In the second book of Nora Roberts’s Dream Trilogy, the ever practical Kate Powell finds her career sidetracked by a scandal—one that will teach her the value of family, friendship, and love… Margo’s beauty and Laura’s elegance, she knew she had something they would never possess—a shrewd head for business.
Driven by ambition, Kate measured her life’s success with each soaring promotion. But now faced with professional impropriety, Kate is forced to look deep within herself—only to find something missing in her life…and in her heart.

This was my favorite book out of the three in the collection.
Holding the Dream is the second in Nora Roberts’ “Dream” trilogy. Kate, the heroine, is a woman who was orphaned as a child, and — despite growing up with relatives who loved her — always felt she had to prove to them that she was good enough and work herself to the bone to make them proud of her. Thanks to a series of events and a wonderful hero, her life is turned upside down. Kate learns that sometimes you can trade one dream for an even better one. I loved this series and highly recommend it.
another wonderful woman’s book from Roberts. the way she has of writing bout women coming together & being there for each other is so inspiring. I like that her romantic figures are not perfect in looks & actions just like real people. this is the 2nd book in the dream trilogy, it stands alone for reading and i love to read them in order. If i get one out of order i always read it again with the others.
Pretty good book. Not one of my favorites from Nora Roberts though.
I enjoy all her books
Great dramatic inter play between all of these characters.

I loved this entire trilogy. Norah Roberts is genius, as always
The characters are all very different – much like real life. I enjoyed the messy relationships. The story had me guessing a few times and kept me interested the whole way thru

Amazing as always! My favorite author!
I read everything Nora Roberts writes!
This book is good, follows the same formula that most of the Author’s stories do. A quick summer light read. Entertaining.
