Problems, but she overcame them. A good, clean book.
Rae and Ben had a few problems to work through such as, age difference, work, family but they kept talking and working finally seeing the way to each other.
Great story and characters.
Cowboy books seems really popular these days. This one, like most, is predictable and easy to read. The characters are likeable, but not too realistic. The boy, 25, the girl almost 10 years older — and they both act like clueless teenagers when it comes to their relationship. good beach book.
Great love story. Keeps you reading!
I want to get to know the ready of the handsome men in the family. Great read. Nice vacation reading
I liked that Reagan was portrayed as an intelligent, competent woman who was more interested in the character of her romantic interest than his age.
I really enjoyed reading the book
I enjoyed reading the book. There were a couple of surprises to keep it interesting and the writing was well done for the most part.
Don’t like may December relationships
Loved this book! Keep them coming!
I enjoyed this book. She is a great writer.
You can always count on Liz Isaacson for a fun romance. This book didn’t disappoint! Got this one FREE from a BookBub deal! Woo hoo!
Once again, Liz Isaacson delivers a spellbinding story full of hope. I rooted for Rea & Ben. I swear I hardly blinked while reading because I didn’t want to miss a thing. I’m looking forward to the rest of the books in this series. Sarah Sampino does a fabulous job narrating & bringing the characters to life.
I’m always a bit wary of age gap romances but this one went well. I liked the bit about Coral Canyon. I’ve already read those series but it was cool to see it from the other end. I enjoyed these characters and getting to know these brothers. I’m excited to read each of their stories.
SWEET CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE
It’s been a long time since I’ve listened to (or read) a Liz Isaacson book, but I thoroughly loved it! I needed to laugh and this book made me laugh! I needed to cry and this book made me cry! I needed an escape and this book was that and more! Thank you!
The narration was very good except a few of the brothers’s voices sounded odd. They didn’t speak much so it’s wasn’t a big deal. I LOVED the voice for the hero Ben though! That voice was perfect!
Lately I’ve been in the mood for western romances. Historical, contemporary…. it really doesn’t matter as long as there are cowboys. So I knew it was time to listen to this book. Her Restless Cowboy is a sweet romance, which was mostly set in Vermont, which I found a little odd for a “western”. But it has cowboys so I let that little fact slide.
I liked the fact that Reagan was about 10 years older than Ben. She had more relationship and life experience. It was interesting to see the insecurities that both characters had and the growth they had to overcome them to find love.
The narration by Sarah Sampino was solid. I enjoy her pacing and style. She put enough emotion into her performance to draw me in. And the voices she did for the various characters were just enough to distinguish the characters without crossing that line to hard to listen to.
I’ve read quite a few books by Liz Isaacson. I like that she writes sweet romances with just a touch of inspirational tones, that don’t get preachy. I’ll be happy to read more by her… especially if narrated by Ms Sampino.
I did receive a copy of this audiobook for review. All opinions are my own.
Liz’s books are always uplifting.
Interesting take on romance with a decidedly different age gap. Clean read.
Loved this book !
I loved this book. Liz writes characters that you fall in love with and want them to succeed and make everything all right. It has just the right amount of suspense and laughter.
