This is book 3 of the Crime after Crime series. I’ve really enjoyed this series and book 3 did not disappoint. It’s well written and grabs your interest. The characters are well written as well. I recommend reading.

Book 3 in the Crime after Crime series, and I think maybe this may be my favorite. I wasn’t sure at first and it took a couple of chapters to pull me in, but WOW…once pulled in the authors had me hook, line and sinker. I quickly became invested in Grace and her struggles (she actually reminded me somewhat of me); and the crew she’s hooked up with for the hike she’s won were so well described I could see them and felt I knew them. I didn’t know who to trust.
As the hike begins the tension builds. Every page is a delight of Grace’s view of the trip and her fellow travelers. The killer is woven in a way that makes you suspect everyone and the ending came as a surprise. The hiking party falls victim one after another. Will anyone survive?
You’ll have to read the book to find out. Highly recommending to both psychological thriller and mystery lovers.
If I Should Die is book three in the Crime After Crimes series and a captivating read from the first page until the last. As with the first two books in this series I recommend you set aside uninterrupted time to read this book because you will not want to put it down until the final word. This is an intriguing story filled with mystery, suspense and unexpected twists. I look forward to reading more books by this author duo in the future.
This is book three in the Crime After Crime series. Grace has done her daighterly duty of caring for her ailing mother until she passes away, losing her battle with cancer. Now Grace is alone and unsure what to do with herself and all her ‘extra’ time. She enters and wins a hike vacation and is looking forward to it. But this is no ordinary vacation. Is Grace hurt or worse on her all expense paid hike vacation? What a great conclusion to the trilogy series. Another pulse pounding story with more on our great characters as the story unfolds and winds itself into its finally bow. Enjoy!

WOW, what an amazingly good ending to this awesome crime thriller series.
These authors saved the best for last.
What better way to let go of grief? Well for Grace it’s entering a vacation giveaway.
I mean how bad can it be right? The Scottish Highlands, Hiking, Camping.
And she won’t be alone, there are seven others attending also.
The kicker though is they are all strangers. I cringed yep, did you? I mean hello going away out into the wide-open space with seven folks you don’t know?
Well grab the book and prepare yourself for one heck of a roller coaster ride.
And maybe a nightmare or two.
I personally loved loved loved this story!!! Well done.
Another wonderful psychological thriller from this author that had me sitting on the edge of my seat. Great descriptive writing helped to draw me into the plot and the characters had hidden depth to them.

Grace spent several years looking after her cancer-ridden mother. Her mother couldn’t handle the stress and left … never to look back.
Now that mom has died, Grace wants to do something ..anything …. she has no friends, no job, and when she sees an advertisement touting a competition to win a hiking holiday, she jumps at the chance. Much to her surprise …. she wins.
The hiking experience is a new one, and now she’s hiking along with seven strangers. But not all is smooth sailing for the hikers.
One of them falls and sprains an ankle, forcing them all to take an alternate route. One hiker disappears in the middle of the night. Each of the hikers wind up hurt.. or worse.
She wonders if she will be next ……
The plot is tightly woven showcasing a character that is not only credible, but unforgettable, as well. The suspense maintains its intensity from the very first page to the explosive ending. Although third in a series, this one is easily read as a stand alone. However, I do recommend starting at the beginning ….. these are terrific authors who bring us riveting stories.
Many thanks to the authors for the digital copy of this psychological thriller. Read and reviewed voluntarily, opinions expressed here are unbiased and entirely my own.
