I am a fan of Cheryl Bradshaw’s books…any and all of them.
Fun to read
Quick read. Light in the storyline. I’ve read other novels of hers that I really liked…. this one disappointed
I’ve liked all of cheryl Bradshaw’s books that I’ve read.
This is an entertaining cozy mystery with an interesting protagonist.
Maisie is an addicting character–want to read more of her adventures!
A very good read
Cheryl does a great job of drawing you in to the story, making it easy to get invested in it!
Nice to see an old broad be the star of the show. Kind of a twisted Mrs. Marple!
Very unexpected turns. Eady read
It was great need part two of the series
I almost did not want to read about a child abduction but I did. Very well done and the characters became very real. Very difficult to put down.
I didn’t love this book, but it was a quick read and I liked the protagonist although I felt like most of the people she interacted with would have told her to go away or they would file a harassment complaint. First book in the series so maybe they get more realistic as they go along. Decent editing, no glaring grammar errors. Enjoyable enough to finish.
Good book ,interesting read
This book held my interest, kept going back to read more
Cheryl Bradshaw hits the nail on the head once again. While keeping you guessing, she also keeps you smiling. A delightful read that leaves you wanting more. I definitely recommend you read this one.
It was a good read and kept me interested and wanting more
Lots of unexpected twists, centered around a very feisty, fun loving , snoopy, retired widow.
Not like anyone’s loving grandmother. Enjoyable, easy read.
Liked the book, but not her best.
While the protagonist is definitely original–a 70-year-old, nosy, gutsy, spies-on-all-the-neighbors woman who is sexually exploring her options following her husband’s death, I just didn’t connect with her and couldn’t get far into the book, I do have to say that it wasn’t badly written in the least. I just didn’t like the main character. If you like her, you probably will enjoy the book.
