A Fallen Angel. A Devil on the Loose. When a young girl is discovered dead on an isolated Irish country road, it seems at first glance to be a simple hit and run. Then the cops see the tattoo on her back – a pair of beautifully wrought angel wings that lend the victim a sense of ethereal innocence. Forensic investigator Reilly Steel is soon on the scene and her highly tuned sixth sense tells her … sense tells her there is more to this case than a straightforward murder.
But with almost zero evidence and no way to trace the girl’s origin, Reilly and the police are at a loss. Then the angel tattoo is traced to other children – both dead and alive – who are similarly marked, and Reilly starts to suspect they have all been abducted by the same person. But why? And will Reilly get to the bottom of the mystery and uncover what links these children together before tragedy strikes again?
Book 3 in the CSI Reilly Steel police procedural series. Forensic crime fiction for fans of Karin Slaughter, Tess Gerritsen & Patricia Cornwell, or TV shows CSI and Criminal Minds.

In fact, the way this book is written, the cops seem to be almost ineffective were it not for Reilly Steele to “save the day” and be a part of every facet of the case presented in this book. A …
Another set of books that ypu will get hooked on
Love the CSI action
Always enjoy Casey’s books in this series. I also like books based in Ireland. This one kept me enthralled during a long plane ride.
This is my favorite of the series so far. A real nail biter! On to the next one, I’m hooked!
Great book !!!
The characters and world created are great but after 3 books the characters are starting to get a little predictable
Great read pulled me in and kept me engaged
I liked this book but didn’t love it. It didn’t have any “wow!” Moments that were unexpected. I almost didn’t finish it.
Loved thisvwhole seties would more. Highlynrecommended.
Love the CSI Reilly Steel series. Hidden has so many twists and turns. All the books are detailed and twisted and this one is no exception. Casey Hill writes an excellent mystery.
I like this series, innovative cases and for now the author sticks mostly to solving the crime and a little bit of character development. I don’t like when authors start focusing more on characters than the crime solving.
