From friendship to marriage in sixty-seconds.The most important thing to Kevin Davis is his career. Agreeing to be his wife was an easy decision since she loved him for years.
As the weeks passed, Kevin found himself longing to call her his wife for real. Melissa saw a side of him she didn’t know existed, and questioned her true feelings.

The second book in The Hitched Series it is a well-written book that kept my interest throughout. Kevin Davis and Melissa O’Brien’s story of the things that happen before and after they get married had me turning pages. The storyline was well written with characters that were so well rounded that I was glued to my kindle from the very first page! I really enjoyed the interaction and sizzling chemistry between Melissa and Kevin which kept me totally enthralled until I turned the very last page!
I enjoyed Hitched whilst Intoxicated this was just as good. While the story wasn’t overly long it was enough for a quick holiday read or something easy to escape into.
The story involves 2 longtime friends Melissa & Kevin, the latter is married to his job. In order for him to get a promotion he needs a wife. Guess who’s more than happy to marry her crush? It’s not overly angsty but there a slight touch of drama. The secondary characters are a good mix to add into to the tale.
Overall I don’t think anyone would be disappointed in reading this.
Kind of a fake relationship romance, well the relationship was fake on Kevins side but Melissa has always crushed on him.
When a career opportunity opens up Kevin Sykes drastic measures and proposes to Melissa a family friend, fake of course.
This short read is full of emotions and humor.
While they spend time together Melissa learns startling things about Kevin that makes her question what she thought about him. But Kevin learned that a real relationship is possible and worth it. But it course with any thing fake there’s drama and misinformation and misunderstandings. It takes till the end of the book to get untangled.
