I really enjoyed this book about Nate and Lauren. There are lots of really cute moments between Nate and Laurens son, Drew. For someone who says he doesn’t want anything permanent Nate settles into family life with Lauren and Drew like they have always been family. There are lots of sweet, tender moments and a few tears. I look forward to reading …
Lauren and her son escaped her abusive marriage and returned to Bounty Bay to heal and hide from the paparazzi. Her property is isolated but family live nearby and she doesn’t need anyone else; until that is photojournalist Nate turns up to renovate and sell the house next door. Loved the characters, the back story and how Lauren came to trust. …
In the first Bounty Bay novel, former runway fashion model Lauren Taylor is hiding out in the wilds of New Zealand with her four-year-old son. Except for her family, no one in the small town of Bounty Bay knows about her celebrity status and the abusive ex-husband she left in the States. When a famous photojournalist buys the dilapidated property …
This was a quick read, a sweet romance. Nate and Lauren had a little heat. I really liked Drew. The pace was pretty steady, and the storyline was interesting.
Great Read
Terrific
What a beautiful story about a woman who had to overcome both mental and physical abuse. Her brother found property for her to buy close to him. Well the property next door sold and the guy that bought is really nice. But can he win her heart.
Learning to Trust
Rural New Zealand isn’t quite the polar opposite to New York City, but close enough for a former model hiding from herself. Trigger warning–spousal abuse. This is not described horribly or graphically but enough is shared to make its point. There is also some fairly steamy but, again, not graphic, sex. But there is also …
Great book. I couldn’t put it down.
Too much emotion not enough character building or plot
Good book, but tedious at times.
I enjoyed this book, it caught my attention right from the start, and held my attention all the way through! There was a warmth of characters that made me want to keep on reading to see what happens. The second in this Botany Bay series, however, I have not gone to far into it, and am not sure if I want to. The female lead started off being …
Good but not great.
The book is okay. It’s about a former model who leaves her abusive husband and returns to her home in New Zealand. It’s not long before she is fighting her attraction to her new neighbor.
Love all her books
Excellent read. Great characters, realistic story, twists and turns but still romantic and happily ever after.
An easy read that you can’t put down! Instant chemistry draws two people that do not want to be in a relationship. Love concurs all.
Love the fact that love concord all
Can’t wait to read other books in this series
This is a standalone read with a HEA. I read it in 2017 and gave it a 5 on my Amazon review. I really enjoyed it and I definitely recommend it.
