New York Times bestselling author Meghan March continues the utterly addictive Legend Trilogy in House of Scarlett.Gabriel Legend is unlike any other man I’ve ever met.
He came into my life like a hurricane, shattering all my assumptions and preconceived notions.
I wasn’t prepared for him. I wasn’t prepared for any of it.
But life doesn’t wait until you’re ready.
Whatever happens next, I know one … you’re ready.
Whatever happens next, I know one thing for certain.
I will never be the same Scarlett I was before I met him.
House of Scarlett is the second book in the Legend Trilogy and should be read after The Fall of Legend, book one in the utterly addictive Legend Trilogy.

Legend and Scarlett progress in their relationship and get to know each other. All the side things continue. And the past may be coming to bite someone. I absolutely can not wait for the third book!
***5 ‘I’m Learning You’ Stars***
Oh. Baby.
Okay.
I was definitely wondering which way things would go after the way The Fall of Legend ended and I have to say I wasn’t expecting things to go the way they did, but I thought it was pretty spectacular in more ways than one. So, much comes out of it on all levels that it kicked this story up a couple notches ~ and just when it came to Legend (I’m having a difficult time calling him Gabe…anyone else??) and Scarlett.
So, the leading MC’s. I loved how things played out with them in every way in this installment. The chemistry between them is there and simply watching them evolve ~ for better or worse ~ was a lot of fun.
Lots happens in this one ~ the good, the bad and the ugly ~ and there are a few people I want to gut with a spoon, but outside of THOSE people, I am absolutely loving this cast of characters. Flynn and Zoe are my fav’s thus far, but it’s hard not to love the people who love and rally around Legend and Scarlett and only want to see them both happy.
And then there is that cliffy/ending…yup…that was a ‘WHOA’ ending and considering all the things that got churned up in this one…well, buckle up baby because The Fight for Forever is gonna be one hell of a ride!

“That’s why I f*cked up. Because you got to a part of me that I thought was dead and gone forever. It’s not, though. It was just waiting for you.”
Yet another slam dunk by Meghan March! House of Scarlett is all about Scarlett and Gabriel and them working on a life together. This book also sheds more light onto their groups of friends and I love how they take care of each other. House of Scarlett couldn’t be more full of twists and turns and the cliffhanger at the end is going to be on my mind until the final book is released!
House of Scarlett is simply amazing! Gabriel and Scarlett’s story picks right up and leads you more into their past respectively. You will definitely feel more respect and heartache for Gabriel but it has shaped him into the man he is. Scarlett is learning to live again and enjoy life. The two of them together possess some intense chemistry. I literally didn’t want to stop reading!!! In true Meghan fashion, this ends on a cliffhanger but oh my gosh it’s so worth it to read now!!!! I cannot wait for their conclusion in The Fight for Forever!!
Wow and Wow!!! The second book in this series is just amazing!! If you thought you loved Gabriel before, (which I did, I thought it, I felt it), just wait. You will fall completely head over heels in love with him in this one . COMPLETELY!!! And Scarlett, well, she just becomes even more of an incredible person, more herself then she ever really let herself be. And it’s quite awesome to read and get sucked into. I loved all the feels in this, and I can’t tell you what without giving it away, but there was fun, and lovingness, some danger, some “throat punch” moments, and sexiness. A little bit of everything. But holy moly, do I truly NEED the last book in this series!!!
4.5 stars! Gabriel is really something!! After that cliffhanger ending in The Fall of Legend, I was dying to know how he was going to come back after what he said and did to Scarlett. Thankfully, Meghan doesn’t torture us for too long.
Gabriel and Scarlett together is FIRE. Their chemistry is off the charts, the attention they pay to each other is precious. Gabriel is still convinced he’s not good enough for Scarlett and she has finally found someone who will treat her like a princess. This book spends a lot of time developing their relationship, which I think is really important, because I get the feeling that book 3 is going to be action packed, emotionally fueled and will have everyone’s hearts racing!
I loved getting to know Scarlett’s girl tribe better, particularly her ex step-sister Flynn. That girl is going to need her own book sometime down the road! I loved getting more of Gabriel’s past and the tight knit relationship he has with Q and Zoe and the whole Quinterro family. And Bump and Roux, my two favorite characters! There’s two, no three, characters that I want to bury in the desert… and I hope by the end of the series, they all get what’s coming to them.
This story moved along at a steady pace, and as usual, Meghan slams us with a huge cliffhanger! This one is serious, people! Like, I can’t wait to get my hands on book 3!
I have so many theories of what’s going to happen in The Fight for Forever. I can’t wait to find out if I guessed anything correctly!
House of Scarlett starts right where we left off. Scarlett’s friends are plotting Legend’s death & Legend is contemplating how stupid he is! Scarlett nursed her broken heart while Legend stalks her on social media. Scarlett has emergency surgery & Flynn corners Legend to deliver the news. We discover how truly little Scarlett’s father cares about her. We also discover how awful her ex is.
Scarlett & Legend are mending their relationship as more obstacles turn up. I love how this series continues to crossover with other series as well. I cannot wait for book three to find out how Legend will overcome the newest situation threatening their happiness.
Man. Legend is awesome. He’s so hot.
—Words I’d use to describe—
Gabriel Legend:
Honorable, Protective, Perceptive, Loyal, Fierce,
Scarlett Priest:
Honest, Kind, Independent, Loyal, Fierce
I am loving this trilogy! So much.
Picks up where book 1 leaves off.
This trilogy is the story of Influencer Scarlett and Night club owner, ex-underground fight Gabriel Legend!
I am loving it so hard! This is hard to do with no spoilers. Go read the book! Order it Now!!! Seriously.
Meghan March
I spent the entire book on the edge of my seat! There were so many things that could go wrong, but one thing that seemed to be right was Scarlett and Legend being together. They worked things out between them, and goddess, the heat they generated was wild. They worked things out separately, with themselves, and their lives. There were still things conspiring against them, prying at them, tearing at them. Both had some pretty big things, and a whole bunch of little things, and at the end, the biggest thing of all to threaten them happened, and it sucked all the air out of my lungs when it did!
Scarlett Priest & Gabriel Legend are back in part two of this trilogy and begins right where The Fall of Legend left off. We get more backstory into Gabriel’s past to understand why he is so tortured & my heart broke for what he has been through. Can Legend make things right with Scarlett? “She tugged at parts of me that have been buried for years.” He might get the chance when she is the one to need some help. Will his club be able to make money finally or will he have to turn to the one thing he said he would never do again? Will enemies from the past finally get what they want?Who will come out on top? I really enjoyed the dynamic in this book and I loved all the conversations with Bump, they are so sweet and innocent. Oh and Scarlett’s sister, lol, Flynn is a spitfire! They have a connection that is unlike any other that makes you swoon for more. This does end in yet another major cliffhanger and book three is coming soon. Told in dual POV
House of Scarlett ROCKED
This story continues with Legend and Scarlett. I absolutely loved it and could not put it down I don’t want to say too much as I’m sure other readers would like to experience it much the way I did Although, I will say I did not expect that ending at all
Thank you Meghan for my advanced copy for which I leave my honest review
