Critical Intelligence
Roi Majors, wolf-shifter and second in command of the I-Ops, is having a hard time believing that Intel can only get half the information needed to bring down an underground ring of vampires with big-spending backers who are hell-bent on creating a race of supernaturals with multiple strands of DNA in them. When he finds himself paired with the one woman in the world who seems immune to his self-proclaimed charms, he can’t wait to see her to safety and then bid her good riddance. He never counted on falling in love with her. And he sure in the hell never counted on her claiming to be an agent with a branch of the government no human should know about.
Radar Deception
Dr. Thaddeus Green survived a werepanther attack long ago, leaving him immortal and a member of the I-Ops team. He’s dedicated his life to genetics and to serving his country. After his mutated DNA led to the death of his loved one, he vowed to never let anyone close to his heart again. Try as he might, Green is unable to stop the mystical pull to the tall, leggy blonde with a sharp tongue and an even worse bite. Thinking Melanie is suffering from mating withdrawal, Green is prepared to do what he must to assure her survival, even if it means claiming her for himself, regardless of his need to protect his heart. Little does Green know that fate has been preparing him for Melanie Daly all his unnaturally long life.
Strategic Vulnerability

Mandy’s Immortal Ops world is truly original. I’ve been devouring these sexy paranormals for 15 years and I still can’t wait to read what happens next!
A fast paced well written series. Loved loved it!!
Love these characters and how they interact with each other.
Critical Intelligence
Missy Carter may be the boss’ daughter but she is more than capable! Roi is just off the charts alphaness at its best! Witty banter is foreplay for these two and when they finally get together its OMG hotness!!! The I-ops team and PSI team are generally compartmentalised but now the genie is out of the bottle, can they work together?
We find out more about the despicable Asia project and the females who are now in harm’s way. Although part of a series, these books can be read as stand alones but much more enjoyable when you read them in order!
Radar Deception
‘Immortal Ops’, just goes from strength to strength!! Chock full of steamy romance, seat-of-your-pants action and a whole smorgasbord of alpha hotties to crush on!!!
Wilson is kind of out comic relief in this one. Melanie is no damsel in distress and poor Green. If that man was any more sharp he’s hurt himself but he has no sense when it comes to his own love life!!! I dare you not to roll your eyes, laugh out loud and silently crush on the alpha nerd that is Green!
Strategic Vulnerability
Oh how I love this world!!! Wilson is a bit of a mongrel DNA -wise. He has rat, tiger, wolf and even magical Fae blood running through him. When he meets Kim whilst they are both prisoners, he felt an unearthly pull to her. There is most definitely a humorous edge to their captivity and it surely gets them through the tough times.
Whilst the men generally outweigh the women in ability, Kim and Wilson are pretty much on an even keel and therefore they became true partners. They can BOTH kick the booty when required! Well paced read which totally pulls you in! Lovely, emotive characters, witty and downright funny dialogues and although there aren’t many sexy time scenes, they are well written and passion filled. Gimme more!
Great books.
Love love love and absolutely love this box set… so hot so steamy and oh so magical
I really loved reading all for books. When I was reading I felt like I was there. The author takes you into a world with shifters. I would definitely recommend reading these books!
great

I have read most of Mandy Roth’s books and I have not been disappointed in any of them. Frances
Love this author’s books!! Can’t wait to read more of her books. Alpha males, strong female heroines, witty banter, paranormal themes…HEA…love these books!!
Love Mandy Roth’s style of writing. Great characters you love and want to smack upside the head every once in a while. That’s what makes them so likable.
I absolutely love the set. The variety of characters unpredictability if you like PNR it’s a must-read
This is the first 4 books in the Immortal Ops series all in one set!
Book 1 is Immortal Ops and we get Lukian Vlakhusha and Peren Matthews’s story. Lukian and his team have been sent to take out a target. They don’t know why she is on their list only that she is. But something about her picture has stuck with Lukian, and he can’t stop thinking about her. When it is time for his team to strike, he aborts the mission and chooses to save her and her friend’s instead. Now he has to decide not only whether to tell her what he and his team are but whether to continue to keep her safe. All while trying to figure out what is truly going on.
I loved this introduction to this series! I was hooked right from the start and loved the chemistry between these characters. The backstory of how everything comes together for this team and the characters left me wanting to know more about them individually as well as who their mates might truly be. Perfect way to start everything off.
Book 2 is Critical Intelligence and we get Roi Majors and Missy Carter’s story. Missy has let everyone believe that she leads a boring life as an analyst for the State Department when that couldn’t be further from the truth. As an agent with PSI, she has seen and done more things than most people will ever even think about. Roi is the 2nd in command for I-Ops, he can’t believe that Intel can’t get them the evidence that they need. But until he has intel, he is just looking for the next flavor of the day. He doesn’t expect to have to deal with the one woman who doesn’t seem to fall for his charms. Nor does he expect to fall for her and find out exactly what she does. Now he has to not only help keep her safe but decide if he can live with what she does for a living.
I loved Roi and Missy’s book!! It has just the right amount of snark and laughter to go along with the off the charts chemistry between them! I loved that Roi has to actually figure out that he is more than just a player and that he can truly have a mate. And one that is as strong as Missy is! This woman is awesome!
Book 3 is Radar Deception and in it we get Dr. Thaddeus Green and Melanie Daly’s story. After going through a panther attack that left Green a shifter, he has made it his purpose to understand their genetics and use for his country. And after losing his family due to his genetics, he doesn’t want to let anyone close to him again. But he also can’t deny his pull to Melanie. Even though she is snarky and isn’t afraid to say what she means to people, he still can’t step away. When he believes she is suffering from mating withdrawal, he is prepared to do whatever he has to in order to save her. What neither he, nor Melanie, know is that there are things from the past that will come back into play. Things neither of them expect or even know of.
I was iffy about this one. I really liked Melanie and wanted her to have a HEA, this just wasn’t how I expected it after the first book. Definitely not how I had originally pictured it but it definitely worked. Green seemed to be hooked on his past in ways that I’m not sure I 100% liked although I did get why he was. These 2 together just worked, especially once the past came back into play. Definitely left me wanting more.
Book 4 is Strategic Vulnerability is about Wilson and Kimberly’s book. Wilson has been held prisoner in a testing facility for so long that he has given up hope of a rescue. At this point he is just hoping for death in order to get away from the torture and testing he has endured. Kimberly thought she was going on a trip to South America in order to study the plant life found there. She wasn’t expecting to end up in a cage with Wilson while a madman tries to create a genetically superior army. Nor was she expecting to feel the instant connection that she felt with him. Now they have to find a way to not only escape but to survive in the mean time.
I can’t say that I loved Wilson and Kimberly’s story but I did like it. It drew me in and kept me reading from the start while keeping me wanting to know more about the things that were being done to them. Their attraction to each other was great. I just am not sure that some of the things that they do would be completely feasible to someone truly in that situation. I did like the different look at Wilson and realizing that there really is much more to him than what people usually think. I would definitely re-read it!
On a whole, I would give the set a solid 4. The stories are engaging and kept me wanting to know more. I liked learning about each character and meeting new ones along the way. Each story has it’s own true story even if there is a larger story arc that is being played out, which I definitely liked. I just wish they had been longer because I always want to know more! Well worth the read!
So glad I started with this set. What a great introduction to the world of paranormal ops. great characters and the stories kept me reading straight through. just wanted another. I was happy I can late to the series so I could binge read.
Mandy M Roth is a master wordsmith, I’ve read this entire series twice already and still look forward to any and all spin-offs!!! Yall gotta read these 1st four, you’ll see what I mean real quick.
Immortal Ops Box Set (Immortal Ops #1–4 omnibus) by Mandy M. Roth is a great read and have the four books all together so you can start the next one without having to wait. I fell in love with all the MC’s in this series which is paranormal series with hot and sexy alpha military shifters who are great at their jobs but are equally matched by the sweet and sexy women who they find along the way. There is lots of action but there is lots of laughs.
Immortal Ops (Immortal Ops, #1)
is an action packed paranormal romance story. It is a gripping tale that takes you on a rollercoaster ride with lots of twists and turns you don’t see coming. Peren’s fiance disappeared and she is still grieving his loss and has no social life except with her best friends Melanie and Missy. When they both decide she has locked herself away for too long they organise to have some fun. That is when they meet Lukian and his team. Lukian has been given a mission but is he able to stay on mission or will he rely on his gut and call it off?
This book is full of the unknown. The characters are a mixture of strength, lethal and humour it is a great read.
Critical Intelligence (Immortal Ops #2)
is better than the first book only by a smidge and I think because it was Roi and I loved him in the first book. The Alpha males and their women know how to kick butt and still have fun and make me laugh out loud. Roi is hilarious and asinine and made the story so enjoyable.
Geoffroi “Roi” Majors is a member of the Immortal Ops Team who loves women with no plans to settle down, ever. But when his team are called in to help he discovers his womanising ways are over and his soul mate is right there in front of him. Now all he has to do is convince her, which is easier said than done.
Missy Charter is a secret undercover operator and there are only three people who know. She knows something is up with their new acquaintances but she is not sure what. What she does know though is that her heart beats for a certain womaniser but she won’t give him the time of day.
I loved it so it’s on to the next book.
Radar Deception (Immortal Ops #3)
Like the others is full of drama and action, sexy and hot alphas with their sweet hot and spicy women who are all paranormal beings. The dynamics and bonds within the team are more prevalent in this story and the strength they get from each other and their mates. There is still plenty of laughs to be had.
Thaddeus Green is still grieving for his dead wife who died whilst trying to give birth. Now after so long his heart starts to beat again due to a certain Fae who is around all the time. He is a quiet man but he comes out of his shell as the story progresses and his sexy side comes out.
Melanie Daly is a Fae but this knowledge has been withheld from everyone to try and keep her safe from a monster. But now that the monster has returned will she be safe. More importantly will the Team be able to keep her safe?
If you’re a shifter fan with military men and magic then you will love this series just as much as I do.
Strategic Vulnerability (Immortal Ops #4)
is where we see more of the man who is behind the terrifying and horrible tests on people that makes them in to all sorts of shifters. Each story see one of the team members find their soul mates. In this one Wilson is held captive by the evil Krauss and is only hanging on by a thread. He has been abused, beaten, and given all sorts of drugs and hopes beyond hope his team will come for him. What he doesn’t realise is that the new woman to be sent to his cell is the one who will change his life.
Kimberly was supposed to be studying plant life with her professor but she soon finds herself being drugged, and experimented on and locked away with a man who is much more than he seems.
The women have never given up on the fact that they think Wilson is still alive and they decide to take matters into their own hands which in turn makes their men mad and chase after them.
Another great addition.
They were good books. I enjoyed them.
I enjoyed this book which is basically 4 books in one. The plot was great as I enjoyed paranormal romance, shifters, fae, and the like. However, after this book, I wanted to continue with the rest of the series but they were very expensive for such short books. While I really would like to know the outcome of the storyline, I just couldn’t justify paying such a high price for them.
