He’s about to find out … She’s not just one of the guys.Annabelle Jordan and her two sisters were orphans in frilly dresses when they went to live with their sports-lawyer uncle in his world of locker rooms, bookies and gambling. Now the girls are publicists in their uncle’s firm, The Hot Zone. Despite her upbringing, Annabelle is all woman. She’s naturally drawn to real men—like her latest … to real men—like her latest client, businessman and former football legend Brandon Vaughn.
The chemistry is potent, undeniable, irresistible. Annabelle soon realizes that Brandon is much more than just another jock. And that she’d better hold on tight if she doesn’t want to lose her heart.

Love and a mystery all rolled into a well written famous family story.
Great read! She tried so hard not to make mistake when it came to men in her life. She worked hard to do her job. Such a wonderful read.
I love Carly’s Billionaire Bad Boy series so when the opportunity came to read this book from the Hot Zone series I was definitely onboard. I loved this book and the family bond that these characters had. The family bond that these women had with their uncle who took them in when they lost their parents. It was a great story of how successful these women are in a male dominated industry and the no nonsense attitude they dish out. Their uncle is a laugh with his frank but gruff demeanor and the girls give it back just as much. I love that Annabelle (Annie) found the love and trust she so desperately wanted in a good man who needed and wanted those same attributes. Brandon Vaughn had been to hell and back with his parents and ex-wife, now he needed Annabelle’s help to spin good publicity on a bad situation with his lodge. Little did they know they would find the love they both needed in each other. Such a great story that I couldn’t put it down that I finished it in a day. If you are looking for a fun, sexy love story this is your book!
I loved it
Loved this story. It was really fun and funny and warm. Wish I could read it again for the first time.
great book
Hot Stuff is the first book in the Hot Zone Series.
Yank Morgan, owner of The Hot Zone Sports Agency. Yank becomes guardians of his 3-nieces when his sister and her husband are killed in a plane crash. With the help of Lola, his personal assistant, they raise Annabelle, Sophie, and Michelle into strong women. Upon completion of their college education they become partners with Yank at The Hot Zone, which is now a Sports Agency/PR Firm. The ladies handle the PR side while Yank handles the Sports Agency side.
The Hot Zone takes on an old/new client, the once famous football player Brandon Vaughn. The construction of Brandon’s resort is being sabotaged, and Annabelle is the person given the assignment to work her PR magic and find out what is going on. Little does Annabelle know that Uncle Yank is playing match-maker. Does Yank’s shenanigans work? Will Brandon and Annabelle have the courage to find true love?
The interaction between Brandon and Annabelle will draw you in until the end.
I loved the Series when it was first released, am excited to see it being Re-Released with updates, and can’t wait to read Hot Number. I volunteered to review an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

loved it
I enjoy reading Carly Phillips books very much. I found one of her books many years ago and have been hooked on this author since then. I started with the “Bachelor” series and have never regretted any book I’ve read of hers. Highly recommend reading this book and the rest of her library of books.
Love Carly Phillips books!
Great easy read, the addition of side characters wasn’t too much, but just enough to get you interested in reading their stories.
One of the best books I’ve ever read!
