Being a wedding planner is hard, especially when someone is always trying to steal your business, and your family doesn’t support you. However, Roxanne Novak is determined to keep her business afloat. When Roxy’s in a car accident hurrying to meet a potential bride, she’s injured and scared, but paramedic Henley Young takes good care of her.Henley loves his job and thrives on the adrenaline of … adrenaline of helping people in need. Maybe that’s why when he meets Roxy, he’s inclined to help her with more than just medical care. Hooking her up with his older brother Wesley and his bride-to-be could be just what she needs. It might also be the start of something between the Lee and the spunky little wedding planner.
When a position at a country club is offered to Roxy, she finds herself rethinking her entire business plan. Excited to start someplace new, Roxy and Henley begin making plans for the future. Just after she starts her new job, Roxy learns of Lee’s past relationship, and everything she knew about him is questioned.
Can Roxy and Henley put the past to bed and move forward to something that might be more than what both of them had ever hoped for?
Henley is the second book in the Loving a Young Series which will consist of six books. Wesley, Henley, Bradley, Riley, Huntley and Kayley.

To be completely honest, I fell in love with this book after the first page. The author certainly knows how to get you hooked on a book. I would have finished it last night but it was getting too late. But I didn’t want to put the book down. It was funny, warm, wonderful, romantic and a great story line. Can I give it more than 5 stars? I have always enjoyed the author’s books and have read many of them but on the romantic genre this was her best.
The story is about a woman, Roxanne, who had her own wedding planning business and on a day where she was running late for an important possible client she gets in a horrible car crash. When the good looking paramedic, Henley, had to get in the car to assist her and get her out, sparks were flying between them. The story continues as the two of them wanting to see how their relationship would work out when they had issues to deal with. Those issues included Roxanne’s older brother the most. This is the second of the Loving a Young Series and I haven’t read book 1 Wesley yet but I’m going to. Obviously it can stand alone but with the Young family I want to read more. Great book and highly recommend it.
Henley is the second book in the “Loving a Young” series and Stacey Eaton does not disappoint. This is a romance and it is not without the ups and downs and the twist and turns that love brings to all of us. Ms. Eaton captures how perception and misunderstandings can take a romance on a roller coaster ride. This is a wonderful series and I can’t wait for the other Youngs to have their own book.
Quite a good story. Roxanne and Henley (Lee) are delightful from the very beginning. Their courtship is quite outside the norm having met as a result of an auto accident. The character of Roxy’s brother made portions of the story almost unreadable. Her father, thankfully, wasn’t involved enough to cause similar issues. The explicit scenes gravitate towards BDSM. The Young family, on the other hand, is a remarkably strong and supportive bunch. In particular, I look forward to seeing Riley’s and Kayley’s stories.
I received a review copy of this book from a third party. This is my honest review.
I really loved Henley and Roxanne’s story.
It was an instalove story full of twists and turns, that was well written and enjoyable to read.

Two different people meet in an unexpected way. But misunderstandings get in the way, communication is important if you want a relationship to work.
Book 2 in the “Loving a Young” series and I absolutely adored reading this book! The storyline was great, and the characters were very likable, believable, and so engaging that Roxanne and Henley kept me totally invested from the very first page!
Roxanne is a wedding planner and on the way to meet a couple she is in a accident and the paramedic is Henley and they hit it off. Henley is an amazing man, kind, loving, supportive just a wonderful man. Roxanne is determined and motivated and strong she is the kind. They are wonderful together there is some resistance from other people but it enhances the book. This is a fun read and it was entertaining.

I absolutely loved this book and was honored to have been able to read and review. It was such a phenomenal read and had amazing characters as well as an amazing story line. I just could not get enough of it and once I started reading it I could not put it down. I recommend that you read it.
I dare you not to fall in love with Roxy and Henley aka Lee, from the moment they meet there is a spark and it only grows from there but there are a lot of hurdles including jobs and family. Roxy knows what she wants out of life but it’s like the world and well her family is against her, fortunately for her she meets Lee and although not in the best of circumstances but the attraction is there and oh what a ride it is to see how things change for both of them. I loved the laughs you have as well as seeing Roxy learn what family is all about, get tense when secrets are learnt and shocked at the twists that pop up. I am absolutely loving this series and can’t wait for the next book!!

This is the second book in the Loving A Young series. Roxanne and Henley’s story was great. It was steamy, witty, entertaining read. I love the Young family they love each other, are supporting and caring but not afraid to joke and give each other a hard time, who wouldn’t want to be part of their family. Henley and Roxy have a rather interesting first meeting, he’s the paramedic that helped her during her car accident. She was hurt pretty bad, but they had a connection. The more they get to know each other the harder they start falling but Henley’s past and Roxy’s controlling brother cause issues for them.

A simple story develops between Henley, paramedic and Roxanne, wedding planner.
Adding Roman, her disgruntled brother to the plot and a secret kept, paths the way for things to go awry as the couple are getting serious.
A bit predictable but still a sweet storyline.

If there ever was a book that kept me gushing about the male main character, this was it. Practically perfect in every way…except that little bit about his past. But I loved Henley’s interactions with his family and how he instantly acted with his protective instinct when Roxy needed him.
I loved Roxy’s character and her independence. I didn’t like her family so much. I kept wondering what her brother’s problem was and why her dad couldn’t just be supportive of her decisions. It never seemed to resolve itself.
This book made me laugh, it made me smile way too much, and it made me realize how lucky I am that I have a supportive family. Highly recommend.

Where can I find me a Henley? LOL! He is the perfect package all rolled into one – he cooks, cleans, listens, is respectful, hot, a paramedic and understanding. Roxanne is a strong, independent woman who is trying to run her own business, without the support of her family. Her father and brother treat her with no respect at all. There were so many times throughout the story I just wanted to punch her brother. The Young family is the picture perfect family – they all love each other and when a new person comes into their lives, they are just as welcoming.
When Henley and Roxanne meet (while not under the best circumstances) they both feel a connection almost immediately. This is a story about taking chances, learning to trust and understanding. Great story, wonderful characters and I cannot wait to read the next book in this series! I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy through Booksprout ARC’s for an honest review.
This story was sweet and romantic, it started out with a tragic event that was written very well and gives the reader a hint of the chemistry to come. There was some drama but that always adds to the storyline. This is another must read.

Henley and Roxy takes us along their journey of falling in love along with the problems they experience along the way. It is sweet and endearing and you can’t help but be in their corner cheering them on. The story is descriptive and has characters are dynamic characters that I connected with.

Henley and Roxanne meet by accident, literally! She has a car accident and he’s a paramedic. A sweet love story with a little spice and a little drama, just enough of each to make it interesting. Well written and edited. I received an ARC copy for an honest review.
Henley is 33, a paramedic who dates a lot.
Roxanne is a high strung wedding planner.
They meet when she’s in a car accident and he’s on duty.
Borrowed on KU.
I really enjoyed this second book. Roxy is a strong woman who knows what she wants and won’t give it up.
Henley is a wonderful alpha. He is as surprised as Roxy at their connection during her worst time.
This story flows well. You’ll like both characters and you’ll love the Young family and their welcoming ways.
I did figure out one of the plot twist but it in no way changed my feelings about the book.
This is a feel good love story you’ll want to read
I really enjoyed “Henley” by Stacy Eaton. I was given a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I am happy to say that this book was as great as I was expecting and I would gladly pay full price for it. This is the second book in the series and what I’ve come to love about this author is that she has a real-world writing style that is refreshing and appreciated by me. Her characters are real people with real-life problems to solve. It’s entertaining to read and kept me hooked from page one.
This is a great read and one that you should add to your book collection. Can’t wait to see what comes next for this family of characters.
Happy Reading…enjoy!
