Everything went wrong when I trimmed his bush. And no, it’s not what you’re thinking. I’m a professional. The client hired me to trim a bush in his garden for a party.I accidentally turned it into something that rhymes with “a big rock and walls”.Imagine my surprise when the art world decides it’s a masterpiece. Were my raging hormones the cause of my bush sculpting blunder? I mean, who would blame … sculpting blunder? I mean, who would blame me if they were? After meeting Harry Barnidge for the first time, my brain went straight to cavewoman mode. There were undignified fantasies of being bashed over the head and carried off to a cave, a significant loss of vocabulary, and maybe even a little drooling.
But I can’t focus on that. On him. I need this job to make my little sister’s dreams come true. Until now, I’ve managed to screw everything in my professional and personal life up, but I’m determined to make this work.
So when Mr. Heartstopper offers to help me manage my accidental art career, it’s impossible to say no.
It’s like the old saying goes. If you erect it, they will come. Or something like that.
Harry
I was done with relationships, until her. The new gardener took everything I knew and flipped it upside down. And once I saw her bush? Well, that was when I knew she was something special.
Women have tried a lot of things to get my attention, but Nell’s bush has to be the boldest method. I mean, there was the direct approach, and then there was turning a ten-foot bush into… that.
So of course, I asked her out. And when the biggest art critic in the country declared her bush a work of art, I offered to become her agent… even if my specialty was books.
Now I just have to convince her that I want more than our professional relationship. No matter the cost. Even when my biggest rival wants to steal her from under me and threatens to ruin me if I tell the truth about him.

The blurb made this book sound pretty funny and it more than lived up to my expectations. Nell Snell, who’s parents had a tragic sense of humor, had failed at many jobs but is an artist at heart so when her roommate gets her a job on his crew as a topiary artist, she is excited and nervous about doing well so she can finance her sister’s college education.
Harry hires the crew for a pre-release party for a few of his clients to get publishers interesting in their book. He tells Nell to Turn the bushes into something humorous for the party. Nell’s end result looks like a giant c*ck and balls
From there the fun begins, the hilarious sexual innuendos, puns, jokes between the characters. Nell and Harry are so funny as they intentionally go back and forth with it. Then a rival of his says something at one point and Nell laughs at the double entendre and he is oblivious.
There are also side characters that are awesome, they are so funny on their own and I looked back and they are in some of the other books in this series which I will now be reading. So great. Bravo!
I Absolutely LOVE Each & EVERY ‘Objects of Attraction’ Story; It’s An Outta This World Series!
She really NEEDS this Bush Sculpting job to own OUT,
As Her Sister’s Future IS Riding On the OutCome,
And She doesn’t have room for Another Failure On Her Resume;
Especially, NOT when Her BFF & Roomie went OUT on a Limb,
To get Her the gig… Sooo His Reputation is Riding On Her Skills TOO!
Did She Mention She’s an Unskilled Laborer at this Point…
Armed with Shears, YouTube Tutorial Vids, & Sheer Determination She takes a stab at trimming the Hedges,
Which are just Her warm up for the Main Event…
Where She’s Sculpting “Her Bush!”
SomeHow, She ENDS up being the Toast of the Art Scene for Her slightly X-Rated Creation…
And “Her Bush” brings opportunities for Fame, Money, & MORE problems than She Could Imagine!
Will She get the Recognition She seeks…
or Will SomeOne stifle Her career before it can begin!?!
FAIL!

So we’ll written. Laugh out loud scenes. Great book
I loved it! Great characters and spellbinding!
Made me giggle the whole way through!
It is hard to find books that you actually laugh out loud when you read them. I couldn’t stop laughing thru the first three chapters. Went and found the previous five books and read them as well. Just as funny and I will look forward to reading more of Penolope’s books in the hopes that they are as entertaining.
A laugh a minute, feel good read. Even not perfect people have perfect relationships.
Funny funny funny
Loved this book. Fun and sexy
I really enjoyed this book funny light reading especially at this time when all you hear is covid19 . . A nice escape. .
Light hearted and an easy read. Cute story.
I read this book first before starting the series from the beginning. I adored this book and would recommend it highly! I was laughing, fanning myself, and running through the pages at top speed!
His banana and her cherry were my favorites in this series. All the others I was not a fan of. But this book is right up with banana and cherry. It was hilarious and had me laughing throughout the whole book. Definitely a better book than previous ones.
I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.
Penelope Bloom creates lovable characters who get into the most hilarious situations. Only Bloom can pull off wit, laughter, and romance all the way through.
Objects of Attractions has become one of my favorite series. Penelope brings humor into every one of these books, and yet every one of these love stories is unique to read.
In Her Bush, we get Nell who is an artist that doesn’t believe in her art at all. So she is now working for a landscaping company that promises the best of the best, including bush designs. Little does Nell intend to design what she does, and indeed gets the attention of the owner of the home Harry.
Harry is a character we met before in Her Secret. He is not precisely uptight, but he isn’t precisely fun loving either. But when he finds Nell designing his bushes, he asks for something specific and doesn’t expect what he gets. Nell and Harry do have an instant attraction that is wonderfully funny and great to read. We also get some past characters and of course, my favorite William.
This entire series is great
This one is my favorite in the series. There were parts that made me laugh out loud at inappropriate times. I also loved seeing other characters from the series. I need to go back and read William and Hailey’s story. That man is just too much
Another good on in the series
Nell just can’t catch a break. She wants so badly to be able to find a job and be able to pay for her sister’s college. But after being knocked down so many times and having a controlling ex, she’s down. She’s had to take a job as a bush (the plant, not the ahem…) sculptor, but she really has no idea what she’s doing.
Book agent Harry has stopped looking for Miss Right. He’s stayed away from women for two years and has lost all hope of forever after…until he sees Nell. She’s hard to miss with her orange hair. After suggesting a theme for her bush sculpting he leaves for the day, only to come home to what can only be described as porn in leaves. What will he do, both with the sculpture and Nell?
Had me laughing out loud
Penelope Bloom’s storyline kept me engaged. I liked the dynamics between Harry and Nell. There were scenes that had me laughing out loud! Nell just cant keep a job and she is on her last hope. A gardeners job a some rich guys house. Her job to sculpt the bush. Harry can’t stop watching Nell in his gardens; something about her intrigues him. They are both cautious and tentative because of past relationships that have left some scars. This story had me laughing out loud but also had me sighing when these two get their HEA. These two enjoy some fun times both under the sheets and outside the sheets.
