Looking for a light and breezy, feel-good beach read? You’ve found it in Pajaro Bay.
Camilla Stewart desperately needs to make a fresh start: her despicable ex-fiance stole her life savings, embezzled from her job, and then disappeared without a trace — leaving behind nothing but his eight-year-old son, Oliver.
But when she arrives in the little beach town of Pajaro Bay, she immediately runs … immediately runs into local sheriff’s captain Ryan Knight, and finds escaping her past won’t be as easy as she planned.
Because Ryan soon realizes that Camilla and little Oliver may be the only people alive who can identify a serial killer… and they are next on his hit list.
In this first entry in the Pajaro Bay series, readers are welcomed to the charming little village, with its cast of quirky characters and its funky cottages overlooking the sun-drenched coast.

Wholesome love story with a who done it twist
I liked this book and the twists. It was exactly what it said it would be, a good beach read, a cozy little mystery, and a short read. I’ll definately read more by this author to see how the town of Pajaro Bay turns out because now I’m intrigued!
It was a cute read, making you want friends like the heart- warming characters found in the Honeymoon …

The character were relatable and the subject was timely with trauma and it’s impact on kids. The romance shows trust is the most important element in a relationship.
Very entertaining
This is a wonderful book about a woman who was left high and dry with her boyfriend’s son and a house that needs a lot of renovation. She meets the local police chief who assists her in her quest to make a home for Oliver.
powers. Though it is part of a series each book is self contained. Woman who was dumped by her fiance after adopting his child and his stealing her money and from her employer, inherits a house from him. Her plan is to fix it up and sell it quickly to have funds to repay her employer. Life gets in the way.
A really good book. Not at all what I thought from the title. It is a must read
Overcoming, moving on, understanding how we got here and what we are able to do and how we can direct our lives all come together in Barbara Cool Lee’s Honeymoon Cottage. It’s a win! Look forward to more of the Pajara Bay Mysteries.
