I hate Drew Woods, and she hates me.Too bad I’m not the cold jerk most make me out to be. When she needs help, I have no problem moving the single mom and her baby into my home despite how she makes me feel.Alive.She’s too mouthy, too nosy, and her curves are way too distracting for my own sanity. Giving in to Drew would be a short-lived fix, and I knead something permanent to heal my pain. I’d … something permanent to heal my pain.
I’d be insane to think we could be anything more than temporary…right?

Okay, So I’m pretty sure Winston and Drew are my Favorites! I am such a huge Teagan Hunter fan. I love all her books. There is something really special about Wren’s twin. No Lie! He’s the super sexy, slacker stoner we first met in Pizza My Heart, when his sister was always having to pick up his slack because he never showed up to work.
Then you have the struggling single mom Drew. The gorgeous, young single mom is doing everything yet still barely getting by. All she does is work non-stop to pay her bills trying to get ahead and she seems to never get a break, he calls out of work all the time and then seems like he’s got no cares in the world. This has the recipe for disaster right? Sometimes when you mix the two totally opposite and different ingredients together you get the most delicious and perfect dish!
I love Drew!! I’m not the only one either. She’s got this sassy attitude and smart mouth. Behind that though lurks this woman whose childhood was anything but ideal. She found herself in a situation she wasn’t planning when got the “unexpected miracle” of a girl that was her son Riker. The cherry on that crap sundae was that her baby daddy was “off like a bride’s nightie” instead of helping with responsibility of the baby he’d helped to create. Drew was doing the very best she could to take care of her three month old baby, Riker. Her car, her bills, she was struggling to balance it all. She was a great mom. Everyone could see that. Maybe if someone could just step in and offer her a little help?
Well, who would have thought it would be a “Fairy god stoner” named Winston! She hated Winston. He was lazy, and a stoner, and rude, and didn’t work half time, and he didn’t know what it was like to struggle. But he was also sexy and that made her even more mad and made her hate him even more. But his offer really could help her. Can Drew resist the temptation and keep her hands to herself while living with Winston? What will Drew do when she realizes some of the reasons why Winston is the way he is? What happens when they impact Drew and her son?
Winston was super hot and super misunderstood in so many ways. He got a bad wrap. I’m totally Team Winston. Which is amazing, because I didn’t care for him in A Pizza My Heart! Teagan not only redeemed him but made him my favorite Hero. Most of it was his own doing because of the choices he had made. When you look at him and who he was, he was really a good guy. He loved his family and friends and he loved em BIG! He hid behind the Ahole persona, but was doing the sweetest things and it melted my heart.
Every.Dang.Time! Him with Riker! Oh My Heart. Sweetness overload. I don’t want to give anything away but he had a lot of stuff worrying him. He was dealing with some serious stuff since his car accident, stuff he had been keeping from everyone. Can Drew and Riker be what makes Winston finally want to get it together? What happens when an incident threatens everything good that’s finally happens for Winston?
My cr8zysockbookblock blog wrap up for this book!
– I am pretty much Obsessed with Winston and Drew. This deserves so many more stars. It was awesome to get to visit with Wren and Foster again. I loved reading how the relationship developed between Drew and Winston. Their banter was top notch. This book was everything!
-Y’all this is hot, hot, hot. I have never wanted to do laundry so much in my life. You will understand that later. I’m talking super steamy y’all! Panty Chucker for sure! (Cause you won’t need em)
Cliffhanger Warning- #WELOVEHAPPYENDINGS
NO Cliffy
I have not read the first book in this series, yet but i intend too. So that tells ya this book can be read as a stand alone. This book has everything I need in a book and more. I honestly do not want to give away to much about the story line so let me say what I feel like i can. this is Winston and single mom Drew’s story. They have known each other for years as Drew is Winston’s twin’s best friend and she works for his dad. You definitely get the feeling it’s a hate/hidden lust thing going on. Things on both sides are not always what they seem and this makes for a really good read.
I am a sucker for a good enemies to lovers romance, and “Knead You Tonight” is the perfect RomCom Enemies to Lovers story to fill that need. We met Drew and Winston in “A Pizza My Heart”. Drew is Wren’s best friend from the previous book and Winston her twin brother. The two main characters are like oil and water, always bickering and throwing insults at each other. Drew is a single mom and doesn’t like to ask for help from anyone. Winston has his own struggles and demons to overcome, but despite the fact that he doesn’t like Drew, he can’t stop himself from offering a helping hand. The more time the two spend together, things shift in their relationship. This book is a single parent, enemies to lovers, best friend’s brother romance. Teagan Hunter has the best punny titles for her books, and this one is just a punniful. The comedy and they angst was just right. Can’t wait for the next one in the series.
I won’t lie to you…I was a little scared to start this book. I mean, I really loved A Pizza My Heart and I was worried that this wouldn’t live up to my hopes. Luckily it surpassed them!! I loved Drew and Winston! I loved watching these two stubborn people try to figure out how to relate and understand each other. They had the classic Teagan snarky banter that kept me laughing. It was adorable to watch Winston with Riker…So. Freaking. Cute. It was impossible to put down!
P.S.- I really hope Sully & Porter get their own books!!
Another delicious banger from Teagan!
#HeartOn for Teagan Hunter and I regret nothing!
Ohhhh Winston the poor, misunderstood soul who felt so much, but didn’t show it. Drew the poor, misunderstood soul who had to grow up at such a young age and always has plans b, c, and d in the wings waiting in case anything happened. Put them together and it is like a powder key just waiting to explode and explode it does! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and think it is Teagan Hunter’s best to date and that is saying a lot!
I Knead You Tonight was a fun hate to lovers romance that I couldn’t put down. I fell completely in love with Winston and I want him for myself!
Not only was Winston a great book boyfriend, but Drew was such a bad ass single mom, she literally gives her son the shirt off of her back and makes so many sacrifices to make sure that her child never goes without!
These two have an interesting relationship, they’ve know each other for years, because Drew is Winston’s twin sisters best friend, who we met in in A Pizza My Heart, but even though they knew each other they didn’t, *know* each other. Does that make sense, because it should. They had many misconceptions about each other and watching them become friends and fall in love was adorable.
The things that Winston went out of his way to do for Drew were some of the sweetest things a hero could and he is so freaking funny! I died laughing at his antics several times throughout the story!
I Knead You tonight is a must read for all romantic comedy lovers, Winston and Drew, along with their friends are sure to win your heart!
I love an enemies to lovers romance and Teagan Hunter really delivered with I Knead you Tonight!
Single mom Drew knows better to depend on anyone after practically raising herself. But, even working extra hours, she’s still struggling to make ends meet.
Win has had a crush on Drew forever. But, after an accident that left in more pain than anyone realizes, he is seen as mean, angry and undependable. But, when Drew needs help, Win steps up in ways that no one expects . . . even if Drew doesn’t want him to.
This was an enemies to lovers in every sense. Drew and Win really do fight and snipe over everything. But, when they get past that, they are so sweet. Both are so insecure. Drew is so scared to love and trust in anyone but herself and Win is scared that he will fail at adulting and following his dream of photography. He was so lost and really needed something to force him back on track . . . and that just happened to be Drew and her adorable baby Riker. Can I just say that watching Win fall for Riker was simply the sweetest!
Fans of the series will love catching up with Wren and Foster and of course, the patriarch of Slice, Simon. And, Teagan, if you happen to read this, please tell me that Sully is getting his own book because I need more of him in my life! 4 stars.
The chemistry between these characters is just off the charts! If you want to read a enemies-to-lovers/single mom book, I highly recommend this one.
I loved every minute of reading this book and am looking forward to Teagan Hunter’s next work of magic.
Another incredible read from Teagan Hunter!
When I first heard about I Knead You Tonight, I knew that I was going to have to pick up this book as soon as I could. You know why? It is because Teagan is a master at words. All of her books are not only romantic, but her guys instantly make me swoon, and become book boyfriends. When you add in her pure comedic gold, you have a fabulous novel.
I fell head over heels for Drew. She was this feisty woman, who wouldn’t take anything less than what she truly deserves. She knows her worth, and will make sure everyone knows it. When you see her interacting with her child, your heart will melt. She is such an amazing mom, and you can’t help but want the very best for both of them.
If you haven’t read any books from this author yet, what are you waiting for? She is an absolute must read author for everyone!
5/5 Stars!
“I hate Drew Woods.
But not because I don’t like her.
I hate her because I do like her…and she won’t let me have her.”
_____
Not entirely sure what kind of magic she possesses, but I have long since accepted the fact that anytime I open a Teagan Hunter book, I am immediately under her spell.
She has this way of making you fall in love all over again, every time, while simultaneously laughing at the effortless humor/banter ping-ponging between her characters.
I rooted hard for Winston and Drew, I mean HARD- they just may be my favorite TH couple to date. Both of them stubborn as all hell, comfortable in their easy loathing of each other, fighting the undeniable chemistry- both physically and of the heart.
There is something different (good different) about Drew and Winston; Teagan gave them a heady dose of personal demons to battle before they could be free to love so fucking hard. Because these two definitely love hard.
The wit is relentless, the sex is hot hot hot and the swoon will make your heart beat uncontrollably out of your chest.
Definite Heart-on for I Knead You Tonight.
Teagan did it again. She creates amazing characters with adorable, witty banter. This being a single mom and an enemies to lovers story used two of my favorite tropes. As usual, Teagan was able to take a character (Winston) who seemed to have a lazy and unattractive personality and give him depth and make him completely swoonworthy. I laughed out loud as I usually do with her novels. Her books are perfect for whenever I’m in a book funk… they are light and make me smile and swoon.
Ready for another gem from Teagan Hunter? Gosh…this book…:grasps heart: I loved this story from the beginning to the end. I was dying for this story since the first chapter teased us in book one, Pizza My Heart.
Drew is a single mom. She has never had it easy. But she has fought her whole life and giving up was never an option. Now she has a little mouth to feed. Winston seems like he has had anything he could ever want. But things aren’t always as it seems. He doesn’t have the one thing he desperately wants, peace. He is still dealing with an injury that he hides. An incident happens that makes enemies Drew & Winston turn into room mates. Trust me Drew fights all the way. They both try to hold onto the hate they have for each other but it’s hard when chemistry is kicking them down.
This book had me laughing, swooning, almost in tears and then smiling the biggest smile. I couldn’t put it down. But that’s normal for a Teagan Hunter book. I did feel a little guilty because this series has become my new favorite and I was totally in love with her text series. (forgive me Zach!) Winston and Drew are epic. They both made me wants to slap them at times and other times I wanted to hug them and cheer for them. At the end of this book I felt like I knew them personally.
I also loved that favorite characters from the first book had a major appearance in this book. The interactions weren’t addicting. There were so many quotable lines. I guarantee this will be your next favorite read. Not really a rom com fan? Teagan will make you one.
I can’t wait for more!
I absolutely loved this book Drew and Winston.. This book had all the feels happy and sad… one of the best books of 2019…
I’m so in love with this series, it’s so deliciously hot and so perfect, just like a pizza! I love this author too, her books are so good, funny and so addicting. If you haven’t read anything by Teagan Hunter please do so now, you will not regret it.
After meeting Drew and Winston in the first book I was looking forward to reading mote about them. This book did not disappoint.
Drew is a single mom down on her luck. Winston is a known as a stoner. When Winston steps in to help Drew, can these two get past their hatred of each other? Will they see there is more going on than what people see on the outside?
Teagan Hunter + RomCom = Hours of laughter! Add in enemies to lovers, single parent, and best friends brother? Whoa! Trifecta right there!! This is the perfect mix of laugher and emotion that only Teagan can deliver. You definitely knead this book!
I swear Drew and Winston are like every real life couple. Fight over every thing. Hate each other. But love each other more than words. Both of their stories broke me a little. You never know what someone is battling. It’s a lot easier to judge than find out the truth. Teagan wrote a beautiful love story that is filled with a little drama, laughs, and a whole lot of sass!
Another hit for Teagan! Enemies to lovers is a great troupe and I know I throughly enjoyed Winston and Drew’s story unfold.
I Knead You Tonight is the sweetest, cutest, enemies to lovers romance and I loved it!! Both of these characters were so stubborn so watching their annoyance turns to love was an absolute pleasure.
If you love stories that make you cringe, swoon and squirm, this is definitely the next book you should read. It had everything that you need to make this a book you will re-read over and over again.
