Sweet and Clean Alaskan Romance
This is a sweet and clean romantic novella set in Anchorage, Alaska. It features a veterinarian, a singer and a rescued Husky sled dog. What’s not to love? This is the first in a spin-off series that should be wonderful if this book is any indication. This book can stand-alone without issue. If you have read other books by this author, you know what to expect. I received a free copy of this book (ARC) and voluntarily chose to share my honest review.
I really loved “Somebody Like You” and Ms. Storm’s books. Oscar keeps getting set up on blind dates by his mother who just wants him to settle down and marry. Lolly just wants to hit it big on the big country song stage. When a case of mistaken identity put Lolly in Oscar’s sights, Oscar may have just met the girl he feels he could marry. After Lolly falls for the local vet, she begins to question what she really wants in life. Can this case of mistaken identity turn out to be the best mistake ever? Is Lolly willing to give up her singing career for the love of her life?
