Ever met the deliciously hot boss from Hell? No?Well, meet Curtis James, jerk of the century born with a silver spoon in his mouth and a golden stick straight up his a$$.And three words I would never have expected him to say, “I need your help.”I am not going to lie, I nearly died of shock. My boss with the perfect straight jawline probably inherited from the Gods, with a gift for rapping … inherited from the Gods, with a gift for rapping instructions faster than Eminem, is actually asking for my help…
To babysit…
In his freaking mansion…
It seems like he, unfortunately, needs to keep his sister’s two devil spawn alive for one weekend (his words, not mine).
So, put yourself in my shoes. Would you have refused when there was a huge bonus involved along with two cute little kids?
Plus, what could possibly happen in two days that has not happened in two years?
And to be honest, I hate my boss. So, this is going to be so easy peasy… NOT.
Because OMG, why the ever-living hell was Curtis James wearing only a swim trunk!?
Did he not know that’s a complete blasphemy with that gorgeous rock hard body of his?
And no, I don’t even care whether that’s appropriate wear to swim in. It totally should NOT be allowed for him.
And did he really have to flex his pecs like that? Whose eggs is he trying to ovulate?
And why is he looking at me the same way I look at chocolate.
Should I just give up and let him have a lick?
And it’s not like one lick is going to end up with two pink lines on the pregnancy stick. Right?

I couldn’t get enough of this laugh out loud funny romance. It was Lindsy Hart at her finest. Lexi Wellington absolutely hated everything about her boss, Curtis James. In fact, she had a whole dictionary of names and phrases she used for him. But she couldn’t deny the fact that he was gorgeous with abs of steel but she would absolutely not go there. No way, no how. And children, curtis hated kids with a passion. Something Lexi had always wanted. They had gone three years and fought their attraction like the plague. They decided one time and they could get each other out of their system for good. Except one time turned into two and so on and so forth. So when the inevitable happens, the only thing Lexi can do is run. This book is a must read and I highly recommend!
Exciting adventure filled with engaging charters, witty dialog, heart racing twist and undeniable passion…. was a great read. Really enjoyed this emotionally thrilling journey from beginning to end
I loved this phenomenal book! Hotshot Boss is the tenth book in Lindsey Hart’s Alphalicious Billionaires series. This book features the story of Lexi, a PA for a spoiled rich boss from hell, and Curtis, a hot boss and player who hates kids. When Curtis is persuaded by his sister to babysit for his niece and nephew he approaches Lexi with a bargain for a big bonus if she will babysit for the weekend. The weekend goes well but they eventually go on a “business” trip where they go from enemies to lovers but with one big problem. I recommend this fantastic read which has endearing characters and a plot with humor, drama and sizzling romance.

I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I have read several books by Lindsey Hart and this is absolutely my favorite! It has just the right amout of all the aspects that make up a good romance: a rich boss, a beautiful secretary that isn’t after his money and is in fact, turned off by it, 2 adorable children whose antics make you smile as you’re reading, witty banter, and of course, a HEA. I will say, the number of times that the heroine, Lexi, put down the hero, Curtis, got to be a bit much; but after a while, it just became comical. I will not bother to rewrite the summary of the story as that has already been done. As in most great romance stories, the history of the H/h is what makes them act the way that they do. Lexi and Curtis are no different. Hart is able to capture their “baggage” and allow it to be overcome by the true love that her H/h have for each other. Aside from a few grammatical errors, Lindsey Hart did a wonderful job in writing this story. I would definitely recommend this book!
This book delved into the thoughts of 2 people trying to resist each other while working together. It shows the extremes they go to while everyone around them can see they are meant to be together.

This is another great story in the Alphalicious Billionaire series! Curtis orders his assistant Lexi to babysit his sister s two kids Austin and Noel. She agrees to this to save the kids from their uncle who is clueless and offered her $10,000 to do it! She is rude arrogant towards Curtis who is her boss and the same can be said for him. The funny thing is that they like each other, but can`t seem to get this right. He hates kids, she loves kids . Yo will have some really eye opening HAHA moments, that makes this another great story for Lindsay Hart.

A wonderful well written unexpected romance. This engaging storyline had me interested from start to finish with drama, heartbreak, crazy situations. humor, love, chaos, and scenes perfectly detailed and described. The characters are realistic, interesting and have sizzling hot chemistry. I voluntarily read and reviewed this incredible ARC.
Well, Lexi has worked for Curtis for three years and really hates him but he pays her well and he isn’t in the office that often. She “rescues” him by helping babysit his niece and nephew. He is really hot but he also doesn’t like children and she thinks he’s a jerk. Did I mention he is really hot and she notices it way too much. He has a goal of making her like him. I found his character to be more relatable than Lexi in spite of his being a billionaire. The story is somewhat intense and I thought some of her actions were really immature for someone in her late twenties. That being said, it was a quick read that I didn’t want to put down.

LOVE IT – especially the little demons! This book had me laughing out loud from the beginning. Having a hotshot who doesn’t like kids was the frosting on the cake for me. This book is about Lexi, Curtis, Noel, Austin and of course the additional little demons that come in at the end. Lexi is the assistant to Curtis, and when he offered to pay her 10k for a weekend of helping him babysit his niece and nephew (aka little demons), well she took it. What those kid put Curtis through on the first day was too much! I could not contain myself but to laugh out loud during the second chapter. I love those kids and I would have loved to be there when Lexi laid into him (well deserved of course). The banter between Lexi and Curtis is too much, you can tell from the get go that she wants him but her ego is in the way and when she finally decides to let it go, he has to say something stupid which somewhat breaks the mood but not entirely. Pay attention to her best friend and sister, they are too much when she seeks them out for advise. Wait until Noel breaks something and Lexi comes back with a payback, it is to die for. I love what Lindsey did with this book and the outcome at the end.was over the top!

This was a wonderful book!!!! It was totally hilarious and I can relate to the story. The kids were truly angels. Curtis extraordinaire can’t handle his sisters kids. Curtis turns to Lexi and offers her ten thousand dollars for the weekend to help him watch the kids. This book had me laughing so hard behind the things the kids did. Ms Hart did a fantastic job on writing this story. This is a book worth reading if only for the laughs you are going to have while reading it.

The Cost and Reward of Playing House
She loves kids. He hates kids. He thinks she is hotter than hot. She thinks he is a hotshot. He is her boss. She is his secretary. So, when Curtis James commandeers Lexi Wellington’s help to babysit his sister’s two curtain-climbing, house-destroying rug-rats, she says “yes”. Not “yes” to him, but “yes” to the pleasure of being with 2-year-old Austin and 4-year-old Noel, and “yes” to her need to protect the unsuspecting, innocent from the negligence of the TFB—the Trust Fund Baby—her name for her boss. And, she said “yes” to the $10,000 that the boss—TFB—offered her in a bribe to save him from his sister and brother-in-law’s spawn while the parents enjoyed a weekend away at a B and B.
Lindsey Hart’s newest offering, Hotshot Boss, another tale of Alphalicious Billionaires series, is a delightfully entertaining addition to the collection. Hart offers her readers the machinations of another delicious billionaire in need of a wife—the proper wife for him. Hart allows her reader to observe the dance of love as smart, beautiful and children loving Lexi illustrates the embodiment of patience and a grounding love of family. But Curtis demeans the image of a loving family man when in reality that is the very nature that he admires, but fears that he doesn’t possess. While he has had a loving and supportive relationship with his family and strong models in both his father and grandfather, he fears that he can’t be the loving father and husband that those men modeled—the type of man that Lexi requires. Hart offers the reader another lens on love in the struggles of Curtis and Lexi to find love together.

First of all, as a parent, the sister leaving her small children with an inexperienced caregiver for 48 hours is a stretch. The main characters’ inner monologues were tedious, so I ended up skimming a lot of it. I just didn’t enjoy this particular story as much as others written by this author.

Falling for her hoy boss but denying it.
Lexi is Curtis’s PA for the last three years. She thinks he’s gorgeous and a hunk with billions of dollars. But she thinks he’s also a jerk and entitled. She also has a hard time not thinking about him. He’s been thinking about her for the last year and can see in her eyes that she watches him but he can’t get her to like him. He invites her to help babysit his nephew and niece hoping to,find out why she doesn’t like him. Will he find out and will they have a future?

I really wanted to like this book but I just couldn’t. Curtis was a rude, arrogant jerk who was awful to his niece and nephew. Why his sister would ever leave children with him is beyond me. When you see glimpses of his human side Lexi is a witch and treats him like crap. Lexi is judgmental and irritating. They had zero chemistry and Lexis behavior is childish. I tried to finish but found myself skipping forward to see how it all turned out. Not a fan of this book.

The book made me laugh and cry a little. Lexi and Curtis are strong characters that learn what you see is not always the truth. Opening your mind can open your heart and make your life complete. Good flow and read start to finish in one sitting. Loved it

This one was just too angry. Lexi was rather nasty and rude toward Curtis the entire time and he was just as bad especially toward his own family! Neither one had any scruples about being that way in front of others even the kids.
Not a read for me this time!!

Lexi is Curtis’s PA. He’s great to look at, but that is all. Curtis has to watch his niece and nephew and has no idea what to do. He offers Lexi a bonus if she can help him. What will happen? Will she see a different side to him? Will he stop being a big A? They both are attracted to each other but won’;t admit it. So what will happen?

This was a cute toddlers babysitting on for their uncle for the just a weekend to get an amazing bonus .. how bad could it be.. well read me to find out. I volunteered to read this arc for my honest opinion
Curtis James is a Jerk. At least that is what his assistant Lexi believes. When he offers to pay her $10,000 to watch his niece and nephew at his home for the weekend, she agrees only because she loves kids and can’t stand the thought of the man who loudly states his hatred of kids being in charge of two small children. How were either of them to know what this weekend would lead to? This was an amazing story that was easily read in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down.
