Doug Crofton is the proud owner of a beautiful dude ranch in San Antonio, Texas. He works there with his mother and his aunt, and together they’ve turned a profitable ranch into an extremely lucrative resort for tourists. Stony Creek Ranch is now one of the hottest spots for weddings in the state. There’s just one problem… Doug’s mother and aunt cannot work together anymore without feuding. After … After his mother suffers a health scare, he decides enough is enough and puts out an ad for a new special events coordinator, along with a few other much-needed roles.
Enter hopeful and earnest Paige Lancaster. She works as a freelance event coordinator and she longs for a full-time job somewhere, anywhere. Working a desk job is just not her passion, so when she sees Doug’s want ad, she can’t pass up the chance.
During her interview with Doug, Paige feels sparks begin to fly, but she must keep her cool if she wants to land her ultimate dream job.
Doug immediately sees that Paige is the perfect fit for the ranch and is exactly the kind of woman he needs to take charge and bring a long needed balance to his business and hires her right away. As they begin to work together, he’s quickly drawn to her talent, charm and beauty and longs to ask her out.
But will doing so threaten the balance that is beginning to blossom between his family at his beloved ranch? Will Paige take a chance on a billionaire cowboy, even though he’s her boss?
Her Captivating Billionaire Cowboy Boss is a sweet clean romance.

Paige just wanted her dream job of evens coordinator and finally found it, that’s if Mrs Crofton wouldn’t be out to fire out. She started talking to Doug the son trying to get hip opinion on what to do with his father. As the time goes by they start dating and spending time together. One day while kissing in Doug’s office his mother Helen (Mrs. Crofton) clears her throat and lets them know she knew something was up when she noticed them leaving the ranch together. She actually seemed happy. While the relationship grows Paige makes a suggestion that Doug should build a house to get out of his mothers home and start spending more time with Devon his son. That would allow him to be in any part of the house, without worrying about running in to anyone underneath them in the busy house. Paige ends up buying her first house and she’s very excited for them both to do house warmings. In the end they start to get the HEA.

A sweet read about a billionaire rancher at odds with his mom and auntie who are always arguing, his son whom he hardly spends time with and his businesses. He meets Paige, who is the new event manager much to his mothers chagrin. Will anything blossom between them or will his mother be the wall that comes between them. .
Book three in the Billionaire Hearts Club series a well written story with a very good storyline, a short quick story to read. This is a sweet clean romance story, I did find it to be a bit slow paced. I enjoyed the storyline, Doug works the family business with his mother and her sister unfortunately these two siblings bicker all the time. It makes life a bit uncomfortable for Doug and his young son, scared it will start impacting the business Doug hires Paige to be an event coordinator for the ranch and ease some of his mother’s stress. This book is well-written and has some wonderful descriptive scenes. The characters are incredibly likable and relatable.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Doug has a 5 yr old son Devon ,mother ,and aunt that he takes care of with his ranch resorts ,but his home is in San Antonio Texas at the stony creek ranch where he hires Paige a event coordinator . very Cute.
Her Captivating Billionaire Cowboy Boss tells a story all too common today – family drama results from too much pressure and too little family time. Doug’s mother and aunt both work for his ranch venue and are constantly fighting. Doug spends too little time with his son. Desperate to find a solution, Doug hires Paige to help with wedding planning. Will Paige be able to handle Doug’s mother and eventually take over for her? Doug and Paige have great chemistry. In this well written book, Paige has ideas to improve the lives of several of the characters. Will she get a chance? I was drawn into this story and remained interested to the end.
Pleasant Read.
Very pleasant reading. The core story seemed to be more about the main male character’s mom and her relationship with her sister. The main male character and the main female character were both rather lackluster in presentation in comparison to the main male character’s mother and aunt. Also, the relationship between the two main male and female characters was always very cordial. They seemed more like friends than romantic partners.
Pleasant reading.
