I’m SO NOT over her sexy mouth. Too bad she has enough defiance in her to hate my guts. Never, EVER go into business with the woman whose heart you shattered. I’ve lost my ever-loving mind!I fell for Aedon Thatcher years ago, the moment I laid eyes on her.Her beauty, brains, and “I don’t give a damn” attitude were irresistible.I thought I had my future all figured out, down to the names of our … future all figured out, down to the names of our children. Then I screwed it all up. My ego, which perched higher than your average Joe, became the monster that ate away at her love for me.
I went from her hero to an evil villain that she ran from. I couldn’t blame her…I hated me too.
Now our venture together puts us in the same place every day. A sweet second chance. Too bad she still loathes me. At least that’s what her sexy lips say. Her body says something totally different, and I plan on taking advantage of every inch she gives me.

Imperfect by Kelly Moore was full of raw emotion and sizzling hot romance. I was more then half way through before I realized it. There hasn’t been a book by Kelly Moore that I’ve not been drawn into and couldn’t put down.
Wren was the other man. He’s always loved Aedon and has wished for more. Aedon wasn’t “in love” with Wren but she loved him. Wren was best friends with both Aedon and Ashe. When Aedon couldn’t handle Ashe’s lows she ran to Wren.
As ‘Imperfect’ as Ashe was Aedon was able to see past it and love him as a whole. Aedon didn’t allow their relationship previously or currently to change how much she loved him.
Aedon rode through Ashe’s highest of high’s and struggled through his lowest of lows. She understood how much Ashe’s bipolar medication muted his senses and slightly numbed how he felt. They were a perfect fit.
The forever love they felt for each other is what held them together whether they were friends or just dating. Aedon was there for the long haul.
The research Kelly Moore did for “Imperfect” was awesome. I realize the author is an RN. To write Imperfect, Kelly Moore had to research how the Red Cross and other rescue services work and what courses of action need to be taken in badly damaged environments. Before the military, doctors and other volunteers dive in to save as many precious lives as possible.
This novel and past novels I’ve read by Kelly Moore have made me a bit teary eyed. She doesn’t need to warn readers of how sizzling hot her books are. She should warn them that they will need a box of Kleenex or a sleeve to clean up the tears.
