He’s the hometown hero. She’s the small-town sweetheart he left behind. When Katie’s high school sweetheart, Brock, severed ties with her, she thought it was the end of the world. They were supposed to marry and live happily ever after. With some help from her friends and family, she healed, grew up, and moved on. There were some bumps along the way, but Katie reached the point where she could say … the point where she could say she was happy with her life. Then Brock moved back to Three Creeks and turned her world upside down.
Retired Army Colonel Brock Buchanan knows how to go into a battle. He’s served on numerous tours and helped rebuild communities under the enemy’s nose. They say love is a battlefield, so he should have the upper hand when he returns to Three Creeks to claim what he foolishly left behind all those years ago.
When Brock and Katie reconnect at a high school reunion, they take a trip to the past. Brock sees a new future for them. Katie has 20/20 hindsight of everything that went wrong. Everyone in Three Creeks is asking the same question. Does Brock have enough love to rekindle the romance he left behind?
Read this heartwarming, small town, clean romance and find out why Brock wants to return home for good.

Home For Good is a delightful, sweet, small town book. Although it is part of the Three Creeks, Montana series it can be read as a stand-alone. Brock broke Katie’s heart when he ended their relationship when he was at college. Now he’s back for the school reunion but everyone, including Katie, knows he will soon be leaving again. This is a charming, heartfelt story with great characters and a realistic storyline. I definitely recommend this book .. it has friendship, family love, heart, humour, romance and a great HEA.
Solid 4.5 star
I have read a couple of the Three Creeks books but this was the best, you had a great mix of nostalgia, awkward family dynamics, dealing with how perception is different for everyone and how people you leave behind move on even if they still love you. I just loved Brock and Katie as they were older and more mature than when Brock left and the emotions they go through as well as the situations they put themselves in take you on a ride of highs and lows but you have some great friends of theirs that will have you laughing at times along with Brock and Katie. When you get to the end of the book I guarantee you will have a satisfying smile on your face as well as have warm fuzzies!
Home for Good – Like all of the books I have read by Ms. Maywether, this is another well written, interesting story in the Three Creek series. All the characters are likeable, realistic and everyday sorts. The storylines are interesting and keep the reader immersed in the TC world. I contacted the author to review her books. 5*
Welcome Home – An interesting romance in the brewing between two life long friends. All the characters were interesting and realistic, along with strong personality traits of their own. The only problem, my first with this lovely author, is how quick everyone turned their backs on a close friend, since childhood. The lack of communication between everyone disappointed me. I hope Ms. Maywether doesn’t change her style of her writing, she’s such an interesting writer. Other than my little peeve, this is a lovely romance with touches of humor. 5*
Let The Games Begin – Wow, this story contains so many different stories through the course of its telling. Heartwarming and fun, the plot just continues on while branching into more and more of the stories that make this book. The loving characters just draw the reader to them and their actions and dialog are so realistic; no stupid formula here. Ms. Maywether does a wonderful job with her writing and vivid descriptions; a simple but substantial book. I’ve enjoyed every book I’ve read by her so far.
Just A Friend – Another wonderful, entertaining story by Ms. Maywether. This book is well written, entertaining delight to read. There’s realistic, likable characters with good dialog, no stupid formula and a fun plot to get immersed in for a little while. A nice way to relax for an hour or so. I’ve enjoyed every book I’ve read by this lady. I contacted the author to review her books. 5*
Get Well Soon – Another wonderful, entertaining story by this author. A well written, funny romance and a quick marriage between two best friends of over 30 years. The characters are great and likable, and the dialog is realistic. They work out their new relationship, while remaining best friends, as one thing after another works against their marriage and trust. An enjoyable way to spend an evening is reading this story. 5*
Underneath The Mistletoe – A quickly read, sweet story about a guy trying to get a kiss from a woman who is seven years older than him. A heartwarming and fun Christmas story with her family and a man too far from home for the holidays. This is my first story by this author. 5*
Home for Good is a heart warming, clean, small town, second chance romance. An all classes reunion is being held. Brock returns for the reunion and, hopefully, to get a second chance with Katie. This book is filled with well developed, next door neighbor type, interesting characters. When Katie and Brock really start talking (rather than assuming), their romance just might get back on track. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
