton. You’re the Sun, the flames, the Stars, the heart that consumes my world “
This book captivated me it consumed every moment of my life whilst reading it and I’m struggling to find the words to describe a story that’s like no other I have ever read, strong and powerful yet vulnerable at times, I swooned, I smiled and I was left with heart that felt like it had a massive big hole in it….. I loved getting to know the character’s and this author did an amazing job with the plot I had no idea this book would end the way it did until I had read the final line. This is Corinne Michaels at her best with an extra bit of intrigue and suspense thrown in for good measure. Can’t wait for the second book in this duet.
I am still shaken after the end of this book, but I loved it. The cliff on this one felt like a double whammy and then she threw in this teaser that sent my head reeling with possibilities. I cannot wait to get Infinite and see where the rest of the story goes.
Ashton and Quinn have been going around in circles for years. They had a connection and chemistry, but different life goals. She wanted the full fairy tale with the husband, kids, and house…and that her husband would be home with her. He was married to his SEAL team and could not seem to let go of that life. He kept his feelings locked down and kept breaking promises and leading her on until she finally gave up.
But when he returns from his last deployment a changed man between his experience there and realizing what it means to truly lose her, he will be up for the fight of his life. Ashton is fiery, stubborn, and has been burned one too many times. She is living her life in New York, enjoying her career, and making plans for her future that do not include him.
But Quinn comes back with determination and a purpose, and is willing to do whatever he needs to in order to prove to her that he is a changed man. The LadyKiller stole my heart. He is actually kind of a sweet protective stalker with good intentions. I really loved Quinn and Ashton together even when I wanted to shake sense into them during their alternate times of being stubborn and resistant. When they are good, they are so good…but they can also be a hot mess.
Will he be able to prove to her that he is ready for everything in life with her? Will they get their happy ending or just lose again?
In the background of this story are all of their friends from the previous books, and a thread of mystery and danger that has been lurking around Cole Securities. The last part of this book left me breathless. I seriously am counting down the days until I get to see how it all resolves.
I received this book for free from the author in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
I loved returning to this world, finally, Quinn and Ashton get their story! I really enjoy a good grovel and boy oh boy does this book give good grovel! The chemistry is off the charts and the bit of suspense and that cliffhanger have me absolutely itching for the next book!
I read and devoured the Salvation series by the very talented Corrine Michaels a few years ago, and was ELATED that she answered our pleas and wrote this duet which includes an update on the wonderful couples and friendships (Jackson, Liam, and Mark) we have grown to love.
Indefinite is the perfect title for this book which can be read as a standalone. It is not for the faint of heart and features Ashton Caputo and Quinn Miller who have been lovers for many years, but with his occupation as a Navy Seal, it was difficult for Ashton to have the life she had always dreamed of. I love all of the conversations and interactions with the secondary characters and the insight they provide to both Quinn and Ashton.
I really admire Ashton for her honesty in communicating what she wants in a relationship and trying to protect her heart. She is very supportive of his career and didn’t give him an ultimatum, just expressed her views and then watched him walk away one last time. It was so sad and heartbreaking as Corrine takes you through every emotion they are feeling, and you truly see both points of view.
Our hero Quinn, finally has his ah-ha moment and fights admirably for our sweet heroine, which will make you weak in the knees. It’s hard for her to trust because they have been down this road before, but the things he says and does for her makes her a believer. During this time, his friends, whom are now retired from the Navy and are working in Security, recruit our very tall, dark and handsome, and now very swoon-worthy sexy hero to assist with a mission.
Ashton is loyal, smart, committed, and not afraid to admit how much she loves him and wants a family. I really admire that about her and how she is an independent, educated, career woman working in a fertility lab to help others conceive, a very noble profession.
This book is not one of those tales where everything is picture perfect, where everyone gets along and there is no angst. This book has lots and lots of angst, along with will they or won’t they, plus heart stopping suspense, and a bit of a mystery! It will keep you engaged the entire time turning page after page wanting to know what happens next and will they get their HEA! And then all of a sudden, when you get to the last page, you will scream and shout because, yes, my dear romance reader friends, there is a cliffhanger! This after all is a duet, with Infinite releasing in July, and I for one and counting down the days.

Indefinite by Corrine Michaels is part of the salvation series. It is book one of a duet. This series is full of emotions, drama and all the feels you have come to love from Corinne’s books.
This duet tells the story of Ashton and Quinn. They will steal your heart in this second chance romance. Ashton wants it all – a family, a future and to be with the man she loves. Quinn is in the military, its his calling, can he leave it all behind for Ashton?
Ashton and Quinn have a beautiful connection filled with love and friendship, but is it enough for them to have a life together. In book 1 of this duet, Quinn wants to fight for her. Ashton can’t trust him, but can Quinn make her believe in him again?
I just loved Quinn and his romantic gestures, kind heart and loyalty. Ashton was hurt before but you can feel her love for Quinn. This was a beautifully written story and I cannot wait for book two of this duet. There is an omg! ending and an I need book two like right now lol! But you will love this story and fall in love with the characters. Fans of the salvation series will love feeling like they are home again with characters they have come to know and love. Definitely one click this book today!
5+++ “LadyKiller” Stole My Heart Stars
OHHHHH MYYYYY GAAAWWWDDDD!!! Corinne Michaels has done it, yet again!!! The MASTER of the CLIFFHANGER has taken my heart and twisted it into a mangled mess….and I ABSOLUTELY wouldn’t have it any other way!!!
Indefinite is the long-awaited love story of Quinn Miller and Ashton Caputo, told in dual POV. Quinn, a former Navy Seal who worked on the same teams as the other Salvation Series men (Jackson, Liam and Mark), is just as ALPHA, just as possessive, but he REALLY has no clue! Ashton, from the very first chapter, became my spirit character! I LOVED every single thing about this book….the banter, the angst, the lack of trust, the heart-palpitating chemistry, the sizzling heat. the heart-break! But most of all I loved how I FELT the love between these two! And I couldn’t stop reading until I got to the end….that ISN’T the end because I NEED to know what Ms. Michaels has up her sleeve in Infinite!
