A shifter wolf looking for her brother in a strange territory of another pack. Letting her into the pack, the leader wants her to marry and mate with his shifter son. Try getting out of this is very difficult and then meeting her brother’s girlfriend in the process is just crazy. Good book, good reading. I received a complimentary copy of this book.
Ember has gone on a mission to find her missing brother. Having to travel within another pack’s territory can be tricky but she had no idea the trouble she will find.
This is the first book in the paranormal adventure series, Wolf Legacy. The characters are well crafted with strong engaging personalities. The narrative was well done. The story was told from the point of view of Ember allowing the reader to get a glimpse into her history, thoughts, emotions, motivations and actions. The storyline flows smoothly with surprises, danger, action and suspense. Ember is a strong, capable and inspirational character. If you enjoy stories about wear-wolves and exceptional heroines, you will enjoy this book. I enjoyed this book and had to read it in one sitting. I look forward to reading more about Ember’s adventure.
Good series
The young Ember has her own story here, I remember her as a baby from older stories, I have been reading this authors wolf stories for quite a few years now and there is just something about this communities fighting spirit that keeps me coming back. I always enjoy Aimees stories and can recommend them to teenagers through to mature adults.
This first book in Ember’s crusade to find her elusive brother was interesting, entertaining and amusing with the beginning of an adventure that kept me chuckling at each moment. Armed with her cupcakes, her smart deductions and strong alpha traits, Ember was decided to fulfill her mission and return, unharmed, to her pack. Strong willed but at the same time yearning for her home-pack, she felt Wolfie’s direct line was not helping her. When things got complicated with strange events that didn’t pair with wolf ways, her fate become an uncertain one. Very interesting story with a witty and funny protagonist in her first adventure far away from her home pack. Liked the twists in the story that kept the emotion and my interest. Left me very intrigued. Like very much these stories that have adventure, mystery, drama, suspense, some violence and romance.
Great book, and hard to put down.
This was okay to pass the time. Even with the not ordinary words sprinkled in this was not a complex story. Ember is an easy character to follow. I really wasn’t a fan of the Alpha being able to force multiple people at a time to move and do what they are told.
Nice read, but verging a little heavier into chic-lit than my regular stories.
Non stop action with endearing characters. Ember is all grown up looking for her missing brother along the way she finds a new pack and ..her mate. This is a heartwarming and heart pumping first in Aimee Easterling’s Wolf Legacy. I literally couldn’t put the book down and loved the fast paced plot.
Was okay
good read
I enjoyed the first instalment of Ember’s search for her brother. Don’t like cliffhangers but I knew this was part of a series so I kind of expected it. Ember is a strong female character and I like that she owns her decisions and goes after what she believes to be right. The Haven pack is strong and I am sure that Ember will prove herself up to the task of solving the mystery of her brothers disappearance. Can’t wait to see what happens next.
same old same werewolf story…alphas in competition with un-mated females
didn’t hold my interest.
This author reminds me of Laurell K. Hamilton & Sherrilyn Kenyon. Loved the story-line, the character interaction. Was a very entertaining and action-packed read.
need to read the follow on. like stand alones which may or may not be related to others in a series but are COMPLETE within themselves
Good series
Ember has crossed pack lines to find her brother Derek. Will human Sebastian help? Harmony and daughter are mixed in as well as Derek’s new pack.
Quick read. Presictable though.
