I hate Drew Woods, and she hates me.Too bad I’m not the cold jerk most make me out to be. When she needs help, I have no problem moving the single mom and her baby into my home despite how she makes me feel.Alive.She’s too mouthy, too nosy, and her curves are way too distracting for my own sanity. Giving in to Drew would be a short-lived fix, and I knead something permanent to heal my pain. I’d … something permanent to heal my pain.
I’d be insane to think we could be anything more than temporary…right?

I Knead You Tonight, an enemies to lovers, single mom romance, is absolutely perfect. I really didn’t know what to expect with Winston and Drew but I was very surprised with their story. The hate between the two of them was strong but so was their chemistry and sexual tension! I love how they push each other’s buttons but yet seem to work as a couple so easily. Everything about this story was raw, real and consumed me like no other book has right now! I love how Winston and Drew pushed each other to be the best version of themselves without even knowing it. It truly was a fun, sexy and yet very meaningful story. I highly recommend it!
I just couldn’t put I Knead You Tonight down, I read it in one sitting and really didn’t want it to end! There was so much snark between the characters that it made me laugh! Talk about sizzling tension!!! Goodness me! Just so flipping good!
I loved Drew, especially how she has to survive every day life! I admired her tenacity and her sass!
Winston though, initially I wasn’t quite sure about him but he so endeared himself in the way he truly cared about those close to him!
I loved everything about this book! You just have to read it! An entertaining story I would highly recommend everyone reads!
I was so excited to read this next installment from Teagan Hunter. Her stories of pizza, laughter and love are beautiful. Winston was a “stoner”. He cared about no one but himself and getting high. Drew was the complete opposite, always trying to stay one step ahead of the bill collectors while trying to raise her infant son alone, providing him with a home, food and all the love she had.
As we all know, appearances can be deceiving and such is the case here. Winston and Drew loathe each other but fate has brought them together when Drew needs transportation and a more secure place to live. Winston can supply her with both but can the two of them manage to be civil to each other while providing a home for Drew’s son. And beneath all this hatred, is there something more there, something that no one expects?

What can I say about Teagan, I absolutely love her writing. This book doesn’t disappoint. Every book of Teagan I say this is my favorite and everyone gets booted out for the next book. She does an amazing job at grabbing you from the beginning to the end of the story, once I started this I couldn’t put it down.
I loved Drew in the first one, Winston wasn’t my favorite at the start , like he’s described by Drew lol he’s very lazy, but as the story continues you learn a lot about Winston, and i started to fall for the little bugger lol. Drew is as stubborn as they come, but she’ll do anything for her baby boy Riker, which leads then to moving in with Winston when she needs help. This was a very funny sweet novel and I can’t to read the next in the series 🙂
If I could give this book a hundred more stars, I totally would.
Once again, Ms. Hunter knows how to pack a punch. This book had everything you could possibly want from a love story. The constant push and pull, the witty banter, the steamy sex, the complete AWWW moments. There were moments my eyes teared up, moments I spit water out (thankfully not on my kindle) from laughing so hard, and moments I just wanted to shake Winston for being so darn hardheaded.
This was such a touching story about Drew and Winston, the last two people you’d think would ever fall for each other. Their relationship is based entirely on witty banter and throwing hateful statements towards one another. At least until Winston has Drew and her 3-month-old son move in with him. Then, naturally, things begin to change between them. But what can really happen between two, hard-headed, stubborn people, who are more alike than they realize? Well, you will just have to read to find out. And you will NOT be disappointed.
Every book that Ms. Hunter writes is seemingly better than the last. I first discovered her when my friend recommended her first Texting book. I kind of fell in love with her writing there and have read everything she’s published since. Each one is amazing, funny, heart-felt, and just all around incredible. I love the Texting Series, don’t get me wrong, but I think this might be my new favorite and I think Drew and Winston are my new favorite power couple!
5 out of 5 stars, though it definitely deserves WAY more!
I could not put this books down!! It was absolutely fantastic. Drew’s sassy take no crap attitude to Winston. The give it right back to him attitude. Winstons no clue but completely sweet because he was trying attitude. Seeing our favorite characters again. Sully, everyone needs a Sully in their life. I loved the humor, the wit, the banter, the sarcasm. In the end the ultimate love and sacrifice between Drew and Winston. Perfect book.
Every time I pick up a Teagan Hunter book I know I’m going to get a fun read! I love her witty banter and the realness of her characters! And that title!!! So punny 😉
Drew life hasn’t been easy, but she has an inner strength and resilience that shines through. When she finds herself a single mother to her son Ryker, she wouldn’t change a thing even if it is a struggle financially. When she has car trouble the last person she wanted to come to her rescue was her best friend’s brother Winston as they have perfected the art of annoying each other.
Winston may come across as lazy and uncaring but that couldn’t be further from the truth. There is so much more to the man than first appears so when he takes Drew home and sees her living situation he can’t leave her there so he now finds himself with two roommates.
As they spend time together they see each other as they truly are, imperfections and all. As the chemistry between escalates so do the feelings they have for each other and what started out as a way of helping Drew out turned into the best thing that ever happened to either one of them.
Teagan Hunter nails yet another Rom-Com hit! This enemies-to-lovers/single mom romance featuring Drew and Winston, who we met in Pizza My Heart, is full of Hunter’s signature snark and humor. In fact, they embody it. Their constant back and forth only serves as fuel for their spark. Drew is strong, fierce and independent, to her own detriment most times. Winston on the surface appears lazy and unmotivated but, deep down, he’s caring, talented and full of swoon worthy goodness.
Oh, my dear Winston! Sigh. The guy proved such a damn revelation. There was no denying how curious the guy had me in the series starter, and getting to know him better showed me that there was far more than I ever thought possible. He was more than the lazy, irresponsible stoner dude he initially seemed to be. I loved how each layer was peeled away as the story progressed, and the more that was revealed, the more I loved Winston. Admittedly, Drew was someone I had a love-hate thing with. She had firm opinions about him and they weren’t exactly of the glowing variety, plus it felt as if there was this whole back and forth going on with her thoughts and feelings as far as he was concerned. She did, however, manage to win me over and I loved how she also evolved in the book. It was great having Wren and Foster around, and Simon was awesome as always. I don’t care who between Porter and Sully get their book next for as long as they both get a book! 4.5 stars for I Knead You Tonight.
Drew was a carefree young woman until everything changed. Now everything isn’t about her anymore. Winston has an easy life on the outside but after a traumatic event he’s changed forever. Drew is best friends with his sister and he’s been around to see her struggles. At some point, he started liking her but will he ever tell her? Drew is fiercely independent but she can’t help but notice Winston. Will she ever let anyone in to her heart?
Winston is the sneakiest little sneakster from Sneak town!! The way he swoops in and saves the day for Drew and her sweet baby, loves her from day one and supports her hopes and dreams… all while hating her. LOL. It’s ok, she hates him too. The hilarious banter between the two was so strong at times I was laugh/cringing! It hurt my heart and my stomach from all the laughter. Through all the laughs there is honest dialog and a chemistry that won’t be denied, heartfelt moments of clarity and family that doesn’t always come from blood.
Another amazing installment from Teagan, who never disappoints!!
Winston and Drew hate each other. Like really, really, despise each other. Except that hate seems to be a mask for something more. Too bad each of them is convinced the other hates them back.
I love these two. Although the books are standalones, we first met Winston and Drew in A Piece of My Heart. Even though they were not the featured characters, there was still something between them and I just knew their book was coming. I was not at all disappointed. Their bickering, their covert caring, their chemistry, and their fierce support of each other is swoonworthy. Even when they proclaim to hate each other they still look out for each other. And Winston + Riker = heart eyes emojis all over the place.
Also: Can we talk about the enigma that is Sully? Teagan, if you read this, pleeeeeeeease tell me his story is coming soon? I need to know more about him!
Anyway, this book is amazing and sweet and funny and sexy and you should definitely read it. And go back and read this author’s entire catalog. She started out killing it with her books and has only gotten better. You won’t be sorry.
I Knead You Tonight was such an emotional roller-coaster and so much fun to read.
Drew is dealing with life head on; being a newly single mother, she’s doing her best. The one she hates the most, Winston, is aware of her struggles though she is not.
I loved this story of two people trying to figure out what path they should take. Winston has been dealing with the after-effects of an accident he had. Never really letting his body heal. But he’s fully aware of Drew and in a way, forces his help. Drew hasn’t had it easy, and there’s a lot they both don’t know about each other. But they soon find that having someone by their side believing and encouraging them, is exactly what they need.
Teagan is such a great writer, and you feel the emotions from these characters. You relate to them in different ways. I’m loving this series and can’t wait to see what else is in store.
Overall, Five Boundless Stars
Give me all the enemies to lovers/single parent romances! When I saw I Knead You Tonight had a single mom and was enemies to lovers, I couldn’t wait to read. As much as I enjoyed the first book in this series, I loved this one even more.
Drew Woods is a single mom and best friends to Wren Daniels. Wren’s brother Winston and Drew do not get a long. When Drew finds herself in a bad place and Winston offers her help, she doesn’t want to take it, but she has her baby to consider…
I love a good banter between characters and these two had the best banter. I also loved seeing the changes in Winston. He had so much growth through this book. He wasn’t exactly what he seemed, and he had such a big heart. I loved seeing him with Drew’s son most of all. Winston and Drew had an amazing connection, even though they tried hard to fight it. When they finally gave in, it was fire.
Teagan Hunter never fails to make me laugh out loud while reading. And though this is funny and I did laugh a ton, it also had a lot of emotion and a lot of heart. It was one of those reads I flew through because I never wanted to put it down. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fast-paced, enemies to lovers with laughs, love, and feels!
I’ve been waiting so long for a book like this one. I’ve been in a major slump. The kind of slump that has me DNFing books at 40 percent because they just couldn’t hold my interest. But, I Knead You Tonight was everything that I’ve been searching for. It had Teagan Hunter’s signiture style of wit, sarcasm, and hilarious banter. And the writing was so great that I got lost inside of the book, connecting with the characters and feeling as if I was standing right next to them during every scene.
So this is definitely one of my favorite reads of the year. It is the perfect mixture of humor, drama and romance. And it’ll keep you on your toes the entire way through. So if you’re looking for a book to give you all of the feels, then you’ve found it. Just prepare yourself for the book hangover you’re going to have once you finish. And if you’re anything like me you’ll probably be disappointed that you can’t live in this world and be best friends with all of these characters. I seriously miss them already.
This book was such a great read. I loved Drew and her need and strength to do anything that needs to be done in order to provide for her son. I’m not sure if the word love is strong enough for my feelings for Winston. He was so much more than he let the world to believe and I was so happy when he finally decided to show his true colors. I loved that she wouldn’t let him fall back into his old patterns.
Together they made a great team and I was left with a huge smile on my face after reading the words THE END.

I Knead You Tonight is an enemies to lovers, single parent rom com. I’m loving this Slice Series, based on one of the author’s favorite things…Pizza! Winston and Drew and my favorite characters to date! Their banter and chemistry is off the charts. The character development is amazing!
I love that we get to see another side to Winston and Drew. Being a single parent isn’t easy, and that’s no exception for Drew. Watching her struggle prompts Winston to help. Which is totally out of character for him, or that’s what he wants people to think anyway.
These two as roommates are hilarious! I’m surprised they haven’t bit each other’s heads off, literally! If fighting was an Olympic sport, they would both win the gold.
These two as a couple? Phenomenal! Enemies to lovers is one of favorites, so is single parent and rom com. Add them all together…and you get deliciousness!
Witty, fun, unconventional; I Knead You Tonight was an amazing story wrapped with a swoon-worthy bow. Winston is one of my favorite male leads, the jerk “bad boy” persona just a mask he wears to hide his fears. He’s grouchy and a little immature but learning to grow, and be the man Drew needs. A Drew, if you looked up the word “stubborn” in the dictionary I’m sure her face would be staring back you, but when she finally concedes and lets Winston help her and her baby out sparks fly. Beautifully written story by the Author. Lots of pizza slices for this one!
