His Christmas Bride (The Marietta St. Clair’s Book #3) by Lara Van Hulzen
Business man Lucas St. Clair is getting married, and he wants to get married at his happy place in Marietta Montana. A place he spent many summers horseback riding and learning about ranching. His fiance wants to marry at Tanner Ranch in there barn. Erin Tanner is a former crush of his.
A nice holiday read.
Uncomplicate beach read, but fun.
Lucas St. Claire and Erin Tanner have been friends since they were 11 years old. Lucas’s family spent every summer in Marietta, MN, as a get-away from their New York high-powered life. Lucas and Erin haven’t spoken since they were 18 and shared a kiss out behind her father’s barn.
Ten years later, Lucas brings his high-society fiance to MN to meet his family and to plan a Christmas wedding. The fiance, Vanessa, id an ice queen and sees the Tanner place when she and Lucas drive past and decides that it’s the “perfect” venue for their wedding.
Erin accepts the offer to hold the wedding at her place through her friend and wedding planner, Cynthia. The ranch has fallen on hard times since her father, a former rodeo star, was injured in a car accident and is now confined to a wheelchair. Holding the St Claire wedding at her ranch will bring in much-needed money. The only problem is that she has to constantly interact with Lucas and she realizes she’s never stopped loving him.
Lucas had always loved working on the Tanners’ ranch when he was a kid and volunteers to help Erin get the place fixed up for the wedding. In the process, he realizes that he’s really attracted to Erin.
This is a cute and fun read and I was rooting for Erin and Lucas all along.

Euphoric romance
A surprise ending.
Kept me waiting.
Good job of fleshing out the characters. Enjoyed the story
I loved the book
There is nothing super dynamic about this book, but it’s just a nice read and should be on your ‘must read’ list. It could be rated as a “Hallmark”-type book. Simple plot. Builds quite nicely. Sub-plots are more than adequate. I really liked it.
One of those books that you can’t put down!
I just finished it. I just love the story line.
