I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Great Job Nicole. I love the way you brought the story together. I hate that Ryan was insecure about trusting people but I can understand from his background. Parents didn’t make the best role models for him. Abby mom was trying to keep her a secret but her untimely departure from life gave her a better chance on life with her dad. The chemistry in the book was smoking hot. It was a page tuner. Keeping me reading the book until I finished it. Great job on bring the Emma, Ryan, and Abby together. There is a surprise in the story. I wished the story was longer so I could find out what happen with the contract that Ryan was trying to obtain.

Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! Ryan learns he’s a dad to 4 year old Abby in a tragic manner. Ryan steps up, but he’s stumbling in an adorably committed way. Ryan in his attempt to serve Abby pancakes sets off the alarm. As he is trying to manage that, she wanders next door and is immediately attracted to Emma while she’s working in the garden. He immediately presumes she’s the gardner, but asks her to nanny Abby since they get alons so well. Emma accepts not telling him they are neighbors. They have an instant attraction then a few miscommunicative steps threatens their romantic dance. Can they get back on track? Will Ryan find his brain? Is age really nothing but a number? Fun read. Abby is adorable Nice character development. I received an ARC from Booksprout for a review.
This is a quick, insta lust, entertaining story about two neighbors who fall for each other thanks to an adorable four year old. It’s a well written novella, with believable characters and a story filled with drama, heat, misunderstandings and a great HEA.
A wonderfully instant daddy and nanny romance. This fast paced storyline moved quickly and smoothly with misunderstandings, mistakes, tempers, judgment, some drama and incredible passion with emotional turmoil. It’s a fun, well written romance that was interesting, and hot as they work it out becoming a family with some sexy scences including steamy hot heat and undeniable chemistry. Ryan has recently discovered that he has a school aged daughter. His ex died in an car accident and she was sent to live with him. He is trying to be the best father possible. He meets Emma, who he thinks is the next door neighbor’s gardener and eventually hires her as a nanny for his daughter. Emma doesn’t tell him that she actually lives next door so when he offers her a room in his home she accepts. As the story progresses, Emma develops a relationship with his daughter and it’s not long before the sparks start flying between Ryan and Emma. There is an age difference but Emma doesn’t seem to be bothered by it. After a series of misunderstandings, he sends Emma away. Will the two finally get back together? Will Ryan stop worrying about the age difference? I would recommend this book to everyone over 18.

This was a great story about a single Dad next door. Ryan is a single father and has no idea on what to do with his four year old daughter. He was not involved in Abby’s life but her Mom had died and now he has custody. He tells her to stay inside but that is boring in Abby’s world. She wants to learn and explore. She ventures outside one day and Emma, the next door neighbor is out gardening. The two start talking and hit it off. Ryan notices and offers Emma a job as a live in nanny. This is not the story you think it is as this author has added in some twists and turns that challenge these characters and their potential future as a ‘family’. As always, it was a great read that takes you on a really good ride.

Ryan has recently found out he’s a father, to a sweet little girl named Abby. Emma moved next door after her parents pass away. Abby finds Emma one day, working in the garden and makes friends with her. Ryan assumes she is the neighbor’s gardener, and asks if she would like a job as a Nanny to Abby. Emma accepts the position and soon falls in love with the little girl, and her father. Will Ryan let his business and insecurities stand in the way of true love? I loved this book, and loved the surprise at the end.

Ryan is new to fatherhood. Emma just moved into her family home. They cross paths when Ryan’s daughter ends up in Emma’s yard after Ryan sets off the fire alarm. Ryan decides to hire Emma as his nanny when he notices how smoothly she handles his daughter. Also he wants to have his way with her. Ryan is afraid of commitment due to his parents. Will he push Emma away if she gets too close? Does Emma even like him?

Ryan Cade has just discovered he has a daughter and has her mother has died he now has a 4 year old to look after He isn’t sure how to look after a four year old so he tells her to stay in side but been a typical four year old Abby heads outside and start talking to the neighbour Emma. Emma has recently lost her parents and inherited the house she has also just returned from college. When Ryan finds Abby talking to her he assumes she is the gardener and offers her a job as the nanny to Abby. AS Abby and Emma start to bond Ryan is drawn into their circle will he break Emma’s heart or will they get a HEA You need to read to see
Ryan tries to makes his daughter pancakes but he sets off the smoke alarm when he burns them. Seeing that she’s about to cry he moves her to the front porch so he can get it taken care of. When he goes back for her she’s gone but then he hears her talking. He finds her talks to a gorgeous young woman doing yard work its the first time he has seen his daughter interact with anyone outside himself. Emma is taken by the little girl when she comes over and starts talking to her so before they leave she invites her back over. Since her family died Emma has been a bit lonely and lost about what to do. So when Ryan came over and offered to her job to steal her away from her current employers she jumped. She knew once he did the background check he would learn that she was his neighbor so she planned to tell him anyways. Ryan was attracted to his new nanny even though he tried to fight it he didn’t know how long that would last. Would Ryan see that Emma was a good fit for his little family?
This is a great story once I started it I couldn’t put it down. the chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I liked how Ryan and Abby met Emma. Emma and Abby were really sweet together. Ryan and Emma tried to fight their attraction but it won in the end. I am happy they were together at the end I just felt a little like the ending was abrupt.

Ryan is up to his ears in smoke thanks to his pancake fiasco. He recently found out he was a father and now he is playing catchup. He knows little about the upkeep of children and when Abby went over to the next door neighbor’s he got an idea. Little did he know meeting Emma would be a life changing event but will her deception of not telling him who she really is be a deal breaker for their budding relationship?

at the first few pages it has where Ryan sleeps with Emma right after putting
Abby to bed with in the first few pages. No one in their right mind will do that in real life when they is a chance that sparks fly.
Once you get past the first few chapters it does get better so I did read the whole book.
I think the little girl Abby makes this book she will make you laugh so hard

I really enjoyed this book, because it wasn’t too sweet. Two people start off a employer/employee relationship, which turns into a sexual relationship but Ryan is determined to ruin it. He is as jaded as they come, and Emma isn’t gonna start where she isn’t wanted even though she has reasons to stay. They definitely don’t have an easy journey but I think the struggle makes their happy ending even better. I think the only thing I would change is we would get a bit more in the future at the end.

This is the first book I read by this author and it was smoking hot! Emma and Ryan were scorching and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. I wish there was an epilogue though. There was no explanation for Emma at the end either about what Ryan thought she did so she let him off pretty easily without knowing the real reason.

i love dads and nannys, its a bit taboo but what does it matter .. all together this book reads nicely away .. he is not the easiest and keep his distance, but his heart says other things and finally he concedes. from me therefore 4 stars ..
