Cool plot and interesting main character. I love the description of his home and it’s furnishings.
Really
Liked it
Really enjoyed this book, well researched rituals
rather flat like alike and aspiring kid wrote it in senior English
Interesting story about doppelganger, fiction but based on truth. Enough sex to be realistic.
A little too much detail on astro projection
Absolutely fascinated with the lead character, Hokee. Hoping there will be more books written. There were some dragging parts to the story but I was able to overlook them because of the complexity of the main character.
When I finished reading Hokee WOlf, I immediately checked to see if the author had written any more books about this character. I was sad to see he hadn’t yet. Hokee Wolf is one of the most interesting and full-blown characters I’ve read about in a long while. One needs to be interested in Native American culture and shamanism or at least willing to learn about it. This book would make a good movie. I highly recommend this book.
It was an unusual hero and heroine but ones that a reader enjoyed . It was sad for the book to end and no sequel to follow.
I enjoyed the story with its overtones of Native American shamanic practices.
Didn’t finish , characters were too unrealistic to engage my interest
Enjoyed this story immensely, especially the surprise ending.
If you’re gonna write historical fiction get your history right. I stopped reading after the first two pages contained too many historical errors.
I thought this book really tells a good story. I love it when I am able to see the characters, places, and situations. The background information was great too. This author delivered all that plus a good plot. Thanks for the entertainment!
Absolutely loved this book, look forward to reading more!
I really enjoyed this detective book with a twist!
I loved this book. It was a story about a native American private detective, a stunning New York City newspaper reporter, and a most unusual multi-million dollar robbery set in the rugged landscape between Idaho Falls and West Yellowstone. The detective is a quirky character in so many ways and very interesting. The lady reporter has many quirks of her own and becomes interested in the robbery and the detective. Both are super intelligent and play off each other to solve the robbery by working separately and together with radically different styles. The ending was very satisfying and left room for some sequels, to which I look forward.
I liked it, thought it had a good plot and great characters. Not to slow, not too much foul language or sex!
Didn’t finish. It might be a good story but I didn’t like the bad language.
This is one of the most interesting books I have ever read. It kept me up late at night and I didn’t want to put it down. Very good.
