My indentured servitude is almost over and freedom is a heartbeat away! Until some alien guy buys me because he needs a nanny, quick. What? I’m not even good with kids. I’ve never changed a diaper in my life. But the beings at the employment agency won’t listen. “Hew-mans are hot right now. Everyone wants a hew-man nanny.” Great. And since there isn’t another human available…I’m hired on the spot. on the spot.
Yay, me.
And on day one of my new job I’m having a panic attack because I finally meet my new boss and he looks like Satan himself. No lie. Black horns, red skin and glinting silver-tipped claws. He even has a barbed tail, a forked tongue, and he breathes fire. This guy is terrifying, and his children look exactly like him.
heart palpitations hyperventilating
And yet, as I’m caring for these strangely adorable infants and gazing longingly at my crazy-rich boss as he cradles his twin babies in his huge, muscular arms…my traitorous heart goes pitter-patter and my body heats up like lava.
Oh no.
And I begin to wonder—have I sold my soul to the devil?

The Monsters Love Curvy Girls series by Michele Mills is fun, adorable, sexy, cheesy and quirky, but very delightful. I enjoyed each story in the series. It’s a cute alien romance and something fun to pass the time.
His Human Nanny introduces us to the Monsters Love Curvy Girls series. We have a sweet single demon-looking alien dad with newborn twins who needs help. He hires a human nanny and I’m sure you can guess what happens. Aegir and Riley are cute together and the twins a so adorable. There is a little drama, but it all comes down to this one line “Everyone wants the same things – to be loved and understood.”

Things I really liked:
Characters
Plot
Cute babies
I loved this start to finish. I sat down to read and didn’t stop until the end. It was sweet, steamy, sometimes silly, and utterly amazing.
Aegir is the most chill homebody I have ever heard about amongst rich beings in any book. I love that he is all ‘others suck let’s stay home’. Just so totally comfortable in his own home with his family. the way he steps up when he finds out about the babies…where are the earth men like that?! And how romantic is he?! Half the things he said made me swoon!
Riley got in a terrible situation with her company and 5 years later it turns out it was a great thing because she gets to meet Aegir and the twins and fall into the sweetest most adorable family ever. She is determined, driven, and tries her best with everything.
I enjoyed the intimate moments but I really enjoyed the sweet domestic moments. Her freaking out over the forgotten bug spray, his reaction to that. the baby pics she takes. them living as a couple when they cannot actually be one. its all so swoon worthy.
3.5 Stars This was EXACTLY the kind of book I needed after having a really poor reading day. Sci-Fi romance is something I’m almost a newbie at, but this was fun as heck. A single alien dad desperately needs a nanny to care for his newborn twins. He just so happens to look like Satan. The human has zero nanny experience but they make it work. There’s a bit of OW drama but the romance is really cute, lil bit spicy and the babies are cute as heck. And I don’t really like babies in books. (Kids I don’t mind, kinda like IRL) I hope I don’t wait too long before delving into more sci-fi romance.
I am a sucker for aliens. Michele Mills did not disappoint. This book popped up on my Amazon and I decided to take a chance. Boy am I glad I did. The world building and character building are on point and the fluffy romance vibe is off the charts. The relationship between Aegir and Riley is so sweet. A little predictable but still very enjoyable. Look for my reviews on all of the books in this series that are out. I binged this series and enjoyed every minute of it.
A new set of aliens to fall in love with! I’ve never thought that devilishly handsome was a real thing, but after reading this book, I can see how it might be, lol. I thought that Riley would for sure find a way to get out of this latest contract, given how she is first introduced to Aiger and his planet of devil people, but she soldiers on. I read some reviews where the reviewer didn’t enjoy the way this story played out, which gave me pause for a minute, but I have loved pretty much everything else that I’ve read by Michele Mills, so I gave it a read. I’m glad that I did, because I really enjoyed this sweet story, and I thought the little bit of crazy ex just served to spice it up a bit. It was a fun start to a new series, and I’ll read the next one just as soon as I post this review, lol, because I loved this one so much!
Quick, hot, Sci-Fi, insta romance. He needed a nanny and she just may be his everything.
A scfi romance that will have you sitting up when you read the description of the male character that has the female character fainting at the first sight of him.
This is a story about a human woman that is hired as a nanny…who by the way has no experiance looking after one baby nevermind two….. absolutely lobed this far fetched romance and loved the characters too

Incredible! I’ve read this book several times now, and each time I find more to like, more that makes me smile and giggle. I adore what a strong and loving personality Riley has. She makes the best of of any situation, and never expected to end up a nanny. But I loved how as soon as she set eyes on Aegir’s twins, she began to fall in love, and very quickly became more Mom than nanny. And I found her initial reaction to Aegir hilarious! I found Aegir to be sexy, loyal, driven, and dedicated to his family. I really liked the contradiction of Hyrrokins looking like our idea of the devil and their highly honorable, loving, loyal natures. Aegir, from almost the very first moment, refers to Riley as “his human”. Hilarious situations, a sexy single dad, a curvy and nurturing nanny, a sharing of cultures, and a wonderful but eccentric extended family make this a story not to be missed! I cannot wait to read the next in this series!
great read
This is a very cute book. I really liked reading about Aegir (Hyrrokin) and his human nanny. Loved the HEA ending.
3.5
This is the first book that I’ve ever read by this author and I didn’t know what to expect. This book is different to what I usually read and is a sci – fi romance This book is a real Insta love book between these two and it was a sweet, fun quick read.
This book is the first book in this series Monsters Love Curvy Girls #1.
Riley and Aegir start developing feelings for one another after Riley is hired as the nanny for Aegir’s twin children as he was not sure he could actually do this by himself so he hired a nanny to help him.
Aegir looks a lot like the devil and he also has quite the soft side to him and as Riley is a human and she was shocked at the look of her new boss man. When his twins are basically dumped on his doorstep his desperately needs help. Riley loves children and will do anything for them.
These characters were very hot together even though they took there time because of there circumstance they were in they had a great connection too.
This author made a whole new world and it is a romance book for you for you like aliens, HEA and sci-fi romance.
I didn’t real feel like this time this book was for me and I thought that something was missing from the story and sort of thought it was a tad predictable. It was a nicely written book and this author did a fabulous job of world building but I just couldn’t really take to it. If you really love sci-fi romance with happily ever after then this book is defiantly for you.
This book is out now.
This is a well written, passionate, and interesting book one in the Monsters Love Curvy Girls series! The story line is well developed, funny, witty, emotionally deep, flows smoothly, and engaging with ups and downs, drama, angst, and intense sexual tension. The characters are likeable, different, but great together; the chemistry between them is undeniable and steamy. Definitely recommended.

I adored this book. Devoured it in a day. I’m picky about present tense reading (as in, not generally a fan and don’t like it outside of, like, 1-2 other authors, basically) but this was pretty well done, no real slip ups or anything glaring. Enjoyed it enough I’ll be grabbing the next one. Super sexy times, loved their chemistry, and really the entire interplanetary temp-agency is such a clever idea. Also loved the different races, and the story had just the right amount of danger to keep things rolling. SUPER loved his growly bossy alpha side that popped through at times. Great epilogue, too. And I’m a big ol’ sucker for those, lol.
A seriously solid five stars, and a big recommend for anyone wanting a sexy, curvy space romance that’s not alien abductions or wars.
*WARNING* story contains explicit adult content
This was so good, I have to read book 2. What I liked most about this is that the big strong male was the one who got drunk, drugged and taken advantage of. Now I am not saying that’s a good thing or anything, it just that it’s usually the unsuspecting intoxicated female. I liked that the male was shown as more unsuspecting this time. Her first sight reaction was spot on. Lol
I liked this whole story for its “don’t judge a book by its cover” feel. The characters were great except for the stage 5 stalker. The alien was described in enough detail to visualize easily. The story is easy to follow and entertaining. Well written, well edited, well done! Now I’m off to find book 2.
His Human Nanny by Michele Mills.
A brilliant read. I loved the story and characters. I loved the cover too. Loved how Riley and Aegir were together. 5*.

I really enjoyed this story and wanted it to be longer. I loved seeing Riley and Aegir learn about each others worlds and becoming closer as they spend more time together. The twins were adorable and Aegir’s family were so supportive of each other. If you’re looking for a nanny romance with a twist, this is for you. Michele Mills is a new to me author and I can’t wait to read book 2 of this series because I’m hooked!
Fun fantasy read. A nanny to a alien race. They fall in love but it’s a battle getting to the end. Really enjoyed.
Not the usual “Nanny and the Billionaire”
She’s a plump, caring and professional human caregiver to alien geriatrics. She’s also a de facto slave. The alien who snatches her contract back from the brink of freedom looks like the devil himself ! But don’t judge a book by its cover – or a sentient being by his/her looks – lest you miss an opportunity to experience clever writing, wonderful characters, justice at last, true love, and HEA.
Another winner from this author. This is a fast and easy read. About the only thing wrong with it is that it ends. She’s human, he’s alien but somehow they manage to find a way. Loved the characters in this one. Both were so well done that the story just flew. Wonderful world building and a great story with just enough surprises to keep you flipping pages. Fun read. Ready for more!
