Isabelle and Vincent will have you laughing, swooning, and loving their world .
Belle is a librarian that has lived a bit of a sheltered life. Loosing her mom at a young age her father did his best to step up and raise her the best he saw fit. He was a bit overprotective and controlling but he thought he was protecting her. Now finally making choices for herself she finds that her love ..her library is at risk of closing. She now needs a new job on the side . She begins a crazy adventure with a dress up business with her friends and they are quite the hoot together . I must say she is hysterically funny, sweet and quirky and I loved every bit of her and her gang.
Vincent aka Beast is a bouncer at the local dance/strip club . Belle catches his eye when she comes to see her dancer friends and he soon finds that she is a too interesting for him to look away. He is the strong stoic type with a bit a secret he is hiding but what he soon cannot hide is his interest in the lovely Belle! Yes soon Belle begins to sooth the beast and it is wonderful to watch his walls come down.
They are absolutely fabulous together. Their kooky, witty banter will have you laughing out loud. Loved them !!

Humorous, sexy and witty. Great fresh take with elements from classic fairy tales but with a sweet and naughty flourish.
Friends Belle, Cindy and Ariel are three strong, independent, take-charge women that quickly bonded over similar financial stress that inadvertently resulted in their new business venture – the Naughty Princess Club, a home stripping business – after a hilarious mix-up with a princess party and a bachelor party . . . I definitely want to read that story and will be going back to read book one, At the Stroke of Midnight, while looking forward to book three, Kiss the Girl.
In Bed with the Beast features Isabelle Marie Reading (Belle) and Vincent Adams (Beast). Nerdy bookworm Belle is desperately trying to save her library. But she needs to gain confidence and experience if she’s going to work up the courage to dance at Charming’s and take part in the Naughty Princess Club. When Vincent learns that Belle is living in her library after a fight with her overprotective father, he opens his home to her. Belle sees it as the perfect learning opportunity; what better way to learn how men think and what men want then by learning from a man?
Easy, fun and fast-paced read that’s as naughty as it is heartwarmingly, fairy tale sweet!
I enjoy when fairy tales are given a modern twist and this book will not disappoint! Great characters, good story line, humor-a real hit! Loved the character development. Great read!
In Bed with the Beast is another fantastic spin on a much loved fairy with a hilarious twist that only Tara Sivec can give you!!
Isabelle and Beast are up next and it was just as hilarious as At the Stroke of Midnight!
Isabelle is the good, nerdy librarian trying to save her job and the place she loves more than anything. A little quirky and shy, Belle finds herself out of a place to stay when the handsome Beast comes to her rescue. What she didn’t know is that she’d be saving him as well.
Beast is the silent and grumpy type and boy, does he play his part well. He is the brooding man that Belle is becoming smitten with, even though he is trying to keep his distance. Beast has had his heart broken before and refuses to be the victim once again. But when his secrets threaten his relationship with Belle, can the Beauty and the Beast find their happily ever after?
Tara Sivec is an absolute genius with her Naughty Princess Club! It’s the perfect blend of the fairy tales we love, with a dirty twist and the friendship between three woman that will leave you rolling! While it’s not necessary to read the first book in the series, I highly suggest you do!
4.5 Stars!
Isabelle Marie Reading is a beautiful, sweet, innocent 25 yr. old woman still living at home with her overprotective father. She’s always been a shy, quiet bookworm. She’s a librarian who runs the local library that’s on the verge of shutting down. The library is like home to her, and is her safe haven. It’s going to soon close if she doesn’t come up with a way to raise money.
Until recently all Belle’s friends were fictional. Then she met Ariel & Cindy, and they started a business called The Naughty Princess Club. She’s been in charge of the administrative side, but soon wants to spread her wings and have some fun and adventure in her life. She wants excitement, and experience with the opposite sex. She also wants the fairy tale. She’s ready to take control of her life and stop living only through the characters in her books.
Belle’s father isn’t on board with the changes she’s making in her life. He doesn’t approve of her new girl squad, and they get in a huge fight. She’s suddenly homeless and on her own. She’s shown kindness from the most unlikely person, Vincent “Beast” Adams. Beast is a bouncer at a friends club, and reminds her of Thor and the Hulk wrapped up in one. He’s one of the hottest most annoying men she’s ever met, and the only person she’s ever clashed with. He offers her his spare room when he learns she has nowhere to go. Since she’s in desperate need of somewhere to stay she accepts. She’s finally free to make her own decisions, and live her life to the fullest.
Vincent is intrigued by this sexy, nerdy librarian who constantly rambles and spouts useless facts. She’s a bit odd, but extremely genuine and real. He finds her stunning inside & out, and wants to know her better. As he grows closer with Belle, will secrets destroy their new relationship?
I loved book two in The Naughty Princess Club. It was as laugh out loud funny as the first book, and full of girl power. The three friends share a special bond, and are all strong, confident women. I adored the Beast, and thought this story was absolutely fabulous! A sizzling hot, flirty, fun read! Can’t wait for Ariel’s HEA up next!
This is the second book in The Naughty Princess Club Series. It could be read as a standalone, but you really should read the first book before this because 1. It’s a fantastic 5 star read, and 2. You’ll understand much more about this book if you read the first one.
As with the first book, this book follows three women thrown together who became fast friends and under the extreme need to make money, formed a stripping business called “The Naughty Princesses Club”. Isabelle (Belle) has yet to attempt to strip, but joined the club in order to raise money for the failing library she runs. She’s fairly innocent to the ways of men (except for what she reads in her books) and spouts random trivia frequently, especially when she’s nervous.
I adored the previous book and was looking forward to Ariel’s book (the 3rd not-yet-released book) but I honestly thought this would probably be my least favorite of the series. While her character is funny and naive, I just didn’t think Belle’s book would be as enjoyable. Apparently I must have been hit by the stupid tree. Tara Sivec could probably write a book about a stack of paper and I would enjoy the hell out of it. Therefore you can probably (accurately) assume that I loved this book. Not only did I love it, I think Belle is my favorite of the princesses now.
I thought the male protagonist, “PC”, from the first book was super swoony. Somehow Tara Sivec made Vincent AKA “Beast”, a guy who likes to glare and grunt at people, one of the swooniest book boyfriends ever. How does the author do this? I don’t know, maybe witchcraft or something. All I know is I keep coming back for more, and I’m even more excited than ever to read the next book in the series that will feature Ariel. This is a definite 5 out of 5 stars.
Another amazing spin on a classic fairytale!
I don’t care how gruff and grumpy Vincent is, there’s just something about him that pulls you in. I’m not going to lie, you don’t really want to like him at first. But you can’t help it. Even when he’s being a bit overbearing and demanding, you find yourself wanting to bend to his will anyway. And when you dive deeper into him and his personality, oh boy. This man will surprise you. Then he becomes irresistible. Trust me on that.
Belle is hilarious! The most timid of the three Naughty Princess, she’s always good for a great laugh, an awkward moment, and a whole lot of random facts. She frustrates Vincent to no end but there’s an undeniable charm to her that makes it impossible for him to resist her.
This whole book is a riot! You can’t wipe the smile off your face the whole time you’re reading it. All these characters are fantastic to watch, not just Vincent and Belle. If you’re looking for a fun and hilarious story that checks all the boxes, you’ve found the right one. This is a fantastic addition to this series and I can’t wait to read the next one!
***I received an ebook copy from the author at no charge***
I’m really loving the modern day, sexy take on fairy tales that authors are giving us. This is the second book in The Naughty Princess Club series, and though I haven’t yet read the first one, this was easy to read as a standalone.
Belle lives with her dad, who is super controlling and way overprotective. His actions clearly stem from his love for her but eventually Belle has enough, and packs her bag and heads out. Her two best friends are the obvious people she should go stay with, but she has way too much pride for that, so Belle heads off to the library she works at and starts to sleep there.
Enter Beast, a bouncer at a club in town. Belle has had a few encounters with him, and none have been pleasant. He’s grumpy, brooding, has a horrible attitude problem … and is sexy as hell. When he offers to let Belle stay with him, after noticing she never leaves the library. She doesn’t want to accept at first but eventually caves and agrees to spend the night at his place.
And thus begins an angsty, sweet, and sexy romance story.
The characters in this book were amazing. Belle and her two best friends (Ariel and Cynthia) have a hysterical and fun relationship. They’re all so different, with completely opposite personalities, but they complement one another perfectly and they’re loyal to each other. I loved Beast. Getting to know him was a lot like peeling an onion. There were so many laters, and heartbreak has left him hardened to most things. But Belle … she just might be the force that’s needed to come around and break down the walls Beast so carefully constructed.
I liked Belle too. She was kinda naive at times, but that fit into the story well. She’s so incredibly passionate about the library, the books, and saving this place that she loves. And it was amazing to see her blossom over the course of the story. Being away from her dad and around someone new helped to bring her out of her shell, in my opinion. I loved that Belle didn’t need Beast to rescue her. Unlike typical fairytales, Belle came out strong and was able to do things for herself and stand on her own two feet before she let herself have a happily ever after.
This was such a fun read! There were a lot of moments that had me giggling fiercely, and of course some scenes that were hotter than hot. The story moved along at a good pace and I enjoyed how Sivec was able to keep some elements from the original Beauty and the Beast fairy tale there, while turning In Bed with the Beast into her own unique rendition of a classic and much loved tale. I loved Sivec’s writing style and I’m finding myself wanting to go back and read the first book in the series, so I can get more of these characters and get to know Cynthia a little bit better.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and easy romance.
Four stars to this novel!
“…there’s nothing more rewarding than the risk of falling in love. Sometimes you hit a few roadblocks along the way, but it’s always worth it in the end.”
Tara Sivec’s unique blend of romance, humor, and lovable characters is one that I don’t think I will ever get tired of reading. In Bed with the Beast was an adorably funny slow burn romance with a fairy tale twist. The kind of story that will blow your heart and make you pee your pants.
One of my favorite things about this book—this series, is the friendship between the girls. Their banter is full of wittiness and heart. Tara Sivec managed to bring humor to any love story, fighting or awkward situation.
In Bed with the Beast was a wonderful addition to the Naughty Princess Club, and as much as I enjoyed it, I have to say that I loved the first one more. I think it was because I was dying to read Vincent POV and I didn’t get it.
If you haven’t started reading this series, get on it ASAP! Ariel’s up next and believe me when I say that you don’t want to miss her story. Watch your back, Eric!
All the books are standalone so, while I would recommend to read them in order, to get the full fairy tale experience, you don’t have to do it.
Full of girl power, salty dialogue, awkward scenes, and just downright funny. You can’t go wrong with Tara! A total must-read for any rom-com lover.
Spending your adult life living in your father’s basement is not conductive to having a romantic life. For Isabelle Reading – living in her father’s home is conductive to her quest to try and save her library from closing. After a huge argument with her father, Belle finds herself searching for somewhere else to live. It lands her back on the doorstep of her library, seeking refuge within the shelves of books that seem more like home that anywhere else.
In a strange turn of events, Vincent ‘Beast’ Adams starts patronizing the library each night. As the bouncer at Charming’s club, Belle knows that Beast definitely has other priorities on his agenda. After all, doesn’t his job require their bouncer to show up at night? Beast quickly confesses that he knows Belle is sleeping at the library and offers a place to call ‘home’. In spite of her hesitation, Belle decides to take Beast up on his offer of hospitality.
The shy librarian is on a mission to get her priorities straight. The first item on the agenda is the desire to finally book her first stripper event. With limited experience on what is desirable with men, Belle puts her nose to the drawing board with the determination to save the library fueling her every move. Who would be the best candidate to teach Belle the ‘ropes’? None other than the Beast that keeps them all safe while in the club. Nothing will be the same after Belle and Beast can no longer ignore the pull that draws them together.
Belle….Belle….Belle….what is a girl to do without a Beast by their side? In Bed With The Beast is the second installment in the Naughty Princess Club, and another ‘winner’ in my book!! All of the antics that these ladies encounter in life certainly doesn’t lack in entertainment. Belle and Beast have a unique beginning in this book, but quickly use their circumstances to learn more about their obvious attraction for one another. What does a librarian have in common with a bouncer in a club? More than you can realize!! Don’t miss the latest comedy filled take by Tara Sivec on your traditional fairy tales!!
Fun, sexy, and a touch of hilarity in this modern telling of the Beauty and the Beast. Belle has been living in her father’s basement to save money but he finally kicks her out of the house and with nowhere to go she moves into her library. When Vincent finds out he offers to let her stay with him until she can find a place. This comes with lots of rules, of course, but with him being known as the “beast” you would expect nothing less. Did I mention fun and sexy and funny? I definitely recommend this one!
In Bed with the Beast is book two in The Naughty Princess Club series. It can be read as a standalone but if you read the first one you’ll already know some of the characters.
Belle is the quiet one. She loves book and runs a library. She has an over protective dad, who actually turns out the be a fun guy. Belle has a business called The Naughty Princess Club with her friends, Ariel and Cindy. She doesn’t have much experience with guys. She’s really a down to earth character that you can’t help but love.
Beast is a bouncer at a gentleman’s club. He’s a big guy. He’s stubborn and a little scary at time but he’s really a nice guy. He gives Belle a place to stay when she needs it. He’s a little mysterious too because he has a locked room that is off limits. We know he’s keeping secrets and my mind went all over the place on what his secret was and what was behind the locked door. I was really surprised when everything came to light.
This one was another great read. I am totally in love with this series and can’t wait for Ariel’s story.
4.5 Stars
I was really excited for the second book in Tara Sivec’s Naughty Princess Club series, because Beauty and the Best is my all time favorite Disney movie. Belle is a shy bookworm who hasn’t had any adventures before the Naughty Princess Club. She was content to read her books and live in her overprotective dad’s basement. It helped her save money she hoped to use to save the local library.
Thanks to her new business venture she finds herself without a place to live. Enter Vincent. He’s know as the Beast because of his poor and grumbly attitude, but offers to let Belle be his houseguest until she can find another place. Vincent has entirely too many rules and an abrasive exterior, but the more time Belle spends with him, the more she sees a kind man behind all the gruff. She even finds herself imagining a happily ever after, but Vincent has a secret that could crush her dreams. What is he hiding behind that locked door? Can Belle break through his defenses and tame his gruff exterior?
This was such a fun book. I love the way Sivec is retelling classic beloved fairytales in this laugh out loud series. If you want an extremely entertaining comedy romance, this series is perfect!
Ever since I finished At The Stroke of Midnight, I have been impatiently waiting to get my hands on the next book in the Naughty Princess Club Series, and let me tell you, it was so worth the wait. In Bed With The Beast was everything I had wanted and had been waiting for.
From the moment I started reading this book, I was totally sucked into Belle and Vincent’s story. Their chemistry and banter made it impossible for me to put this book down. I was addicted and had to see how their story would play out. Tara Sivec has knocked it out of the park with her witty banter and entertaining story-line. These characters are just so much fun and so easy to relate to; you just can’t get enough. I mean, you think you know their stories, but what this author brings to their stories will knock you off of your feet. She breathes fresh life and sexiness into our favorite fairy-tales and will keep you begging for more.
In Bed With The Beast captivated me from page one. I couldn’t get enough of Belle and Vincent together. They were the perfect match, but neither one of them was ready to realize it. I loved how raw and intense Vincent was. He was a total jerk with a heart of gold. And Belle…she was so sweet. So innocent. She wanted it all: the romance, the swoon, the happy ending. She couldn’t be more opposite of Vincent, but it just worked. These together had some amazing chemistry. Their push and pull had me begging for more. And even though I am very familiar with the tale of Beauty and The Beast, Tara Sivec gave me a sexy and sweet story with some terrific twists that just left me breathless…..
In Bed With The Beast is a terrific addition to The Naughty Princess Club Series. This book was sexy, smart and just a whole lot of fun. It is the absolute perfect book to spend your afternoon getting lost in. I loved the banter. I loved the chemistry. I loved the angst and drama. I loved all the little moments with Belle and Vincent. I loved seeing their relationship grow and how they changed one another. I loved getting to spend time with Cindy and Ariel again. They had me laughing so much and I just love seeing what trouble these ladies are going to get themselves into. I am telling you now, I just know that Ariel is going to be a force to be reckoned with when we finally get our hands on her story and I can not wait!!
Simply put, I just loved this story. It is a fantastic fairy-tale re-telling and The Naughty Princess Club is quickly becoming one of my favorite series’. It’s one that I can easily see myself reading over and over again. This series just keeps getting better and better. I don’t know about you guys, but I will be sitting here waiting very impatiently to get my hands on Kiss The Girl, later this year!!! I can’t wait for more and I hope you’ll give this fun and sexy series a try.
A Laugh out loud, think I may have peed a little, snorting drinks out the nose read. Yes guilty to all. In fact I think I scared my cat just a little. This is why I love all Tara Sivec books. Not only does she give you major laughs but she also gives you amazing real characters with the edge of total hotness. In Bed with the Beast (in case you haven’t figured it out yet) you get Belle the librarian filled with all sorts of facts, Beast aka Vincent who is more then what you think. Vincent is gruff and total Alpha make your lady bits tingle all man. Belle may be a little quirky but she is finally ready to take her place in the Naughty Princess Club. And boy does she use Beast to her advantage. Mrs. Potter is one of my favorite side characters. You can’t help but love the loveable old lady with no filter who works with Belle. You have everyone back in this with Cindy and Ariel trying to help Belle gain more male experience. Not only will you be laughing your booty off with every dating misstep but you will fall in love with Vincent’s protectiveness. But just wait for it…….you’ll see………In Bed with the Beast is one of my favorite reads from Tara. This series keeps getting better and better. I can’t wait for Ariel’s story and I’m kind of hoping that Tara can come up with a few more princesses to through in the mix for even more books. Honestly I don’t want this one to end. I mean come on it’s funny, sexy and full of surprises as you flip through the pages. A MUST READ!!!!
**I read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review**
In Bed with the Beast is a modern twist on the beloved fairy tale Beauty and the Beast. This story has it’s hilarious moments, it’s endearing moments, it’s awkward moments and it’s sexy moments.
Isabelle Reading wants nothing more than to be independent and prove to everyone in her life that she’s an adult and can handle adulting! For a woman who still lives in her father’s basement and finds her solace in her library, getting into business with her two new friends takes her about as far out of her comfort zone than it could! Oh, did I mention that the business is called The Naughty Princess Club?
Beast is a man who works at Charming’s, the club owned by the boyfriend of one of Belle’s friends. His nickname fits, as he’s tall and build like a linebacker. He tends to intimidate people on sight, but he’s a man of few words and that’s the way he likes it.
When Beast realizes Belle needs a place to stay, he steps in and provides it. As the two get to know one another hilarity ensues right along with some very sweet and poignant moments. Will these two very different people be able to help one another as they really look to find themselves?
I enjoyed this twist on a classic. I will say it was slow to start for me, but once I got into it, the story flowed and I enjoyed it. You definitely feel every emotion in this book and that is the sign of a well written story.
This was a charming and funny love story. It had a bunch of little nods to the fairy tale, with a real life romance taking it’s place. Oh and with a naughty twist. The Naughty Princess Club is definitely empowering these girls, and being able to find love while doing it is awesome.
Belle is finding her strength and sensuality in this book. She moves out of her dad’s basement into Beast’s lair. She goes on some EPICALLY horrible dates. She’s so smart, always spouting random facts, and I love how she is when with her friends. Also her coworker at the library is hillarious.
Beast is gruff and grunty, strong and silent. She really brings out the best in him and I am so amused to everyone else’s reaction to him, because reading from Belle’s point of view makes you wonder why everyone else sees him the way they do.
I didn’t read book one and wasn’t lost, so this can be read as a stand alone. And like any good fairy tale, it has a happy ever after.
I loved Vincent! He’s super sweet and thoughtful with a side of grumpy sexiness I found positively alluring! And when I learned his actual name, I also ceased thinking of him as his moniker Beast. Instead I was flash-backing to all those tv episodes of Beauty and the Beast with Linda Hamilton and Ron Pearlman. I crushed on that show so hard! It was also one of my favorite beauty and the beast remakes.
Anyhoo…back on track…
Isabelle…Good gravy was that girl a nerdy hot mess or what?! She’s a shy and really nice girl trying to learn to be a stripper to earn funds to save her library. I did have to stop and think about the revenue option for a minute-and then proceeded to laugh my way through her antics. Her way of learning was heartfelt and cute, with sometimes embarrassing results, but she had the guts to go out and doing something about her situation. I had to respect the logic!
What really sucked me into the book was Belle’s colorful, loyal besties, especially Ariel. She’s loudmouthed, extremely opinionated, curses like a sailor, and does not know the concept of fear. I can’t wait to see what kind of fireworks happen with her book!
Overall, I thought the romance was sweet, the storyline highly amusing, and the characters absolutely entertaining!
After several really angsty books in the past months, I kind of needed some fun and laughs, some light, funny and sexy RomCom, so of course, Tara Sivec was an excellent option!
I so knew I’d love The Beast … I have a thing for broody men with a big heart (and big hands, and a big body, and big…)
Isabelle’s weirdness and Vincent’s withdrawn personality were the perfect mix. I already loved their interaction in Book 1, and this book didn’t disappoint.
l liked sweet Cindy, but I loved weird Isabelle, and I can’t wait for Ariel’s filthy mouth!
So, if you want to enjoy a funny and sexy, modern version of The Beauty and The Beast fairytale, with Tara Sivec’s talent, this book is for you!!

This was a freaking delight! I am so happy. Talk about a story that had me giggling and smiling the entire time. This was it! I loved Belle and the Beast! This was a seriously entertaining read I couldn’t get through fast enough.
