Lust is life for an incubusJudging by the desire radiating from the red-faced mortal in his sex shop, there was yet another fast, forgettable meal coming his way. When his intended snack turned him down, even after he’d massaged his prey’s inhibitions, the demon’s interest piqued. No ordinary human could resist the lure of an incubus for long, and yet Finn was fighting as if his life depended on … Finn was fighting as if his life depended on it. If what Ezra suspected was true, it did. Finn’s lust was not only life for the demon, it was a ticket to fame and fortune beyond his wildest dreams.
It was time to use his full demonic abilities to bring down his prey, to separate him from his mundane life and relationships, even if it was against supernatural law.
Being propositioned by a mouth-watering stranger was flattering, but a fling would ruin Finn’s carefully planned future. So why couldn’t Finn forget what those sinful, dark eyes promised?
A m/m paranormal novella told from the human’s POV.
1st part of the Incubus series.
NOT a standalone.

Finn is a virgin college student who has a boyfriend that is older and doesn’t want to have anal sex. Ezra is an Incubus demon that wants Finn for himself. And after a break up with Finn’s boyfriend, Ezra steps in. After explaining what he is Ezra and Finn decide to for it…. I liked this book and can’t wait to read the next book
Emma Jaye’s story “Incubus Seduction” plunges you into the dark and dangerous world of paranormal creatures. They lie, they manipulate, they feast on your sins and desires, pushing you your limits and beyond. This is the destiny of the naïve and pure student, Finn, who chasing his happiness entered his own hell.
Hilarious beginning, immense sexual tension, hot and funny characters and intense, cliffhanging ‘to be continued’ kept me hooked on this series. Flynn and Ezra are so different yet so interesting to look after. The promise of the dark and twisted plot leaves me to wish for more and to wait for the next book in the “Incubus” series.
Wow! I loved this story. When it ended I had only one thought: I want more!
Short sexy sinfully novella didn’t really know what I was getting into with this one, I absolutely FLOVED the paint series so I was eager to read this. It did not disappoint. An erotic M/M plus supernatural. FANTASTIC. Can’t wait to dig into book two!
VIRGIN MEETS INCUBUS…Absolutely this book. So HAWT and steamy. I was so mad at Charlie, but he got what he deserved. And Ezra I can’t wait to see all the ways he makes Finn scream. I am a little worried about what will happen to Finn in the next books, but I am about to find out. So dark and twisted it kept me on the hook I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series, already borrowing on KU.
This is an excellent short novella. Emma Jaye always brings the angst and heat level. The author excels at the unexpected and this was no different.
The character development was solid on a novella level. There was excellent chemistry between the characters. I do wish the world building had been a little stronger. Since this is a series of novellas I do believe that will naturally strengthen.
It’s a great read with a need to immediately pick up the next novella. The author’s words are highly addictive. It did start a little slow for me as a story though.
I deducted half a star for world building and half a star for pacing. I’ve already grabbed book 2 and I’m looking forward to learning a more about the characters and the world Emma Jaye creates.
4 stars for a hot novella with plenty of angst.
3.5
Since Pied Piper (Grim and Sinister Delights book 6) takes place in the same universe as this series, I was already familiar with some of the characters. Probably it’s better to read this series first but it won’t spoil you that much if you read it in the same order as I did. Even though you can’t explode too much in a 132 pages book, this was a great introduction to the MCs and the dynamic of the different species.
Like I said before this is a short book but you can see glimpses of Ezra and Finn’s personalities. And how not everything is the way it’s pictured at the beginning. Finn’s naivety and Ezra’s manipulation is a match that will be interesting to read about. No need to say that this being a story where one of the MCs is an incubus, there are a lot of hot moments.
An incubus with no moral compass. A human unaware of his value. A quick introduction to this series where the characters are going to test the limits of good and bad.
Confession; this book has been on my Kindle, awaiting my attention for YEARS – oops! Big oops!! It fell into a black hole, but I’m so glad I found it, lurking in the depths of my TBR.
This is a really quick, addictive read.
Poor, sweet, innocent Finn didn’t stand a chance! A student, trying to pay his way through uni with, quite frankly, a git of a rich boyfriend. Yet he still has his v card.
Enter Ezra, the incubus. And he needs Finn more than even he knows. There’s more to this young man than meets the eye.
This book, as the title suggests, focuses on the seduction. And boy, is it worth it!!
Ezra may be a sex demon, but I’m happy to say there are elements of consent, even if it is tainted with some persuasion. And he’s incapable of being a selfish lover – hello!!
I’ve not read about an incubus before – I don’t think it’ll be my last.
Great characters, nice plot, sexy af – I want, no, need more! Oh look, book 2 is on my Kindle now!
This book was short, but it packed a punch. There was sex, sex, and more sex. But that makes sense since this book is about an incubus, Ezra, and his very special, very addictive human, Finn. Since this was a book about an incubus, I had high expectations for the sex scenes, and I was not disappointed. They were wonderfully done. Ezra is a demon, and thus does not have the same sensibilities as humans do. He had no problem with manipulating Finn to get what he wanted. Finn was also wonderful. He was learning how to break free from his controlling and selfish boyfriend. Unfortunately, or should I say fortunately, Finn is soon caught in Ezra’s web.
Overall Rating: 4 Stars. The sex was great and the writing was fun. I quite enjoyed reading this book and really enjoyed the plot so far. I need to read the rest of this series.
