He’s silent – but his touch speaks louder than words.
At first sight, Savannah is drawn to the harsh appeal of a man who refuses to talk to her. Keenan’s hard stare is arrogant and unapologetic. The quirk of his sensuous lips is cocky and in control.
But there’s more. There’s something deeper he’s trying to hide behind those steely grey eyes – a slight hint of vulnerability which captures her … which captures her intrigue.
She’d been warned, told that his silence hides a myriad of lies capable of affecting her career and relationships with loved ones. Only she can’t help herself. Testing Keenan’s defenses is an addiction she can’t deny.
Falling in lust is easy. Learning his secrets comes with a price. The cost? Her broken heart.

Oh this book is everything and more, it’s my all time favorite book, I’ve read it so many times and everytime is like the first.
I really enjoyed this book it was different and I really liked how the story was told. I really liked how we would be past and showing us emails for the present, I thought this was a really clever way to get us to keep reading.
As soon as I read an email, I would have to read the next chapter just to see how everything worked and how everything was going to pan out.
I am a sucker for a character who is not perfect and has struggles and Keenan was a perfect example of this and he was very interesting.
Savannah was also an interesting character she had no luck with men, she had her ex chasing her and needed to save a hotel, so the last thing she was looking for was a relationship especially someone who was like Keenan.
I loved learning about Keenan and Savannah and the storyline with the two hotels and especially Penny who was here to make trouble for Savannah and being her cousin made the book for a really great story that kept you interested and loving the book.
If you are into these sorts of books then go grab this one it was such a fantastic read.
Eden Summers knows how to make a reader connect. Keenan and Savannah’s unique love story had me hanging on every unspoken word until the very end. Secrets have a toxic way of destroying happiness. Keenan convinces himself that unspoken words are not lies, but lying by omission is still lying. Savannah finds herself falling hopelessly in love with a man who can only communicate with her through wordless interaction. When she finds out he can speak, she’s humiliated and feels like a fool. She can never forgive his hurtful betrayal. Keenan has never felt the way he does when he’s with Savannah. She’s climbed under his skin and into his heart. This story takes you on a roller coaster of emotions that has you silently rooting for a happily ever after. This is definitely a five star read.
The old saying goes a little like this…..
Actions speak louder than words. I personally have heard this saying a billion times in my short lifetime, but Inarticulate…..It’s not so much what actions speak, but what a touch, a simple look, a simple stare that can hold so much meaning than what words ever will.
We meet Keenan and Savannah in this beautifully written novel.
A chance meeting at a family dinner has Savannah completely spell bound when she first lays eyes on Keenan.
He’s all male, sexy, brooding, dark and dangerous.
Savannah is completely drawn to him and the mystery behind him.
Because he never says a word to her.
Actually he never says a word to anyone.
He uses his body, his eyes as a way of communicating.
Keenan is always silent, but still has the ability to tell his story.
And Savannah needs to know what that is, who is Keenan and what makes him tick.
But Savannah has be warned.
Stay away from Keenan, he will crush you with his secrets that he will never share. He will break your heart into a million pieces. He is not the man for you. He isn’t who you think he is.
But Savannah has other ideas.
She will get to know Keenan.
She will find a way to reveal his secrets.
She has too, because the desire, want and need is too strong to ignore.
She wants this man.
But at what cost?
Guys Inarticulate……This novel had me completely spellbound. I couldn’t put it down. I was transfixed right from the very start.
It’s dark, raw, gritty, heartbreaking, jaw dropping and breathtakingly beautiful. And lets not forget how sinfully delicious it is as well. It had everything one would expect from a novel and so much more.
Personally for me though, what pulled at my heartstrings in this brilliantly written novel was the detailed way it showed how people can communicate without words. It left me speechless and simply moved me to my core.
I instantly fell in love with both Savannah and Keenan and their story. A novel that will stay with me for a very long time.
This is a novel not to be missed. It’s a definite must read.
5 stars
Amazingly Good… So much more than I expected!
I LOVED IT!! Keenan doesn’t speak with words but I felt everything he was doing with Savannah by his expressions alone! WOW… Lots of drama and unexpected storylines SO So good!!
I like the premise of Inarticulate: a mute, broody and alpha leading character who doesn’t need his voice to communicate and make his points. And a heroine that falls in love while tackling her past. The leading characters’ chemistry is off the charts. This book is a page turner.
Loved it, but then I love all this author’s books. This was different to anything I’d read before. Keenan is so sexy. I loved him as a character and the fact he was silent made no difference. Savannah becomes involved with him despite warnings from others. I was curious as to why he didn’t speak and when the truth finally came out, I thought it was sad really. It tugged at my heart that this big, confident, sexy as sin man had something he considered such a flaw and that others including his own father judged him because of them. Overall, a great read. Loved Keenan and Savannah’s story.
Such an interesting concept! Amazingly romantic but also heartbreakingly sad at times, too. Without giving too much away, let’s just say that this is a really unique twist on how an attraction can grow, even when one party silent. Don’t get me wrong, even though Keenan would send texts, notes and miming, it still was a fascinating concept of getting to know someone without words. Here’s an excerpt that optimizes that feeling and what it did to Savannah.
What so many men before him couldn’t articulate, he did it without voice. He transformed her into a goddess whenever they were together. His presence, his dominance, even the possession in his eyes, it all wordlessly danced together to wrap her in a confidence unlike what she experienced in the professional world.
This is an emotionally charged story both in Savannah’s professional life and personal life. Tensions are running high between Keenan and Savannah with many layers that Savannah has to work through. Will his silence destroy what they’ve tried to build? Can Savannah live with the secrets surrounding Keenan? What will she do once his secrets are revealed?
You will empathize with both characters, feel the pain that both of them endure and it will draw you in. Set aside time to read this all in one sitting because you won’t be able to put this down!
I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book, however, this is my honest review.
