Her Billionaire Wish is a twist on the usual billionaire romances. Chelsea is the billionaire, and Zach works in construction. Tayla Alexandra has written very likable characters who have been through very rough times. Chelsea identifies with Zach’s bratty acting 10 year old daughter, and Ana does change. The plot moves along quickly; the dialogue is natural; and there’s a sweet HEA. I enjoyed reading the book and would recommend it to sweet romance and Christian romance readers. There has been bad behavior by one of the characters in the past; but there are no salacious details. There is also the fact a deceased character was molested, but again no details that would make me uncomfortable recommending this book. I received an ARC. I chose to write a review and share my opinion.
Her Billionaire Wish was my favorite book in this series!! At first I didn’t like Chelsea from the previous books. But as the story goes on, more her heart and life are revealed and I have to say she has become a favorite character of mine! This was a beautiful story about a very broken woman and a hurting and sad father and daughter. It’s a tear-jerker. But it was a great story of faith, love, and redemption! I loved it!!!
This story is about Chelsea, she just lost her baby and is looking for her purpose in life. On a cruise she meets Zack, a simple constructor and his spoiled 10 years old daughter Ana. The first, second and third impression isn’t very positive but she sees so much from herself in the little girl that she wants to help. Falling in love wasn’t the planning. Can three people who are grieving come together and build a life together?
I recommend all the books of this author, great character building.
Her Billionaire Wish works as a stand alone, but if you have read the first two books, you know that Chelsea was a very self centered, manipulative person. In this book, Chelsea finally grows up. She learns some hard lessons. She meets Ana, a precocious ten year old, who reminds Chelsea of herself. God’s grace and love are infinite as everything comes to a very satisfying conclusion. I had only planned to read a few chapters when I started reading, but I could not put the book down. Who needs sleep anyway?
Money Can’t Buy You True Love
This is the best one of this Billionaire Romance series. It stands alone very well, even though it is built on the happenings and people in the prior books. The main character in this book is the one you love to hate in prior books. The plot is well executed and realistic. I can definitely see this happening in real life. The characters are deep and believable. In fact, I think that I know some people who are depicted in this book. I received this ARC book for free and this is my honest review.
The story of a man and his daughter, and a mother who lost her baby. All searching for a way to end the grief and sorrow in their lives. The story brings these three together in ways that are both funny and sad. I really enjoyed this book.
I was surprised to find the main character was one of the female characters that caused a big mess in one of the earlier books. I’m kind of glad she was able to redeem herself. You can almost feel the male main character’s pain and anguish as a single father to a very opinionated young daughter. I enjoyed this book very much.
