Congratulations!” Next Generation Indie Book Awards The debut bestseller that has sold more than 400,000 Kindle and paperback versions! ICE! Archaeologist Leah Andrews stumbles upon something inexplicable in southwestern New Mexico: inside a dark … southwestern New Mexico: inside a dark cavern lies an undiscovered, Native American cliff dwelling abandoned for 800 years. While twisting through one of the narrow underground passageways, Leah’s flashlight illuminates the remains of a violent massacre.
Ancient human remains—all slaughtered in a long-ago massacre—cover the cavern floor, along with several brilliantly colored, granite crystals. The rare gems are native to only one place on earth: a frozen mountain range in central Antarctica.
Could Native Americans have traveled to the frozen continent of Antarctica 800 years before the first known human exploration? If so, how? And why?
There’s only one person who can get Leah to those mountains in Antarctica: her estranged husband and climbing guide Jack Hobson.
At their destination, they make a stunning discovery that will change history and science forever. But Leah’s team is far from the only interested party.
As her secret makes its way to the highest levels of government, a race to seize the Russian-claimed Antarctic territory brings the world to the brink of nuclear conflict.

Not bad read just a little convoluted at times.
Okay book, but almost in the sci-fi genre which is among my favorites, And also part of a series; II much prefer stand alone books.
Way too fake. The female lead is also unbelievable.
IT JUMPED AROUND TOO MUCH FOR ME.
A mystery based on actual history. Author did a good job of making the clues along the trail of the story plausible. Entertaining read.
Technical
Expected a somewhat factual archeological based work of fiction but ended up being more science fiction. But still, entertaining
It was a pleasure to wake up at night and be able to read for a while.
Combines several of my favorite elements. Native American culture, archaeology, political thriller and science fiction all blended into an excellently plotted cohesive story.
It has good “want to read more” quality, in the adventure of this story. Great definition of the characters keeping me motivated to get back to the book and read more. Easy read and good entertainment.
I just couldn’t get into the plot. I dont like sci fi and this was sci fi.
Quick read….a little predictable as far as characters.
A great read, very fast paced and full of adventure.
Complex relationships, challenging problems
Where is book 3?
page turner
this book had me from the start. I enjoyed the mix of ancient Indians and aliens.
I think it would make a great move….lots of action.
