Freedom is so close Gabby can taste it. After years of meeting single werewolves and successfully dodging the mating bullet, she’s on her way to her last Introduction to say “No, thanks” one final time. As a human, she has no plans to attach herself to a werewolf. But, she didn’t count on meeting Clay. With a single look, Gabby knows Clay is the one. And, … look, Gabby knows Clay is the one. And, unfortunately, he knows it too. The silent, ruggedly-handsome werewolf is determined to win his mate by any means necessary. Gabby does what any sane girl would do and runs. Not only does Clay follow, but something truly dangerous does as well.
Now, hunted for the secrets she’s spent her whole life protecting, Gabby must turn to the one man she didn’t want for the help she needs. Time is running out to discover who or what wants her, and Gabby’s just starting to realize there’s more at stake than the heart and freedom of one human girl.

Love this different take on the shifter world. Haag writes likable and relatable characters and keeps you wanting to turn pages with an engaging story and fast plot.
Love every minute of it. been a long time since a book caught me so thoroughly.
He cooks. He cleans. He makes sure there’s chocolate cake in the fridge.
In short, I love Clay!
Just the name. He’s the silent sexy type. And loyal. There were so many cute, humorous parts when Clay is in fur form. Those bits reminded me of the 1959 version of The Shaggy Dog. At least Clay has control over his transformations!
Gabby was sweet …
Normally I would say something like I was given Hope(less) for an honest review when asked to review a book after getting an email. This time after I got the email asking me to review Judgment Of The Six and Judgement of the Six Companion I thought they sounded familiar and I checked my e-library and found that I owned three of the books and that …
I loved this book and most of the series, but unfortunately, the last book of the series is not that great and I really hated the ending. So just be aware of that if you start this series.
liked it
I liked the relationship development
Definitely a page turner, I’ve read thousands of books and this is an interesting twist for the paranormal community. And gives some realistic thought on unwelcoming attention. Love this book!
An interesting start to a new series.
Loved it. Reading the entire series one by one!
Great, interesting storyline and characters. Really enjoyed the development of the main characters relationship. Recommend this one, and look forward to reading the rest in the series.
Wow. This love story was so creative and well done. Melissa Haag created an interesting world and I had so much fun reading it! I read both of these books at the same time, and I would definitely recommend that you read them that way too. They are the exact same story with the exact same characters, but told from a different POV. It was so much …
I recommend this whole series! You won’t be disappointed if you love paranormal!
Although a rocky start Hopeless was, despite its title, a charm to read. My expectations were way down getting through the first very rushed two, three chapters. But as soon as the story picked up it became exactly what I was hoping for.
I only wish that the beginning would have been different. Better yet, if the book had started with the events …
I loved, loved, loved this book. A wonderful read.
I was prepared for another girl-meets-werewolf type story. But this book took me by surprise and knocked me backwards with its different approach to a usually typical love story. It was one of the sweetest, most beautiful love stories I’ve read in a long time. The characters, the voice, the pacing all blended to make this book so captivating for …
I really liked this book and its offering a look into the inner workings of a pack. I think it is one of the better shifter books I have read.
Love the whole series and have read the books several times.
I needed a break from Helen Harper’s Blood Destiny series and decided to pick up Hope(less), thinking it would be a nice change. Who knew that once I started it, that I wouldn’t be able to put it down until 3:16 in the morning! The entire night I just kept telling myself that after one more chapter I would go to bed. That went on for several …
