Hook (Men of Inked: Southside, #3)

Oh what a beautiful story. Not only did Chelle deliver us a hot and sexy book but it was a story about grief, guilt, healing, and the characters learning to keep going on with their lives through the pain. It was beautiful, heartbreaking, heartwarming and it even had its times of hilarity. Another example why I am such a big fan of Chelle Bliss.

Both of these characters have lost someone in their lives and are learning how to get past the pain and to try and find some happiness once again. They are drawn together through their pain and form a bond that is undeniable.

I loved the original Gallo family and I am really loving this branch as well. I am looking forward to Hustle!!!

Prepare to laugh and cry all at once! This book was by far one of my favorite gallo books ever! Angelo is swoon worthy and tilly that girl has the sweet and sass.
Angelo a single dad who lost the love of his life never thought he would find anyone who could make him feel. Tilly who has had more heartache through out her life takes a leap and starts a new business that lands her next door to the bar. With instant chemistry and a past that haunts them both, will Angelo and Tilly have a happy every after? Will their be another great love?

What an amazing and emotional story. I couldnt stop reading for anything. I hated that I needed tissue every time i turned the damn page, ok no every time but almost. I floved the story and the happiness that came with it along with the sadness. I was completely blown away with the words, you could feel the emotions in every word on every page. Chelle has really outdone herself with this story I don’t know how she’s going to top this. Hook is just that hooked you right in from page 1. Outstanding, amazing, wonderful, magnificent all wrapped into one story. MUST READ!!!

Angelo goes to see what the noise was next door to the bar, when he saw the woman kicking her mixer, he couldn’t help but notice her and knew he was in trouble.
Tilly can’t believe the perfection that is in front of her, but soon learns that it’s sent to torment her, he’s married and has kids, but at least she learnt that Angelo is next door at Hook & Hustle, so she’ll have some eye candy to look at.
Talking to Roger, she feels guilty saying she likes Angelo, letting Roger know she’s making a cupcake for Tate, Roger knows she’s a gonner.
Angelo’s family is nothing but persistent about Tilly, and he’s honest with them, he doesn’t know if he likes Tilly, his pop lets him know to move forward and not repeat the past. When Tilly stops in to drop off a pink box for Tate, he realises that his brother was right his heart does pick up a little, she’s perfection.
Tilly can’t help but love Angelo’s mother Betty, she knows he’s perfect, so she doesn’t have to try to sell him to her. Betty insists that she knows what he’s been through, when she admits that there is a spark, but you can’t rush Angelo’s healing heart and he has to want to move on.
It’s happened before, and this Gallo mother has her heart set on Tilly and Angelo healing each other, and what mother wants she normally gets. Is mama Gallo right can to broken hearts make each other whole again.

Yes!!!! All the feels in this book! I knew I was going to love it when I cried during the prologue. Hook hits close to home for me. I can relate so much to Angelo. I loved every second of this book.

Chelle’s words flow effortlessly and she knows how to hook a reader. You seriously DO NOT want to miss out Tilly and Angelo’s story. Have a box or two of tissues nearby. Don’t worry you won’t cry the whole time. There are memorable, laugh out loud, hot as sin moments.

This is the most emotional book in the series. You can’t help but cry right along with the characters. It’s crushing and heartbreaking but also healing. Love can find you when you never think it will. Life does go on even when a part of your heart is buried and never coming back. Family can heal you in ways you never expect and also drive you bat shit crazy from one minute to the next but that is how the Gallo’s are. Love fiercely and laugh often. The writing in this book was incredible. It left me breathless and watching the story unfold in just the right way showed how a new love can blossom from even the deepest of sorrow. I absolutely love this author and would suggest you pickup not just this book but the entire series you will not be disappointed.

I have really been loving this series. Unfortunately I did not heed the warning of the author and decided to read this at work.. Not good to be crying when you are at work..LOL

Now from the get go I fell on love with Angelo in the previous books. So I was excited to see a book come out about him. He had this special place in my heart how he was a single father just trying to survive.

I loved Tilly. She had so much energy and life. You would not know her struggles just by looking at her. I loved how she spoke her mind and you knew where you stood.

I loved Roger that was in this story. He was funny and very protective of Tilly. He truly had her best interested at heart.

I loved the whole Gallo family and we can not forget Tate. I so love when an author brings the the kids into the story and gives them a personality and let me tell you Tate had a personality.

I loved reading the connection that was between Angelo and Tilly and how they truly knew what the other was gong through. They were a perfect match for each other.

This was and amazing story and one I am glad I got a chance to read.

Hook is the third book of the Men of Inked Southside series. I FREAKING LOVE THE GALLOS!! Angelo stole my heart from the beginning of the series. I have anticipated his book and Chelle did not disappoint! The prologue will gut you!! Angelo and Tilly have the best book so far!! This one has ALL the feels. Crying one minute and busting out laughing the next. And Tate, what a beautiful and mischievous little girl!! Loved it!

I love going to the Southside when it comes to Chelle Bliss. We see Angelo and the whole Gallo family bickering as usual this time about his love life. I loved how funny they are when it comes to him and Tilly. The attraction between them is so easy to see yet they are both hurt struggling tonlive again. Cannot wait to see more of the Gallo family especially Vinnie. Loved it.

This is the third book in the Men of Inked:Southside series and while I feel that you would benefit from reading the series in order, it is not required and this can be read on a stand alone basis.

I really enjoyed Hook and I would say it has been my favorite book of the series so far. It’s a book that is full of all the feels from the get go and as we see two people come together and embrace their second chance at love after loss. Angelo and Tilly had great chemistry and I was equally enamored by both. It’s a touching and heartfelt read but this is the Gallos and that family sure know how to step in to provide some humor and light relief.

Another enjoyable read from this series and I look forward to Vinnie’s story next.
