Felicity is perfect for me in every way except for one:She’s my best friend’s little sister. As in forbidden. As in off-limits. As in not a damn option.Problem is, the more we try to stay away from each other……the more fate pushes us back together. There’s only so many times we can resist. And as soon as her sweet lips touch mine, I know nothing’s ever going to be the same again. Dear Reader,… same again.
Dear Reader,
He’s a big hot alpha. She’s a curvy sweetie pie. And the two of them are in store for a heart-melting happy ending. This short instalove novella can be read as a standalone, but why stop at just one? More Big Hot Alphas are waiting!
xo,
Kate

What do you do when the crush you had as a teen is still there more than 15 years later? That’s what Felicity and Holt have to sort out. I like this quick, easy read that has a very happy ending.
Brothers best friend romance.
Quick Read. Short, sweet with some sexy. It has a HEA. The read itself was a slow burn because nothing really happened until the end, but it was something that was a long time coming. It was a chemistry that once ignited it burnt hot.

This book follows on from the last with cash’s sister felicity. A school crush on her brother’s best friend Holt gets reignited when she throws a birthday bash for her brother. A few chance meetings and the pair decided to throw caution to the wind and finally give into their feelings, no matter the cost. Very quick read.
Holt has had a thing for Felicity since high school but she’s his best friend’s sister so she’s always been off limits. But now years later they reconnect and the sparks are there no matter how much they fight it. This is a quick love story between two people destined to be together and their HEA was perfect.
I like the second chance story of Holt and Felicity. They are both sweet, strong people. They want the same things out of life. After they clear up the misunderstanding that grows from his being her brother’s best friend things start to move in the right direction. Easy to read, realistic story.

A quick read about Holt and Felicity. They have known each other since high school, when he was best friends with her brother. Back then, his solution to his crush on her was to ignore her because of the bro code. But now? Read this short story to see how adults handle it. Ms. Hunt has created really likable characters. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. On to the next.

This Book 5 in the Big Hot Alphas Series is a very well-written fire fighter book with great characters and a short, hot story. These characters have great chemistry and are well-developed with depth and strength. A must read steamy short story of a forbidden romance that started in high school. This is a perfect read for when you don’t have much time to read.

It’s short and it’s sweet but it makes you sigh at the same time. After all those years, Holt finally had the courage to claim his bride.

He is good with his hands in all sorts of ways
HOLT is the fifth book in the Big Hot Alphas series and boy is he a big, hot and very sexy alpha.
Holt is thirty-three years old and lives in the same town he grew up in. He flips houses for a living doing all the work himself. He likes what he does as it gives him satisfaction in seeing his work transform a house. The only thing that he does not have is a wife and family. One day he receives a text from a number he does not recognize and when he reads it he is surprised but very pleasantly.
Felicity is thirty years old lives in the same town she grew up in. She is Cash’s younger sister, his story is in a previous book in the series. Cash is coming home for a visit with his wife Dani and their five year old son Jasper. As it is Cash’s birthday Felicity decides to throw him a party and gets in touch with all of his old friends. One of those old friends is Holt.
Holt has had a crush on Felicity since her first laid eyes on her when she and Cash moved to town. But when he and Cash became friends the “bro-code” could not be broken and she was off limits in all ways. What he did not realize was that Felicity had a major crush on him also. But as he never paid her any attention, basically ignoring her completely, Felicity always thought that he did not like her.
When Cash shows up to the party he is early as Felicity had texted the wrong time. But he quickly pitches in helping set things up at her parents house while she gets to admire him. The party is a success and Cash gets a really big present from Dani, something that will be with them for the rest of their lives. Holt leaves without saying goodbye to Felicity so she is left with the same impression, that he does not like her.
A few days later when Cash, Dani and Jasper have left Felicity is grocery shopping when she turns the corner on an aisle and there stands Holt. Their eyes meet and the exchange a few words and a laugh but he quickly leaves her standing there. For him the bro-code is still in effect not matter how much he wants her. But a couple of day later an another encounter in the grocery store has a few truths coming out. Felicity proposes they be friends which Holt agrees to and they set-up a dinner for the next night, as friends of course.
A couple of nights after their “friends” dinner Felicity is awoken in the middle of the night by a sound. It turns out her bathroom is flooding by a broken pipe to the toilet and the water valve will not move to shut off. Who does she phone but of course Holt. He comes to her rescue and once they have things cleaned up the bro-code is about to be as demolished as some walls with a sledgehammer.
This is a sweet, fun and dirty sexy story in all the best ways. Holt and Felicity are perfect together and even though sixteen years has passed since they saw each other their love for each other instantly ignites again. Holt realizes that the “bro-code” that has kept him away from Felicity has really kept him away from the woman that he loves and Colt will have to deal with it, as he is getting Felicity and keeping her. Felicity ends up getting what she always wanted for so long – Holt, a beautiful house and a family on the way.
Holt is in love with Felicity since high school but tried to avoid her since she is his best friend little sister. Felicity is in love with Holt since day one but mistakes his aloofness for uninterested. Years later they are back in each other’s life and realize that they were never out of each other’s heart.

The “Bro Code”….how many relationships have been passed over because of it? Add Holt and Felicity to that list. Holt knew the first time he met Felicity that she was the one he wanted. Because of the code he ignored her instead. When they reunite years later, he still wants her but will not break the code. The only thing about denying one’s feelings is that they will build up until they burst like a pipe in the bathroom…..

Sometimes it’s meant to be. Absolutely loved this. Very romantic, sweet, and cute. The characters are awesome. Well written. Couldn’t put it down.

Holt has had feelings for Felicity, his best friend’s sister, since high school. But that unwritten “bro code” dictates that one doesn’t mess with a friend’s sibling no matter what! Years later, reconnecting again, Holt is still trying to follow that unwritten off-limits rule, even though Felicity is ignoring her attraction to him as well! Will anything push those two to talk to each other? Will anyone make the first move? Or will they walk away in complete frustration and never give their love a chance?
Holt is a great guy, and Felicity is just what he has always wanted. Would Cash really be angry if they finally decide to start something special between them? Good story line and good characters make this a fun, quick read. (It took the reader less time to read their story than it took them to say hello again! Communication is definitely the answer!)
Remodeled Home for Life! This was a sweet short story about Holt and his best friends little sister, Felicity. He has always had a crush on her but there is a bro code that he must adhere to and that is to not mess with a BFF’s sister. Well Felicity is all grown up now and she invites Holt to a birthday bash for her brother Cash who is coming back home to visit with his wife, Dani and son, Jasper. Holt agrees to go and arrives early and loves what he sees now. They decide to be friends because of the bro code, but can they last as friends and what surprises are in there for Cash? This was a cute story and now I’m waiting to see who else is on the list to have their happy ending. Will Leah, Felicity’s friend have a happy ending?

Holt is a self-employed fixer upper/renovations carpenter. He loves tearing down the old and using the structure to rebuild. Felicity is the younger sister of Holt’s best friend. This means the unspoken word of brothers “Don’t touch my sister.” Felicity and Holt go out for dinner as “friends“. They have a great time – laugh, catchup, jobs. They each have their own secrets. Can they work together? Can they find what they are looking for? It is a quick read. It’s a good story and it will leave you with a smile on your face when you are done. Great read!

You know, I just don’t understand some guys. If you’re interested in a girl, why don’t you just try. Well Holt here waits over a decade but still not pursuing Felicity because he’s friends with her brother. Crazy. With equal frustration, Felicity shares some of the blame for not speaking up. If you want to know how and if these two ever connect, then you’re just going to have to read this book. Short and sweet read.

This takes place a few years after Cash but stands alone. The characters do make an appearance and I loved seeing them again. Holt has stayed away from Felicity because she’s Cash’s sister but their attraction is too much and neither can take it anymore. Once they decide to be together, it’s explosive.
