I couldn’t put Liam and Autumn’s story down. It pulled at my heartstrings. I hurt for Autumn and was upset with Liam but at same time totally wanted them to find love again.
Love is complicated and painful sometimes. Especially when you go on loving someone even after it’s over. Autumn and Liam where high school sweethearts. Theirs seemed like a love that would last forever but then one day it just ended. Liam left Autumn without a word. Her heart shattered. Now, years later, his return is bringing back old feelings. It hurts but gradually they begin to work through everything and learn to forgive and start to heal. Love may not be perfect or easy but it’s worth fighting for.
A quick second chance romance that was well written. Autumn and Liam were high school sweethearts until he stopped talking to her when he was away at college. This has heartbreak, forgiveness and so much more. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Autumn and Liam were high school sweethearts. They plan to stay together as a couple as Liam heads off to college but Liam suddenly stops contacting Autumn. It’s been 4 years since he’s gone to college and now he’s back. They still love each other but can they get past the pain he caused when he disappeared from her life so long ago.
This is a very sweet second chance love story. I kind of wanted Autumn to give Liam a much harder time about his actions but given the fact that her family forgives him, well, her forgiving him is just a matter of time. They are really a good match and it’s a great little love story.
I would recommend this story to anyone looking for a simple, sweet, contemporary love story.

“What am I going to do with you?”
“Love me forever.”
This is a short, sweet second chance story. As I have read the past books, I have wondered when I would hear about Autumn’s love life. Autumn and Liam were high school sweethearts, and it was hard on Autumn when Liam left for college. I felt so bad to know that Liam had ghosted her after six months away. It took her awhile to try to get over him, and now four years later he is back on the farm. Sometimes when you can look back on what happened, you can see it may have been for the best. I enjoyed the book and encourage you to read it. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.
OMG! I am loving this series so much! We finally have Autumn’s story and it has all the feels. There’s anger, resentment, hurt, and forgiveness. Liam has a lot of groveling to do and the story is told so well for a short story. Love the bonus epilogue and now I am hoping Eric and Ryan get their own story.

I really enjoyed Autumn and Liam’s story. I felt sad for Autumn at the beginning when Liam left but understood why he felt he did. It took them awhile to get to where they were but I feel they both needed the time apart to grow and realize that they never stopped loving one another. I felt Autumn was fair in wanting them to take their time and for Liam to make sure of what he wanted. Liam was able to come back and explain to his father that he wanted to be his own man and not follow in his fathers footsteps. I enjoyed the bit of humor that came from the way Autumn’s father dealt with them. A sweet read from start to finish.

Liam left town four years ago and didn’t say a word to anyone. Autumn was his first love and his only love, but he got scared and ran. Autumn was left hanging alone and heartbroken. Now Liam is back and he wants Autumn back.
Autumn is still angry and hurt that Liam left to go to college, but then he ghosted her. Liam tells her he loves her and there hasn’t been anyone since he left. He has a lot of work ahead of him before Autumn will take him back.
With time and effort, Liam is able to get back in Autumn’s good graces again as well as her bed and they finally have the happily ever after together.

This is a well written second chance romance with strong characters and an emotional story line. The author brings drama and steam, describes her scenes in detail and weaves a short romance showing love overcomes all. I enjoyed reading this story.

This is the 10th book in the Man Card series. There are spoilers in books 8 & 9 that indicate how this book will end, but it is definately fun seeing how they get there! Liam & Autumn are the main characters here, and they are priceless. There is a shared history, heartbreak, fear, anger, frusteration, lost souls, family, and undying passion.
Liam left Autumn 4 years ago to go to college. It was what was expected of him. He didn’t really have a choice. Autumn understood this, but wanted him to stay anyway. When he ghosted her after 6 months, it broke her. Now, he shows up wanting to talk. Now?
Eventually Autumn agrees to listen, and over the next month finally comes to understand what happened. But Liam can’t forgive himself for hurting her, his only love. He does everything he can for her & her family – his has already written him off. Mad that he dropped out & off the grid.
When Hannah finally fully accepts Liam back, he is still berating himself. It is her kindness & love that heals him. He wants to give her everything, but all he has is his heart and promise to never hurt her again.
Will that be enough? Can they have a future despite the past? What of his family? Can Autumn & Liam get the HEA they so desperately want? Definately pick up #10 in this series (6 more to go)!
Heartbreaking beginning to this short story, for Autumn and Liam. I would have to say this was a very emotional read with a past break up and Liam working towards a reconciliation. Wonderful characters and great continuation of this series.

I liked this story. I was a little peeved with Autumn’s family as I felt that they were all team Liam so quickly instead of waiting for Autumn to decide what she wanted. I did enjoy how Autumn and Liam worked together to fix their relationship before becoming intimate again, as that felt more authentic. I did love the happy ever after. All in all, it was a very enjoyable read and I definitely recommend reading it!

I like his determination to get a second chance & her hesitancy. I think he learns his lesson, the hard way, regardless of the why I think they are soul mates and that connection helps them both rethink, deal with their drama and decide whether to clean the slate. Steamy, short and to the point. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Autumn and Liam got together in high school.Liam left for college and broke her heart. Now 4 yrs later he’s back. He knows he wants Autumn forever, but will she give him a 2nd chance. Love the ending!! Love Appleton Farms!!
A Great Series Ending!
Young love is sweet in this Man Card Series That took place on the apple orchard. The youngest of the Appleton family, Autumn was left high and dry four years ago by her high school sweetheart, Liam, when he went off to college and stopped contacting her. Now he’s back and wants to make amends and get back together professing his undying love for her.
Autumn has a back bone and does not merely roll over but makes him explain and demonstrate if his heart is true. At the end there are enough HEAs for all.
this was a fun series that never took itself too seriously. The writing was always tight and flowed nicely from chapter to chapter. The characters were well formed even if I had to work to like them (Liam) initially.
I’m definitely recommending this book and the series for your reading enjoyment and pleasure and, looking forward to the next one taking place in wine country. Peace.
