Nora Nolan, author of the fun historical western Big Rock Romance series, now brings you a lighthearted and romantic story of everyday earth women and the hot alpha alien men who want them. Real men. Really masculine men. Men who know how to handle problems, and how to handle the women who cause them. Love stories for the universes!

1:Hate IT! Didn’t finish; usually only given if/when some contents truly objectionable (i.e. main characters does something awful & gets away w/it!)
2:Don’t like IT! Rating means I felt the writing was poor, editing was bad, I don’t care for characters, or book had some major flaw.
3: I like IT, BUT! There are minor issues… Rating means there’s editing issues, needs character development, is too unrealistic, or has issues– I do not consider it an overall bad rating.
4:I like IT a lot. Great, Solid Story w/ few if any inconsistencies or errors. This is a HIGH Rating, & I rarely give OUT a Higher Rating.
5: I LOVE IT! It’s Spectacular, & I’ll read IT Over & Over Again. Few books Receive this rating from me. HowEver, those that DO become Classics.
3.5 Stars
This is a “cotton-candy” book. By that I mean, it’s sweet. It’s so sticky sweet, you have it only very rarely. It’s light as air. Cotton candy is not deep like a chunky bowl of chili. It’s not dense like a grilled rib-eye steak. It’s not meant to be. Same with this book. It was a light, fun story (with a couple of kink scenes thrown in); kinda pretty, like spun sugar. It’s a wispy fantasy that skates along the surface of reality. I mean, 5 gal pals, all looking for Mr. Right, are found by 5 hunky aliens looking for brides, all at the same time?? The plot is OTT and totally implausible, but you’ll be taken on a fun ride with this little gem. You don’t even have to make the effort to suspend your disbeliefs. Just turn on some mellow jazz and pour a glass of wine to distract them for a bit while you read this.
Well what can I say I am not a fan of Alien books, but ohhh my goodness I loved this one it was funny and nothing like I was expecting this is the first book I have read from M/s Nolan but it sure isn’t going to be the last. Once I started reading it I didn’t want to put it down (darn life getting in the way) I think I fell in love with all the characters it was witty and well written
A short well written fun story to read, I hope that this is going to be a series or atleast some more books to come. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The book started out pretty steamy with Sally then Ella then Cheryl after that it started getting a bit repetitive with the ladies as we went through all of the friends finding their perfect handyman. Once the ladies started comparing notes then the men had to come clean about what they really were.
This is very light fluffy reading, the author does try and fill in all of the blanks and make things seem plausible. Glad the guys weren’t making the ladies slaves or mistreating them.
Of course we have the inevitable power exchange (spanking) if the ladies don’t obey the men when they get back to their planet, aliens must love to spank because so many books use that as a theme.
Once back on their planet it’s pretty much one bedroom romp after the other. Since the ladies met the guys all around the same time there really wasn’t any time to actually build a relationship. Basically they knew what the other liked in bed and a few other things but nothing that would say long lasting relationship.

Wow! I wasn’t sure about an alien story, but I was surprised! Enjoy!
