From Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestseller Vivian WoodHis best friend’s little sister is about to get something… BIG.Henry Wyatt is big all over, ripped as sin, and fresh out of the Navy SEALs. When he decides to go to his best friend’s cabin for some downtime, the last thing he expects is to run into her, naked and tempting him in ways he never could have imagined.Ellie’s his best … never could have imagined.
Ellie’s his best friend’s little sister and he’s never seen her like that. Little Ellie is all grown up, with a body that begs to be touched.
There’s no way Henry should be looking at her like that, or thinking about how her body would sway just so if he turned her over and took her from behind. She’s almost ten years younger than him, and besides that, she’s Elijah’s little sister.
She’s off limits. Period. Until Ellie reveals that she’s never been with a man before, and suddenly all Henry can think about is being her first. Hell, he’d be the last man she was ever with, too… But Ellie has her own set of reasons why that could never happen.
When Henry sets his mind to something though, there’s no stopping him… and little Ellie doesn’t stand a chance.
This first time romance is 60,000 words, and includes risque situations and dirty language.more
I’ve a big fan of brother’s best friend books. There is just something about falling for your brother’s best friend and then having said brother get all protective. When given the opportunity to read this book I jumped at the chance. Henry and Ellie are words apart, being that there is a 13 year age difference between them. Henry has been best friends with Ellie’s brother Eli since before Ellie was born. He remembers her when she was a baby. Ellie has had a crush on Henry for as far back as she can remember. After discovering her fiance in a compromising position she decides to go to her brother’s mountain cabin and get some solitude. Henry is having a tough time and his PTSD is causing him some issues. It is recommended that he take some time off and relax so drives up to Eli’s mountain cabin to be alone. These two discover that their solitude won’t happen, especially after a snow storm leaves them stuck at the cabin. They try to resist each other, but resisting can only last for so long. Before they realize it they are falling into bed with each other over and over again.
Both Henry and Ellie are well developed character’s who a person could easily get along with. They each have their own personal issues, Henry’s being worse than Ellie’s, but they are able to help each other out in ways that neither of them expected. I really enjoyed this story. There were some moment’s that I questioned their actions but then the author ended up answering those questions at a different point in the book. The story was well developed and flowed smoothly. Great book and I look forward to reading more by this author
Another great story for Vivian, this the story of Ellie and Henry. Ellie is as college graduate and Henry is a Navy Seal. What would you if you were snowed in to a cabin with a HOT Navy Seal that you had a crush on, total Recommend this book, I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy
