I have my reasons for walking into Chelsea Singer’s cupcake shop with an axe. Too bad I’ve forgotten what they are. Hell, I forgot my own name the second she flashed those blue eyes and offered up a double-fudge cupcake with Irish cream frosting. I may look like a grumpy lumberjack, but I’m a softie for sweets, single moms, and my massive, messy family. The family stuff gets messier now that we’re … gets messier now that we’re running a resort together on our late-father’s ranch, which brings my siblings that much closer to discovering I’m not who they think I am.
As things heat up with Chelsea, I’m falling faster than an old-growth redwood filled with buttercream and lit on fire and then maybe chopped into kindling. It’s a figure of speech, okay?
And it’s damned inconvenient, since it turns out someone wants to hurt Chelsea and her daughter. But they’ll have to get through me first.
And no way in hell will that happen.

Love the series
I loved it.
Interesting how such a rich young man could be so shy. He thought his past was too much for the young lady that caught his attention. When they understood both had things in their past that haunted them and decided they could get past those hurts.
The twists toward the end of the story pulled it all together to have a happy ending.
To many four letter words and slang for my liking, the story was interesting.
Couldn’t get passed few pages not my cup of tea.
This is the 1st book I read by Tawna Fenske. Some of the dialogue in this story was funny . Besides that this story didn’t grab my interest.
Single mom Chelsea has a bad history with men and is attracted to Mark who is uncomfortable in his sibling role. Though he was close to his”dad”, his siblings were not and each of them had a different mom. Chelsea and mark are attracted, and his paternity issues and Chelsea’s worry about her daughter’s dad add confusion and potential misunderstanding. But Chelsea nd mark figure it out pretty quickly.
I really enjoyed this book. Got some real good chuckles while reading this book. Libby is hilarious.
It was funny and sweet and made me laugh.
Mark Bracelyn, the HOTTIE LUMBERJACK is keeping a secret and it is eating him alive. I am always looking for new authors to add to my favorites. HOTTIE LUMBERJACK is the first of Twana Fenske’s novels I have read. It was just plain fun. Mark’s sweet tooth meets Chelsea Singer’s cupcake shop. Mark, Chelsea, and the rest of the Bracelyn clan team up with local law enforcement to prevent a murder. Enjoy.
Sweet toothed lumberjack & bakery owner her specialty cupcakes. Both carrying their own secrets. Both can carry enough weight to keep them single instead of loving together. But when her safety is at risk hiding is no longer an issue for our lumberjack.

You fall in love with the characters right away. Cute and sexy without being smutty. Will totally read more by Tawna Fenske.
Very good pace. Very interesting situations. Good twists. No way was she running a bakery. She never made the cupcakes due on Friday.
Loved the characters and the plot. Have read the entire series! Thank you. Highly Recommend. Thanks!
Nice story
I really enjoyed reading this book.
Great read! Entertained me and I was invested in the characters lives by the end
This book had a little of a lot of things going on and all rolled up they were just ok. Mark’s internal dialogue was humerous. The conflict of the story surrounds paternity and the resolution is about what makes people a family is not always blood. An ok book but I didn’t like it enough to read the others in the series,
I’m a sucker for strong, handsome and silent! And a heroine who is able to see the silly in life without being over-the-top wacky.
love it
