They came. They didn’t do much sightseeing before they conquered and marked the human Omegas. They call themselves the Regha Horde. We call them the Hordesmen. And Hunger is my new boss.
Hunger, the Regha Prince, is about to meet his match when he scents an Omega masking herself.

I truly enjoy Milana Jacks Hordsman and I was thrilled to discover that we now get the children’s stories from my favorites from the Alpha Horde series! Yes!!!
We start this story with Hunger, the Prince of Regha meeting with new personal assistant Anna. Anna loves her job and needs to work…one big issue… she’s an unregistered Omega, taking banned drugs to hide her scent from the Alphas. What happens when she comes face to face with the Regha Prince and he can smell her even through the masking drug. Uh oh!
An investigation ensues and Hunger is determined to get to the bottom of who is making the drugs that are affecting the Omegas.
Hunger is a HOTTT sci-fi Omegaverse book, with no cheating, fated mates, a fantastic storyline, and great characters. I am already completely invested in this storyline and these characters.

My favourite of the Hordesmen!
This is the first book in the Hordesmen seties, and is about 20 some years after the first book of the Alpha Horde series.
Here our main Alpha is none other than Prince Raven, son of our awesome King Tayseer. When the last book of Alpha horde ended – in the epilogue, Jewel was pregnant with Raven. Raven has two older sisters, Omegas both of them.
Raven is very much like his dad, and this book was a great read. It’s also introduced a new “badguy” and a new problem for our Rahkan warriors.
It’s also nice to see cameos from the other kids, though Raven is, in fact, the youngest of them all so calling them kids is maybe wrong as they are fully adult Alpha Males. 😛
These also have their own books in this series, so keep reading!
5 kinky sexy stars!

I do not like young hero’s, I do not like young hero’s. I do not…oh. Hunger.
Never mind. These alpha/omega omegaverse books are so sexy and fun. These green alpha’s are just HOT.

Uh… Wow…
What can I say?
This author had an editor. “Never end a sentence with a preposition.”
Wow.
I’m in love. With the editing process, that is. With very few exceptions, I was not able to find much to annoy me except… that damned “past”. Where the hell does a person use the term “passed” now? Did it get an official retirement party with the gold watch?…
Sorry… I got off subject.
I’ve been reading a lot of limp novels lately, so I was surprised to find this one with teeth. For the first time, I’ve found someone who can world-build with the best of them. I jumped into this universe, worried that I’d be dizzy with my ignorance, only to fully understand a lot of what has been going on without it sounding like a history lesson. You can bet I’ll be reading the rest of this universe because it is FASCINATING!! It has guts! It bleeds guts, but that’s another story.
I appreciate the ton of research done because you can certainly see it. It isn’t a carbon copy of the rest of the omega stuff I’ve read lately. I read this for actual enjoyment, not necessarily with a red pen in hand. I’m not going to get into the topic in detail. Other reviews will do that. I will tell you that there are triggers you need to be aware of. If you hate the idea of the heroine being psychologically manipulated by an alpha, don’t read it. Find some other fluff that’s out there. This is hardcore dark matter which I enjoyed immensely.
Get the book. The the damn series. Why not just the rest of the books in this universe. I’ll be rereading them for a while… maybe even think of a few novels in my own head to amuse me. I can be such a Mary Sue when the right topic comes around.

The alpha male is so outrageous, I can not help but laugh! You either love him or hate him! The concepts in this series are alien (pun intended) but has a hint of 50 Shades.
Oops…
I just realize I am reading the spin-off series before the original (Alpha Horde), so I am going back to the beginning and reading Alpha Breeds (Alpha Horde Book 1).

Prince Raven brings the Omegaverse to earth! I enjoyed that Anna was feisty and determined to use her education and drive to ensure she wasn’t just a lust driven Omega. We meet the imposter and know that war is coming again.

This was just a nice easy read about an alien alpha falling in love with a human omega. I’ve read a few of these omega-verse novels, and normally I don’t like them. The omega is treated like a receptacle for men, and the alphas use them mercilessly with no repercussions. This one isn’t like that at all. The alpha actually must protect and care for the omega which is a nice change of pace for these books. Recommended.

Wow. What a great start to a new series! This book is impossible to put down once you start reading it! Milana Jacks is one of my new favorite authors, and it’s thanks to addictive writing like this story that did that for me. Her storyline is compelling, her characters are wonderfully full-bodied and easy to get behind. Anna, the heroine, is somewhere between a strong female survivor and an innocent victim of people that she should have been able to trust. Her personality is sassy but at the same time naive. Raven, is a funny guy, he knows he has power over her but lets her think that she’s making decisions, lol, or is it the other way around? I started reading this and before too long I got lost in the developing relationship between them, the heat builds, the action builds, the intrigue builds, and before you know it, the whole thing coalesces into a book that you just can’t put down. As you are coming to the end of their story. you’ll be like me, anxious to get to the next one.

What a fabulous first in series!
I’m a big fan of Omegaverse reads and Jacks delivered with
Alpha Hunger.
She blended the alpha/omega dynamics with a breath of newness. This is one of the few I can recall where the Alpha truly puts his Omega first, above all else.
And Raven, aka Hunger, is all Alpha.
“Raven” The bird that foreshadows death. Whoever named him nailed it at his birth –
He is the conqueror, the Prince – Her Alpha.
He has the edge I expect from an Alpha with the tenderness I want from a true pairing.
I know I’m asking a lot but Jacks’ delivered.
“My nature is to conquer. Prepare your body and mind, for I will invade every inch of you” – Hunger to Anna
Anna is a stubborn thing. Smart as a whip, honest to a fault and strong when she has to be. It is nice to have a heroine that has a true backbone. One who can display her softer side while still standing up for herself and her beliefs.
Then there is Christy. I can’t wait for his story.
The story was fast paced yet easy to follow. IMO a solid foundation was built for the series with several directions the author can go. We are given just enough background to keep us sated yet still hungry.
Terrific cast so far. Most we are just given glimpses of; again just enough to connect with them and stir our curiosity.
I think the author is enjoying the tease.
We get a little angst mixed with our betrayal and the start of what looks to be quite the exciting and suspenseful series.

Praise be to the Serpent , Green is back and has conquered the world! Old familiar, beloved behaviour in a new environment and yet so different tingling, refreshingly new!
As fascinating as dark Addison Canes Omegaver’s worlds are, so amusing, airy and light are Milana Jackson’s. I love them both!
Circumstances force Anna’s seeing eye to enter a situation where she knows she can only lose, but giving up and despair is not part of her character traits. Chin up and bite through! Sufficiently impudent, stubborn and determined with a big heart and open to what comes and takes it with humor:
“I’m hungry, and hunger makes me grumpy.” Great!
And Raven is all horde, concentrated committed to the task taken over, shaped by his environment and family and so serious, he does not seem committed to fun.
Exactly this brings us to the best funny situations, in places where I would not have expected amusement. It starts with a light LOL and turns into a loud ROFL .
His hobby of analyzing the English language and using some words – I read English as a foreign language and he speaks to me from the soul:
“The English language fascinated me. With so many inconstancies, I wonder how the understand each other at all.” I just say “nicknaming things” in connection with “pussy” and “period” (position 1474-1477) Have fun!
I had fun and so much of it, incredible, it’s over again! Greedy and quickly read – my mistake!
Great storyline, hot, naughty, sassy and funny, wonderful characters, exciting with HEA and addictive for more. Let the Hounds howl for more Hordesmen – believe me, we need them!
