I love this book so much I’ve read it over and over through the years. What’s not to love about it? Sidney Sheldon spins a spell-binding tale of innocence, revenge, love, and adventure. A clever woman and a con artist travel the globe and Sheldon seamlessly weaves the beauty of the locations into the story till you feel like you’re right there …
Intriguing fascinating story. However, I am offended by vulgar language and steamy sexual content.
I could not stop reading until the end. I love Sidney Shelton’s writing.
I love this book so much. I have read it more than 10 time and each time its like am reading it for the first time. I love it
Well to be honest I read this book for the first time about 34yrs ago and all I remember is that it was a great great page Turner and I couldn’t put it down like it was the first thing I reached for in the morning and the last thing I put down at night I’m going to read it again
Enjoyable read and hard to put down
One of my favorites
Love any book from Sidney Sheldon since way back
I don’t know why I haven’t read it before now!
It has been a long time since I have read a Sydney Sheldon book. Fast paced and interesting
Very good read. I hope there’s book 2. Left me wanting more.
One of all of the excellent stories he has given to us.
I thought this was one of Sidney Sheldon’s best books. Have read it more than once. Very entertaining and unpredictable.
What a bunch of overworked stereotypes. Ugh. Such shallow characters with paper cut personalities. Terribly Homophobic as well. Double Ugh.
It’s a book people should read and think on.
I love this book. I remember the first time I read it. I then had my younger sister read it, then she had a friend read it.
It has a brilliant storyline and had me in tears, at the edge of my seat and in laughter.
One of the books that inspired my writing career.
Oldies but a goodie
Great read!
