Sex with the ex… It shouldn’t be this good the second time around.
Navy SEAL Dane “Viking” Erikson has sworn off women—or at least he’s sworn off one woman: DEA Agent Ivy McGill. His ex-wife.
But when they’re forced to work together on a critical military mission, Dane can’t help but notice how the one woman he shouldn’t want is the only one he can’t stop thinking about.
Ivy knows what it’s … about.
Ivy knows what it’s like to fall for a SEAL’s hard muscles and killer smile—and she knows what it’s like when everything falls apart. So why is she naked against a wall and begging Dane for more?

I love reading about Navy Seals. They seem to be the most intense and loving men out there. Keep the books coming, I can’t get enough of them
very coarse – loaded with foal language & frequent sexual innuendos – couldn’t go 1 page without this being loaded into each scene
Always enjoy SEAL stories.

Loved the story and characters.
DNF.
Who doesn’t like a book with an alpha SEAL? This book started off in a really interesting way. The DEA is investigating clandestine shipyards in the South American jungle where unmanned submarines are being made to transport drugs into the United States. One of the submarines goes missing and the U.S. government receives intel that terrorists are using the submarine to deliver a dirty bomb to an American city. A cross-agency task force is developed to catch the terrorists.
The hero, Dane, is a Navy SEAL while Ivy, the heroine is a DEA agent. They used to be married but are now divorced and haven’t seen each other in four years. They are reunited in a high level briefing when they both realize they’ve been assigned to this task force. Great set-up, right?
Well, the hero is a major pig (and that is coming from someone who likes alpha males). In this briefing where Ivy is the only woman, Dane constantly calls her demeaning things like “doll” and “baby.” Then he blurts out in front of a general and a bunch of other high ranking government officials that they used to sleep together. And then his first real words to her are, “Why are you wearing clothes that hide your figure?”
I stopped reading at that point and deleted the book from my Kindle. Goodbye forever, Douchebag Dane.
Love all her books!
I liked the book. It was entertaining and hot.
Ivy is a DEA agent and has to partner up with the HOT TEAM. What she doesn’t expect is her ex to be there. Dane is a SEAL and is being brought in to the HOT team and help find a submarine that could have a bomb on it. But his ex wife is someone he never thought he’d see again. When they get together the sparks fly because they blame each other for their marriage falling apart. Someone is after Ivy and Dane will do anything to keep her safe. Loved this story. Which if you’re reading a book by Ms. Harris it’s gonna be good. Action, sex, and suspense. Short and romantic.

What is better than a hot SEAL and his ex wife reconnecting. Ivy was going after the drug runners that caused her mothers death years ago. She works for the DEA. Dane is a SEAL he went against what his dad was in the Army. He was married to Ivy but she gave him a ultimatum after 6 months of marriage they haven’t seen each other in 4 and half years. He has been assigned to the Army HOT team. She is there with her partner because they were after the same sub. Can they deal working together.
Quick, easy read. Second chance romance. Ivy and Dane got married in college but were young and uncompromising which led to divorce. They are forced to work together and buried feelings come back.
Awesome read! Love the way this another writes. Grabs your interest right from the start and you can’t put the story down until you finish.
Mixing SEALs and HOT together made for an excellent story. Dane and Ivy had chemistry when they were married, and years after the divorce it was still there. As we’ve come to expect from Lynn Raye Harris this story has all the action and sizzle of the rest of the HOT stories, just with a twist that we now have SEALs involved. I loved it.
