Drinks + Christmas Party + Lost eye contacts = Flaming Hot KissExcept I have no idea who was on the receiving end.I didn’t even see (extreme short-sightedness problems big time). But it was definitely someone from the office.New week, new day at work,Annnnd my lips are still tingling whenever I think about it.But it’s not like I can kiss every guy in the office,And see who would turn out to be the … every guy in the office,
And see who would turn out to be the charming prince of that night.
Not that I don’t already have enough on my plate as it is,
What with all the shooting glares my hotshot player of a boss keeps directing at me.
Why was he suddenly acting so out of character?
What was he so mad about?
Did I do something wrong?
Did I fax the wrong letter maybe?
Or clip his documents wrong?
This is a steamy 2-book romance novella box set. No cheating. No cliff-hanger. And the kind of ending you will just love. Team HEA all the way!!

I Kissed the Boss by Lindsey Hart is a two book set consisting of Claimed by the Boss and I Kissed the Boss. Claimed by the Boss is a second chance romance focusing on Amberlina (Ambi), an event planner hired for a company Christmas party, and Trey, her ex boyfriend who had to make the difficult choice of keeping his inheritance or keeping Ambi when his father gave him an ultimatum when he was younger. Trey has never forgotten Ambi and plans to reconnect with her which is the reason for providing her the job organizing his company’s Christmas party. However, Ambi is a woman scorned and doesn’t trust Trey anymore. Read the book to find out what happens.
I Kissed the Boss, the second book in this duet, is the story of Callie who goes to the company’s Christmas party and kisses someone under the mistletoe who she can’t identify since she lost her contact lens. She actually kissed her boss, Matt, who one week later brings up the kiss and asks her for a date which turns into an all night affair. Callie quits the next day, but Matt wants her back. What will happen to this couple?
I recommend this fantastic duet which has fun characters, great plots, and lots of steamy holiday romance.

**Little Spoiler** In Claimed by the Boss, Amber is hired to plan Christmas for her ex Trey’s company. She wanted to turn it down, but it would be the biggest event of her career. Accepting the job thinking she wouldn’t have to deal directly with him, she quickly realizes Trey has several tricks up his sleeves to get her back. However, Trey’s father has never approved or so he thoughts. Will these two get the happily after ever they desire once the reasoning behind some questionable parenting advise years ago is finally clarified?
In Kissed by the Boss, Callie and her best friend Chantara work for the same company. It’s the annual Christmas party, and Chantara convinces Callie to go thinking it’ll be less boring together, plus the cheap bar. Callie unfortunately ends up blind for the night after one of her contacts come out, and she didn’t bring her glasses. Chantara is constantly supplying her with drinks, and by the end of the night, both are wasted. On their way our, a simple kiss to a stranger would change Callie’s life. Matt, her boss, wasn’t drunk and completely remembers the kiss that rocked his work. Then the chase begins with Callie kicking and screaming all the way. But will she allow her past trauma to stop her from having the future she deserves?
I really like both books. The lesson from Claimed by the Boss is sometimes you must follow your heart, even if others are against it. I may work out or not, but what you won’t have is what ifs. Kissed by the Boss tells us to not get wasted at the office Christmas party (LOL), but if you do, be prepared to the consequences. Fortunately, it turned out well for Callie. The stories are well written, with minimal errors. They each could’ve been their own book with extended dialogue to further tell the stories, but I enjoyed them.

Two great reads in one book…Previous reviewers & the blurb covering the second story have outlined the stories themselves. I found them to be well written page turners that held my interest right through. The sassy heroines, the strong but flawed heroes, the humour, the drama, the level of toe curling steam, all crafted into these romantic & compellingly charming stories. Highly recommended. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.
This is a Christmas novellas box set about Office Christmas parties that are hot! Claimed By The Boss is a second chance romance between Trey and Ambi. I Kissed The Boss is about a kiss under the mistletoe at an office Christmas party between Callie and Matt that turns into much more. Each story is a standalone and filled with drama, humor, heartbreak, steam, unexpected twists and great HEA’s.
Two good Christmas romance reads
Two stories where the men chase after and fight for the women that they love. One trying to get the one that he let get away and one that realizes his PA is the one.
A highly entertaining, feelgood, laugh out loud, sexy and fun romantic set of adventures filled with engaging charters, witty banter, missed opportunities (regrets), heart racing twists (unexpected opportunities), and undeniable passion….. both of these are great reads! Really enjoyed each story!
Oh contacts… What happens under the mistletoe at the company Holliday party, starts by Callie losing hers!! Who knew not being able to see who you are kissing can be so hot and embarrassing at the same time?! Good thing her boss, Matt, found their steamy kiss hard to forget!! A great read that will keep you up way after your bedtime!!

This 2 Book Box Set for Christmas was a very enjoyable and entertaining read! Each book in this must have collection was well written and the characters were so well created that I was totally captivated as I read every page of each book of this wonderful box set!
I always love reading this author’s books. You are sure to get a really good story line and meet some amazing characters along the way. This boxed set is a two book collection that is no different. It’s the holiday season and of course there are holiday parties to attend, including the company office party.
Claimed by the Boss – Trey needs someone to plan the company holiday party and what better person than his ex, Amberina. No jokes, she is a party planner and this could be his one shot at a second chance with her. It has been five years since he made the wrong choice, can he convince Amberina to give him a second chance? It is the holiday season, a time for miracles.
I Kissed the Boss – You know what they say, don’t drink too much and be on your best behavior, you to face these people and work with them on a daily basis come Monday. So what if you do not take those thoughts or unwritten rules to heart? You drank too much which leads to the loss of your contacts which leads to you blindly, literally, kissing someone in the office? Which was super hot by the way…….now to figure out whose lips those were. This is Callie and Matt’s story, it all starts with a kiss under the mistletoe but an it bring them together for a HEA? Both stories were enjoyable holidays romances to read. It is always great to read of happy ever afters but to happen during the holidays, that just makes them more fun. Enjoy!

This box has a second chance romance about a man who chose to leave his love for his family. Five year later he is trying to win her back. It is a great story about communication and life values. Kiss the Boss is about healing after a difficult childhood and how it affects her life and relationships. These are done well but are serious topics.

Callie isn’t interested in going to the work Christmas party but her friend talks her into it. She ends up having a couple drinks, loses a contact and kisses someone under the mistletoe. She has no idea who it is but keeps thinking about it. Fast forward to her boss, which is who she kissed, also can’t stop thinking about it or her. He convinces her to go on a date and the rest is history.

The first book is a little annoying.
Trey made a mistake fuve years ago when he broke his girlfriend’s heart. He hired her to plan a party but his real intentions were to win her back . This maybe turn out with a HEA but it was emotional drama all the way.
The second book is another boss vs employee romance but a little lighter on the drama more of a mystery. The kiss under the mistletoe was magical if only she hadn’t lost her contact to see who the magician was.

Two excellent reads!!
While I enjoyed Ambriana and Trey’s story, I enjoyed Callie and Matt’s story more.
Both are well written and full of sexiness and HEAs!!
