Veronica “Ronnie” Clark has had it up to here with her family. So she shoves her suitcase into the trunk of her car along with that billowy, lacy, monstrosity of a bridal gown and hits the road. Unfortunately, her old Volvo gives out, leaving her stranded on Christmas Eve in the nearly deserted seaside town of Ocean City, Maryland. Oh, boy, does she ever need a miracle! And like Christmas magic, … magic, her Mr. Miracle appears. Adam Rone stops to offer her assistance, and once the tow truck drives away with the Volvo, he suggests she stay at Ocean Dreams, the hotel he owns and operates in the tourist town. Ronnie is drawn to the compassionate single dad, and the attraction they feel is undeniable. But when she learns all he’s going through to keep his family together, she can’t bring herself to reveal to him that she’s running from hers. All she wants is for him to take her in his arms and kiss her, but he keeps asking about that stupid wedding dress!

A good book I really enjoyed
What a lovely book to read. It has a woman who has run away and won’t tell why, a man who is divorced and has a very sweet little boy, and an entire host of characters that make this story one of my favorites. I encourage you to read it!
4 Stars
I purchased a copy of the clean Christmas Week, Ocean City, Maryland set novel Her Mr. Miracle: Ocean City Boardwalk Series: book 8 by Donna Fasano and this review was given freely.
An easy flowing romance with realistic characters who find love inspite of their needy families. Contains humor and lightness in the form of the at times unfiltered and active six year old Mason. Concludes with a heartwarming ending and some recipes.
To escape her mean spirited twenty one year old prankster twin brothers, Veronica Clark upholds her promise to take a one week holiday from the family car dealership at Christmas time only to have continued troubles when her car breaks down and she is inserted into the complexed and chaotic life of Ocean Dreams hotel owner and single father Adam Rone and his vindictive alcoholic ex wife
HER MR. MIRACLE is a standalone read with a HEA. A young woman has car trouble and is stuck on the side of the road during winter. A car stops and a man offers to help her. She is in a strange town and really knows no one, friend or tow truck. He calls his guy and offers to let her sit in his car while they wait. Stranger danger comes to mind until he introduces her to his 6 year old son,.
He happens to own the only hotel in town and even though it is closed for the season he offers her a room. She stays even though it is close to Christmas. As he goes to get her suitcase out of her car he sees a big, puffy wedding dress. It looks like she is running,.
This is a sweet romance. No sex so any age could read. Both characters have a past and issues they are needing to work through, It touches on dealing with an alcoholic., It is a quick read and a cute story. The son is a neat character. Wise beyond his years. I recommend the book.,
I was not paid for this review. I am not a writer nor do I know one., I am not kin to this author. I am a reader and this is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less. 12/8/18.
