Loved it.couldn’t put it own.
Cole Sage, a reporter for a newspaper, gets involved with a crazy man who wanted his stories printed in the paper to change the whole world. Great story you can’t stop reading until you know the ending!
Great good guy versus evil genius story.
Main character journalist Cole, answers the basic premise question of how far he would go to protect loved ones but in his heart he would sacrifice self to protect not only his loved ones but citizens as well. Very suspenseful and gripping page turner. A lot written into this story and woven well by Micheal Maxwell with his skill as an Author to deliver a very exciting story. The Cole series is a wonderful series and this Book #3 definitely makes me want to read the rest as well. Kudos to Michael Maxwell for a well written and exciting book! I highly recommend Helix of Cole. It is a must read.
Couldn’t put it down.
Another good book by Michael Maxwell!
Great book–very entertaining.
Very entertaining. Got hooked and couldn’t put it down.
Excellent writing skills, carefully crafted story and character building. Nearly zero typographical errors – unusual in an e-book.
I enjoyed this book.
Good book
I recommend this book with reservations. I had to stop reading it at times because it got very dark when it explored the mind of a 55 year old anarchist who did not believe in the value of human life. Instead, he wanted thousands of people to die so the world could go back to the days of Adam and Eve and show respect for “Mother Earth” again. Jason Reed, also known as Curtis Winger, learned his ideas from the 60’s which were filled with people whose values and rantings were often tainted by the drugs they took. Jason killed people throughout the book because their value as people meant nothing to him. He bombed a Chicago baseball game, killing over a hundred people, just to give value to his beliefs. He wanted the world to be left to people who cared about the earth and its environment. Cole Sage, a newspaper columnist, became the person to whom Jason Reed sent his manifesto. Cole is just the opposite of Jason Reed. He values people and tries to help whenever he can. Cole works with the FBI to try to find this mentally deranged man and stop him before he kills more and more people.
Interesting to me since I am a child of the 60’s.
Another great Cole Sage novel, taking him back to his journalistic beginnings in Chicago. He has his family to protect now against a man in a peyote-induced haze intent on finding and killing Cole. In the middle of all this, a new love interest is developing. Love Cole
In his new San Francisco setting.
What a great book! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it!
Good read
Pretty good.
Characters are intense! I was drawn into this story.
I think Michael Maxwell is a great author. The character Cole Sage is an inspiration because he is a real man. He cares about humanity and tries to solve problems without resorting to violence unless really necessary. This book had drama and excitement as Cole worked to prevent deviststion.. A good read.
Didn’t like subject not writing not characters. Sci-fi book, read 2 chapters.
