I liked this book so much that I hated to see it end. It’s very moving.
Christian based, no sex as most books
It’s about a woman’s life from childhood. Her dreams, hurts. Finds forgiveness and love. Great story.
Forgiveness given or received is one of the sweetest gifts!
Beautiful
Make sure that you have your tissues ready. This is a beautiful story of love, family, forgiveness and the healing of God.
I am a sucker for romance! I love when the end is better than the beginning!!
This was a good book and I will read more of this authors books.
It was a nice story overall, I just didn’t seem to connect with the characters. And I didn’t feel pulled into to romance.
This was an awesome book .
This book was beautifully written. The characters were realistic and their personal challenges were faced thruout the book. Their ability to communicate was inspiring. Family members added to the plot in an interesting way as only family can do. Military life and the impact it had on their relationship was dynamic. I would highly recommend this thought provoking, heartfelt book. It will stay with you and inspire your thought processes and relationships.
Easy read, interesting.
Very good book
The long-lasting effects of a stern, unforgiving upbringing by a stepfather is illustrated in this book. Sheryl is only 10 years old when her loving, doting dad dies suddenly. Ed comes into her life 6 months later and her mom never steps in as Sheryl is thrust into ranch life, baling hay, mucking stalls and feeding calves alongside a stepbrother who comes to resent her viciously. This book is about misunderstandings, human failings, spousal abuse, God’s love, forgiveness and healing. The possibilities of new love with Mark makes for a hopeful end result; this becomes possible by Sheryl working through the issues listed above.
Loved it !!
Loved it.Sheryl has been through so much sorrow in her life and thought God had abandoned her. Her abusive husband and her stern stepfather caused her lots of grief. She doesn’t think she can love or be loved. Mark comes into her life and though it takes lots of time, he is able to prove to Sheryl that there can be real love in her life.
Forgiveness, never too late!
Good read. Recommend.
As with most romantic novels, the end was pretty predictable after the first chapter or so, The only mystery was the exact way it would happen. I liked the characters and the setting, which is what kept me reading. The story was well written, which is another plus. All in all, I would recommend it – a fun, quick read.
I Enjoyed this story. It is nice to read a story where the heroine is not always perfect. She had her flaws and real life problems. Well written.
Enjoyable
