I loved this story of single dad Jenson and his lovely young neighbour Leah. It was a good paced romance with well written characters and plot. Jenson was a great guy. Loved and cherished his daughter. Had great relationship with his sister. But he also had his moments when he behaved poorly with Leah purely based on misconception of a situation which was a bit annoying but hey, nobody is perfect, right? I liked Leah’s character very much. She was great with Jenson’s daughter, Amelia. I imagined her to be quite a few years younger than Jenson but she was far from superficial or childish. Amelia was a sweet girl, quite the matchmaker this one.

I loved both narrators, their enunciation and voices. Rachel Woods has one of the cutest little-girl-voices I’ve ever heard on audio. They both brought the story to life with their narration. It was a great entertainment and high quality recording.

I normally love these short steamy novellas but this one seemed a bit juvenile to me. I couldn’t connect with the characters, one minute they are thinking ok I’m all in then the next they are saying and showing they are not. They were all over the place and made me not really enjoy the read. But I did finish it so 3 stars.

Hot Daddy Sauce by Tracy Lorraine and Angel Devlin is a single dad romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Rachel Woods and Patrick James. This is the first book in the Hot Daddy series and can be read as a stand-alone.

Tracy and Angel did an amazing job on this storyline. You can’t help but fall in love with Leah and Jenson. I can’t wait for the next book in the series Daddy Rescue to be released on audible.

Rachel and Patrick did an amazing job on the narration! The dual narration really brought the story to life.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves insta-love, older alpha males, or single dad romances.

Fabulous Story & Narration Sweet & Spicy

I enjoyed this sweet romance, it is well written with interesting storylines that are captivating from start to end. The characters are likable and easy to relate to. Jenson is a successful chef who now runs his own restaurant, he is also a single Dad. When movement in the yard next door captures his attention he is mesmerized by her hotness. When Leah falls in her yard and injures herself Jenson and his daughter Amelia go out to see how she is, Amelia tells her Daddy can clean her cut and cover it. Jenson & Leah really hit it off and Amelia took an instant liking to her as well. I liked how everything plays out in this book, it is plotted out nicely and there is never a dull moment. There is plenty of drama, humor, some cut moments, heartfelt moments and some hot romance. Tracy Lorraine & Angel Devlin, thank you for this fabulous story.

I listened to the Audible edition, Patrick James and Rachel Woods are terrific narrators and voice artists. They did a great job portraying the characters, bringing them to life & giving each their own unique voice and personality. They also did a great job capturing the humor, the drama as well as projecting the emotions of the characters into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. The authors really hit it out of the park with this book! It has all the elements you love in a romance. Humor. Steaminess. Emotion. This book is an amazing short read that you won’t be able to put down.

Amelia is absolutely adorable and will steal your heart immediately. Enter Jenson – Holy Hotness – and Leah combined all make for one emotional, steamy read that you will fall in love with.

Leah falls for Jenson, literally falls into his arms and a spark ignites. He is a single dad to a little girl named Amelia, and Leah is the neighbor next door getting her parent’s house for sale after they passed away. She wants to move on with her life and Jenson just wants her. I loved the interactions between them, and the well developed story line.

* First-time authors for me

I have never read either of these authors, and I have to say that I enjoyed this book.

Tracy Lorraine and Angel Devlin brought two characters together that have great chemistry and a believable story. The story flowed, and even with the “English” speaking, sometimes, everything was great. I would reread these authors.

Well written romance with characters to fall in love with. A very entertaining read that I liked a lot.

It’s always a pleasure to know new authors. It’s a rush to find out of we will love the boom, if the characters can speak to is, if the plot is that addictive. It’s a bit like gambling. Lol
When I received the invitation to read this book, the blurb got me. It made me want to read it so I said… Why not. And now…
Angel Devlin and Tracy Lorraine are new authors to me and let’s just say that they had the ability to spike my curiosity. Their writing is super appealing and hot.
What a reading this was.
Hot Daddy Sauce is their latest release and tells the stories of Jenson and Leah.
Jenson is a well-known chef, with a huge success and hot as hell. He’s very good at what he does and he knows it. Is life is devoted to his business and his Six-year-old daughter.
Leah needed to sell her parents’ house and pursue her fresh start away from everyone and everything but she wasn’t counting with the stunning neighbor…
Yep… Totally worth it… Perfect even.
These two knew what they were doing because this book had it all.
Perfect plot, very well written, super engaging and sweet.
The chemistry these two share is off charts and you can feel the bond that tightens them.
And sweet Amelia just stole my heart. She’s so freaking sweet and cute with a mouth… Oh, that mouth.
And… Guys… Hot stuff alert… Oh boy.
This book presented us with love, loyalty, devotion as well as the desire and so much more in between. It was the perfect combination.
Once I started to read this book I realized it was near impossible to stop… And I didn’t want to stop.
Now I’m left wanting more…
Angel and Tracy, will we have more? When?
