MY REVIEW
If i could give this story more than 5 stars i would .I don’t have the words to convey what an amazing and exceptional writer you are. You can actually feel the blood, sweat, and tears you put in your stories. I am so thankful I came across your books .Her writing is powerful and shows that it is often just as hard to leave as it is to stay.
The beautiful heartfelt emotional story of Mattie and Hope continued in book number three. This story was a very emotional one that really hit home .It is amazingly well written and has your attention untill the very last word.I loved the authors writing style and the fact she described all of the scenes so well. It was as if i was standing right there with them. The characters were all well devolped, likeable and believable. I loved these characters so much.( Well most of them ) By the end of the 3rd book they all seem like family. I don’t want to see them go. I really hope the author keeps this series going and writes some of the other character’s story. There were a few times where I wanted to stop reading when the subject matter touched too close to home. Abuse in any way, verbally, emotionally or physically is just not ok, and this book covers it all. It’s easy to see why she made certain choices.Being raised without a lot of love and nurturing is definitely going to affect the way you think about yourself and the expectations you have of others. I most highly recommend this book 100 %. However, don’t start reading it if you have anything important to do for the next 24 hours. If you do, you will either be highly frustrated because you can’t get back to the book or you will find yourself neglecting things you really should be doing in order to read. I read this whole book in one setting. I just could not put it down.I loved it so much that i honestly never wanted it to end. While it can be read as a stand-alone i highly recommend you start with book one so you can follow Mattie and Hope’s story from the begining. As always if you like the book you read please take the time to leave a review for the author in places like goodreads & Amazon. It does not have to be long. Just a few sentences saying you liked the book will do. Authors really appreciate every review they get !
