It never ceases to amaze me what ordinary, mundane, human part of this world is transformed into a fantastic magical experience. This time, it’s a bank, complete with gargoyles and a chandelier, and the FBI (the Fairy Bureau of Intelligence). It’s so much fun to read!

Mystery, Magic and Mayhem!
Zoe Clarke’s getting better with her magic as she helps solve this fast paced cozy mystery. Wonderful warm characters, evil warlocks, and magical spells add intrigue and suspense to her latest adventure. Nice HEA. Enjoy!
I received an arc copy and am happy to leave my honest review.
I’m glad that Zoey is finding out more about her parents and heritage. I’m not sure how I feel about Elle in Moon Grove. She just doesn’t seem like a good fit, but time will tell. I missed Flora and Beau in this book. Hopefully, we will see more of them in the next book.

While Zoey was applying for a loan at the Bank of Moon Grove the bank is robbed and the bank president is killed. Zoey Clarke is back investigating and as always crazy magical things happen along the way. Can Zoey figure out what is going on and find the killer at the same time or will she be the next target? Heists and Homicides is full of magic, mystery, suspense, witches, shifters, warlocks and so much more. This is a fantastic murder mystery and a great addition to the Magic and Mystery series.
I do believe that this is the most exhilarating book in the series thus far. The plot kept me glued to the book from the very beginning. Zoe has grown more into her skills as a witch and she still has much more to learn. Zoe is going to be a very powerful witch before long.

Zoe and Grandmas visit to the bank to check out a tip Zoe got as well as to find out about getting a loan so they can have their own place in town goes sideways after its robbed. There is obviously no way Zoe is letting this story go so down the path of twists and turns to find out who the masked robber is along with what he is after. But while looking into the robberies and the bank Zoe is going to learn more about her past and her parents which makes this book one of the best yet in the series and you will want to wrap Zoe in a big cozy hug.

Twist to the Past
Zoe Clarke is back at it again. Trouble just seems to find her in the most unsuspecting places.
Who knew that trying to get a loan would lead to murder?
Tune into this lastest edition to find out what the gang has been up to.

There might be truth in the tales we are told as children. Zoe witnesses a bank robbery and all its excitement while “applying’ for a loan. Guess where this is going now.
The nice thing is that Zoe may still be new with magic , she is definitely growing and learning her magic. Imagine what she could accomplish if she actually practiced and not chase down stories for her job, lol. Her confidence is growing.
The whodunit was easy to figure out in this book for me. Heebie Jeebies is all I can say without giving it away.
Luna was quiet this book. Must not like the Idea of leaving Zoe’s roommate if they move? Missed that teenage angst, etc.
This is my honest and freely given review. I did receive an ARC book.
Zoe gets a tip while at work about something suspicious going on at the bank.
When Zoe and Grama go to check things out, the bank is a long held family bank, so they speak with the two sons in charge – and are present for a robbery and murder. Brother Percy is killed during the effort. Victor will die not much afterwards.
So what is at stake in Moon Grove? Immortality and certain artifacts are mentioned. Some interesting connections to Zoe and her family are revealed.
Yet again, she is tossed into an impossible magical battle, and she manages to survive – though her efforts are not without cost.
In the end, Zoe and Grandma may just find a bit more of a home and their shared family than they might have hoped for.
An action packed adventure!

Zoey gets a hotline tip that all is not well at the Bank of Moon Grove, leading her on a trail with lots of twists and surprises. What I like about these books is how easy it is to get lost in them, and before you realize it you’re done. Zoey is an interesting and determined woman, bent on finding the truth but is not mean or underhanded. In this book she’s pushed beyond what she thinks she’s capable of but just keeps persevering because she doesn’t really know what else to do. She finds out a lot more about her parents and their disappearance, but the mystery of Grandma Elle’s magic is for another book, which I can’t wait to read.

Getting ready to leave work at the Moon Grove Messenger for the day, both Zoe’s phone and computer alerted her to a message from the tip line. It read: “Attn Zoe Clarke: The Bank of Moon Grove is in big trouble. Percy Thornheart knows why.” She didn’t know who Percy was, so she stopped by to see Mitch Harris, her werewolf editor-in-chief, in case he had any information to add. With all the secrecy and the protective spells cast on the bank, no one had been able to investigate previously. But with Zoe’s telepathic abilities, she thought she might be able to do more digging. Percy, she was told, had inherited the bank from his father, and Percy may have a gambling problem – a bad habit for a banker. It was good timing for her to visit them since she could investigate a little while checking about a mortgage to buy a house. Grandma Elle had recently moved to Moon Grove and was staying with Raina, Headmistress of the magical school Zoe attended. Zoe had been staying with her co-worker, Flora Gemwood. Although she didn’t particularly want to share a house with Gram, it would probably be the best choice for both of them.
When Zoe got home, Gram suggested they keep the farm rather than sell it, and get a loan to build a house instead. That way if her parents ever returned to the farm, since they may still be alive, they would at least have a sort of connection to find them. This fits in perfectly with Zoe’s plans to visit the Bank of Moon Grove, this time for a loan rather than a mortgage, and maybe a chance to get close to the staff.
Predictably, when Zoe is involved, things go a little crazy and the bank is robbed. The owner is caught in the crossfire and his murder may be an act of revenge. Zoe is thinking this robbery is an inside job because what robber would hold one of the owners hostage in the vaults, then leave without taking a single coin? Or was there something else of interest? When another robbery happens, Zoe needs to step up her game! There are more than enough suspects, but can she discover the killer before someone else is killed or – even worse — before she becomes the murderer’s next target?
I love this fun series! The story line will definitely hold the reader’s attention as it races along in this exciting tale! As always, we meet familiar characters and some new ones, and the mystery keeps things hopping in Moon Grove! Zoe is surprised when she finds out more information about her past. Grab your book to see what she discovers and to join the hunt for the murderer!
Follow witch Zoe as she solves another mystery! As Zoe explores her options to find or finance a home for her and Granny she finds herself embroiled in solving another mystery. Who killed the bank owner? It was all kinds of fun seeing how Zoe solves it! Excellent!

Zoe and her grandma Elle decide it is time to plant some roots and build a home in the magical town of Moon Grove. They decide to take a loan out with Bank of Moon Grove (a warlock-owned back) when suddenly the bank is robbed at wandpoint and the bank president winds up murdered. With a number of potential suspects, can Zoe find the killer before she becomes the next target?
This is a light-hearted cozy mystery filled with adventure, mystery, suspense, magical creatures, and lots of witchcraft. The characters and plotline are very well thought out and I found myself unable to put the book down until the very end.

Lily has done it again, I love this 4th instalment to the Magic and Mystery series.
Zoe and her grandmother want to put foots down in Moongrove, so they head to the bank for a house loan, while there there is an attempted robbery and murder. From the bank’s disgruntled staff to the shady werewolf trying to buy it on the sly, Zoe’s sure the robbery was an inside job. But when another stick-up shakes down the community, the killer forces Zoe to put her money where her mouth is.
Zoe is becoming stronger and more confident with each book, in this one she learns more about her past while trying to solve a bank robbery and murder.
I like be the quirky characters and There was lots of twists and turns to keep me engrossed, I cannot t seem to get my hands on the books fast enough . It is becoming my favourite paranormal cozy series and I highly recommend this series to everyone.
